"A modern-day surgeon is kidnapped and taken back 700 years to the Goryeo Dynasty in Korean history."
The dramas really feel similar early on - what with unintentional accidents and angst all happening woven into a love story.
They both have very intelligent main characters with strategic minds who fight for what they believe to be correct. Both dramas are very well written, keeping the audience engaged from beginning to end.
the main characters discover they have a terminal disease in which they slowly lose their abilities to walk, talk, eat, and move
In both the male lead was accused by the female lead for raping/having sexual relationship her. And because both male and female want to win against each other they end up signing the marriage certificate. And so they continue bockering with each other.
It has a similar concept.
Both are short dramas with ghost, though Girl of 0AM is lighter/happier than Mimi, which is a lot sadder..

if you love the kiss dramas you might also like this one. i really liked L?DK. it's is kinda the same plot with them living in the same house. it really had cute moments. the only thing is that L?DK is a movie not a drama :(
but it also has a manga version.

Friends growing up together knowing each other's lives inside out and each others families fall in love eventually
Basically runs in the same arrogant guy-babo girl plot, offering romantic comedy. You might like this, but you might not. Expect lots of cliche, funny bickering and overdone acting.
With the same male lead, this movie offers the same amount of comedy. Great for overcoming any huge drama slump!
Both are about and older guy marrying an 18 year old for his family, and then eventually falling in love.
Another revenge movie but this time about a father who will go to any length to avenge his daughter. While I Saw The Devil is rage induced and has your adrenaline pumping throughout, Broken is rage induced but more heart wrenching. Grab a box of tissues and a cup of tea rather than popcorn for this one.
Same kind of story - new secret agent guy, girl who is caught between him and the agency. Level 7 had gaping plot holes though, and Parachute was done much better.
Same director. Both movies have very wacky characters and very dead-pan humor.
