Both female leads are doctors with similar personality types. They both get transported to another realm/time period. While Faith is more of a medical drama and sageuk, W is more of a modern day romantic comedy.

Both are reverse harem themed dramas, where a girl ends up living with three brothers in the same house.

They both have this dark and sad aura and kind of forbidden relationships.

Raw love. Hot leads. Both give me a similar not exact tone. Both leads go nonstop for their love. Amazing.

Age of Youth - AMAZINGG!! It talks about 5 young women who live together for college, and shows the development of their friendship from strangers who tolerated each other to the best of friends, along with the experiences each character goes through. IMO, I loved Age of Youth more because it also touched based on dark themes, and showed different personalities.

Both are about a mother trying to save their child from a kidnapper...

Both excellent historical drama. I think Nirvana might be even better. It is more political intrigue but made very interesting. I love the strong female characters in Nirvana.

Both have time travelling element. Scarlet heart is one of the excellent historical C-drama. Perfection from all cast, writer.

Both are about Ex's meeting again and giving love a second chance. Beware of Second lead syndrome

Both dramas are light and don't have a lot of revenge. As well as the main girl disguise her identity that she is wealthy.

both have handsome male leads that are princes.
the second male lead is also handsome.
both have similar story story lines in ice lands and ice fantasy has many interesting side stories

it also has a magical girls theme and charming story of love and magic.

Both are great dramas dealing with some troubled teens getting along with each other in a new environment (roommates in Age of Youth, cellmates in Lipstick).

In both drama , the characters have their own secrets and problems
slowly revealed throughout the drama.

and not to forget there is fighting between the girls sometimes.
and their care for each other is really great that makes you engulfed in the drama.

Both revolve around ghosts and also a starstruck love story between a human and a ghost. Right now I am watching Bring it on, ghost and it just brings back a lot of memories from Oh my ghost! I totally recommend it to fans of bring it on, ghost.

Edit: I forgot to note this but a friendly user reminded me of it. We also have Kang Ki Young who features in both dramas as the comic relief (and this alone is a reason to watch Bring it on, ghost).
