I like how this is progressing. Still hate the grandfather though and ehe cousin but Jang Seung Jo is so good at playing the villain. I love secretary Son. He's so damn funny,. Quote of the episode:You said my breathing bothered you so I honed the skill of zero-gravity breathing!

I'm a little disappointed in the ending. It wasn't 'bad', but some plot decisions were far less than satisfactory. Because they skipped ahead 2 years from the proposal to her master's degree graduation, we completely missed any interaction with the parents, which is something I was kinda looking forward to. And then while we got some 'wedding-like' events in the return trip to Guillen (the photo shoot and the 'banquet'), we never get the actual wedding. Also, because they had dragged out the Duo-Dou + Ya Song storyline forever (12 freaking years of unwanted 'friend zone'????!!!) that storyline filled up the final episode instead of, well, an actual wedding for the leads! And we also skipped right on past Zheng & Xiaoxing actually confessing to each other. That was just hand-waved over and we just accept it must have happened somehow. Finally, returning to Dou-Dou and Ya Song: This plot was just annoying. It started off great. Based on other commenters on the Viki stream, I wasn't alone in really liking the potential of this couple when first hinted at way, way back. Chen Hua Lan is one of my favorite actresses and she was wonderful right off the bat as Sister Dou Dou. But the show kinda ignored resolving the obvious 'thing' between her character and Feng Ya Song for too long and when they got back to it they turned Feng Ya Song into one of the most irritating baby man-child idiots that by the final episode I was rooting for Dou-Dou to give up on him and go find herself a mature man who would act like an adult. So disappointing. Unbelievable that they dragged their going-nowhere relationship out another 2 years (12 in total). Otherwise, the story we got in the limited time they left for the leads was okay. Just could have been much better. if they hadn't had to devote so much last minute screen time to the immaturity of Feng Ya Song.

How they randomly kept bumping into each other! 🤭 And he actually thought she was stalking him.Are they working in rival companies? I only caught that it was something to do with investment banking. 🤔Her boyfriend is really not worth staying with—he chooses his career OVER her, wants to sell the apartment HER father bought, and clearly values money over anything else... 🙄 I hope she gets over him quickly. 😔And of course—Tan Jianci! 🤗❤️P.S. I already had heard that the boyfriend is AI made, but will it be just for couple of episodes or longer?

Love that Segye and Seori could find their way back to each other in modern times! 🥰 It was great that we got to see a lot of the early-episode Seori—a fighter and a teeny-tiny bit crazy, not the damsel in distress we had to deal with for a lot of the middle part of the drama. 💪🤪Gwangnam becoming Jihyo's saviour and later even her manager was all I needed! 👏😌 Finally, she came around. However, her attitude throughout the drama was actually one of the main reasons that helped Gwangnam grow into the man he was by the end. 🤗What a wonderful love story with a beautiful ending! A particular joy for me was watching just how lovesick Segye always was. 🤭❤️

So far so good. Still really like both leads. I do hate Se Gye grandfather though . He doesnt even listedn to him and took the side of a stranger essentially when he was a kid and slapped him without even asking questions.

Teach You a Lesson Episode 4

Episode 4 was the strongest episode of the series so far and perfectly demonstrated how one person’s actions can create consequences that ripple through countless lives. We finally got more insight into the team’s backstories, from experiences with bullying to feelings of not belonging, and it helped explain why each member is so committed to protecting both students and teachers. My favourite scene was the courtroom confrontation where Choi Gang Seok was accused of using the EDPB for a personal vendetta, only to completely dismantle the argument by reminding everyone that the organisation exists to protect victims and ensure their voices are heard. The biggest emotional moment came from seeing Im Han Rim’s first encounter with Na Hwa Jin, when he stepped in during a brutal bullying incident and taught her that asking for help isn’t a weakness. I also loved how the episode connected back to the female bully from the previous case, showing how the actions of one terrible teacher contributed to the person she eventually became. The cause-and-effect storytelling was brilliantly done and made this case feel more complex than simply deciding who was right or wrong.• Favourite Character: Bong Geun Dae• Favourite Scene: Choi Gang Seok’s courtroom takedown• Current Verdict: A powerful episode that gave the team more depth and delivered the strongest emotional impact of the series so far.

Honestly, this is such a summer watch! I never finished it last summer, so now I’m here again trying to remember what the hell is going on. Thankfully, this series is frankly quite simple, so it isn’t difficult to keep up despite the prolonged hiatus. This episode is an enjoyable leap back in action with how well it reminded me of everything important going on. Excellent!Docked points for not much romance in this episode :(((

I knew it would come eventually, but it was still so sad to see Grandma die. The scene with her driving around in the bus, picking up people she knew and singing with them... my heart 🥺🤧💔Segye getting stabbed in the final minutes of the episode, only for a Joseon shaman to come to Seori and say she can save him by returning to Joseon? How does that even work? Was that really necessary? We have plenty of things to resolve in modern times... Or are they planning to make it a love story between the prince and Seori in Dansim's body? I don't care about the Joseon couple; I want Segye and Seori—the couple I have been with during these 13 episodes! 🤦♀️🙄🤔I am so proud of Gwangnam for finally being able to speak freely and even get angry at Jihyo without stuttering! 👏😌 And Mundo... he just gets on my nerves. 😤😠The highlight, of course, was all the lovey-dovey and sweet moments between Segye and Seori. 🥰
