Bro really bro-zoned himself lmao. I have to give it to XZ tho, he is very handsome in this episode (≧▽≦) he might not get all the highlight scenes but this is by far the best ZLH nuance acting! The little smirks, the subtle expression, the stare ಡ ͜ ʖ ಡ sometimes im too busy reading the subtitles, had to rewatch just to focus on the scene again. The eunuch is such a great actor, im annoyed at him even faster than SYQ. Battle with SYQ tho, i haven't finished saying "woa-" and it ended 😂. What happened? And QM as always, a lost cause. Its so funny when SYQ questioned morality when his mom died, did he forgot what he did in Li'an? What goes around comes around man.

It's Okay to Not Be Okay Episode 14

I really loved this show through the first 12 episodes. Among the many reasons was how it flipped a lot of tropes upside down (having the FL be a socio-path that you actually loved and sympathized for being one of the biggest flips). But this whole 'mommy-dearest-returns-from-the-dead' arc is just stupid and not credible. On top of that, the heavy reliance on lack of communication (not answering phones or text messages, staring speechlessly without talking, etc., etc. ) and 'white lies' between the various protagonists is just so annoying. Not informing everyone of 'Nurse Park' being a psychopath is just absurd irresponsibility on the part of Gang-Tae & the Director.. Not telling his brother is one thing. Not telling those around him who to be protecting him from is insane. And the FL & ML not talking to each other very much in order to 'protect the other' is just so stupid and cliche'. Basically the plot became utter trash in this episode. This episode has dragged out long stretches in scenes with nobody actually talking or doing anything. Blatantly just filling up screen time now to drag this out. All those complaints about the plot said, I can't fault the cast or crew as the actors especially are really delivering on some powerful scenes. The scene with Sang-Tae spoon-feeding Mun-Yeong porridge got me so choked up. Both Seo Yea Ji and Oh Jung Se are just phenomenal.

In Your Radiant Season Episode 8

This episode was great. All the storylines are going good. All three precious sisters seems to have a GREEN FOREST in their vicinity. Loving Hadam and Yugyeom story. I hope he is healed and his dream is not hampered. Loved Hadam's interaction with her future mother-in-law. That hug was precious and made me teary eyed. Also loving the tension between COO and the second sister. Let's see what the next episode has stored in for us regarding this couple. I really hope the grandma Kim heals and also shares with her grand daughters about her suffering and don't suffer alone. The Leads story is so good and the cliffhanger was something was expecting for sometime. Lets see how the next episode takes off from here. Another 10/10 episode.

Li Wenkan anger is valid, but what FCY did is also valid. Consider that she take LWK as a friend, she did that to protect him and with how badly his injuries are, if he did go to war, this probably his last ep 😂. Rip Mandi and General He (´;ω;`). The fight with Lord Changxin were great 🥺 he's strong, but he's also arrogant and look down on his opponent, that become his weaknesses. Don't underestimate hard labor like butcher, they have sleeper build. I like that FCY indirectly able to finish LCX on behalf of his father. I have to say tho, i wish some scene like General He last moment should also be included , the battle overall feel less intense than what i was expecting. Maybe with 5 or 10 more ep would do better. XZ as usual supportive husband and he is strong, he killed the sui general very swiftly, i hope we can see more of his fight scene later. QM so good at manipulating SYQ 😂, he definitely can become a scammer

This episode was overall very good. Much better than the prior couple with good progression of all the characters ... but they now have this fairly contrived evil-mom-returns sub-arc looming over everthing. I get it, it will add a couple of extra episodes to the series in order to resolve. And I guess that makes money. But it feels very gimmicky. The obvious open question now is whether the nurse is a psycho fan who is pretending to be the mom (like the patient) or if she really is the mom, somehow having survived and come back. If they try to play it off as the latter, that's going to destroy any credibility because there is just no physical way she could have survived both the fall (cracked her head open with massive blood loss) AND being dropped with weights to the bottom of the lake. So it has to be just a psycho doppelgänger. Which would make it once again a bit of sub-plot recycling which has already happened a lot in this series.

really wish Minato loved himself more then he loves Wataru, cause from where i am sitting Wataru is undeserving of Minato's love. this f*cker is sitting there throwing himself a pity party, saying he can't contact Minato cause he was the one who gave their relationship the definition of friend & i wanna ask, what type of sh*t friend is he?!? if u r a friend, u don't call ur friend & ask about the only family the raised him?!?? u don't ask how they r? if they need something??? no, u keeps licking ur own wounds & playing the aggrieved party. & i need to be happy that by the end of the ep he woke up & now wants to meet Minato??? for what??? ****************************************************************************************************************that child was more mature then Wataru from what i can see, & sorry but i will keep saying this regardless of what goes down in the next ep (where i am sure Wataru will make declaration's & decide for Minato) that i hope Minato isn't there waiting for Wataru & that he has moved on & away from this self centered moron.

I really forgot the fact that FCY had practice martial art for so long, until the scene with General He. If we combine 10+ years of practice with innate talent, good physical build, strength and agility, its actually not weird for her to defeat Shi Hu alone. Besides, Shi Hu underestimate her for she is a girl with small stature. You are half way losing once you underestimate your enemy. General He reminiscing his memory with Fan Erniu makes me feel sad and nostalgic ಥ‿ಥ my kokoro. Btw the dialogue " Behind us lies the land that we must protect." Is so touching.

i was happy that Minato finally took a step back. i wish he could just cut Wataru out of his life & his heart. i wish Minato was angrier at how Wataru just decides for them, not even thinking to take Minato's wants & opinion into consideration. who died & made his queen? that he gets to decided for them both, what is gonna be??? i know i will be the odd one out, but for me a good ending - will be Minato not just breaking all contact with Wataru, but finding a new love that will appreciate him. if he shows up to the friends get-together with his new love, just to rub it into Wataru's face that would be a perfect ending. but i am sure i will get the moronic 'they end up running back to each other' - plz

Pursuit of Jade Episode 32

no spoilers here:) while we do have some tropes, i am beyond relieved that FCY -becoming a general- arc is developping nicely. she is still going through a very difficuult mental state but we see by the end of ep. 32 she doesn't have to go through it alone anymore! we see firsthand why the marquis holds his ruthless reputation too. 8 episodes lefts, i am super worried and excited to see how the end will unfold, because the tension is rising and we can sense a kind of rush in the editing of the sequences.... so far, when i look back , i am happy we got slow and abundant episodes early in the show, because the political and war arcs deserve quick and short pace or else it becomes redundant and petty!!

My Romance Scammer Episode 8

In this overall good episode one scene stands out: second part of Pai's and Tim's dinner. First part of that scene seems to fit the show's general vibe, but the second part is something new, strikingly serious. I'm almost sure this happened by accident, but both the writing and delivery presented both characters in a different light than everything up to this point - both stripped of BL softness and showing their rough edges. Pai appears as a defeated, humiliated and heartbroken fool - and there's something almost masochistic in how he dwells on what happened to him, asking Tim whether he's been an easy target etc. On the other hand Tim is presented as a bluntly honest, selfish fraud. Victim and perpetrator - both unlikeable, but finally resembling real people. It was one of the most bitter scenes I've watched, only slightly spoiled by the very unnecessary background music.

i am happy that Wataru finally communicated & Minato decided to give him space, but i doubt that will help Wataru change his attitude & mind, maybe the threat of losing Minato could push him into overcoming his fears. but who knows, maybe Wataru the type that would rather remain alone, regardless of the loss of someone he really loves, cause he isn't ready to take a chance & never will be. ***********************************************************************************************************************what i know is that Wataru lucked out falling for Minato cause anyone else in Minato's place wouldn't washed their hands off Wataru a while back.

We finally find out why Rao hated YuCi. She was a twin and absorbed her sister. After seeing a mark on his newborn daughter with the nurse so matter of factly describing the death of his other daughter, he gets a call that his mother was dying. And after he locks the factory there is a fire where two die and all materials inside were destroyed. So his view of YuCi is she was a parasite and jinx even before her birth. This finally makes sense as to why this couple clung so hard to LiangLiang. Even she didn’t understand the dad’s hatred of YuCi. But she sure chose to exploit that to her advantage and YuCi’s family was a major stepping stone for LiangLiang’s elevated status. She continues this with stepping in after MuRan’s death to make further headway with Gma Bai. Had she accepted YuCi and her family, they could have lived as sisters and she would have had her well to do family. But we see the contempt she has for them. They are merely stepping stones on her way to the life she really wanted. I did not know YuCi’s feelings towards her mom. I thought it was fear from the stabbing incident. While that was a factor, she saw her mom as weak and her dad as overly strict with an unexplainable loathing for her. Here I am not sure I agree with Chen Mo. He does not think YuCi could bear the news of knowing about a lost twin. It would be a staggering bit of information, but I think it would finally enlighten her to her dad’s perspective and put a reason behind it. It also has potential to be used by LiangLiang. Would it be better for YuCi to learn that from her?😝 Mr Rao should have explained to his wife what was going on so she would have been better prepared. He did his family no benefit from this secret and then clung to a false dream of LiangLiang’s making. I don’t know if LiangLiang’s mother’s dream was reality or not, but Mr Xu would never be comfortable with them as a family unit, nor would he ever explain why. I feel sorry for her that she chooses to see her daughter in the best light. After working so hard to find her, it had to be heartrending to be so denounced and rejected. She really did not consider her child enough at the time and really believed that her daughter was better with her. Now that she finally has the home LiangLiang wanted growing up, she just feels sad and lonely. Both of these mom’s have suffered because of LiangLiang and neither would understand why. Chen Xi is back at Lysen and is charming as ever. I wonder if Jiang plays Bolero for her in the office.😝Is he divorced or not? I can’t believe he talks of his great love story at Lysen gathering while his lover watches from his office and wife and daughter from home.😝 Yu and Ren are doing well at Lysen and he visits her in hospital. He warns her of gma Bai and that she should not return to Lysen. He both wants to protect her and not lose his temporary place as overseer of dept 2 and 3. Chen Xi of course is dept 1 and LiangLiang has disappeared with no one except gma Bai knowing where she is. Liang Liang is all ready for next round and YuCi’s buddies at the hospital are preparing her as well. She is warned that this round will aim at the people she cares about. I gotta laugh at their plot to get her there and his comment that who knew you were crazier than we are.🤣😂 Chen Mo is helping behind the scenes, I hope. I am still not convinced her not knowing about her twin is the right choice. I am glad to see that she and her mother are making progress. Liang Liang has aligned herself with Gma and Jiang has managed to acquire the means to obtain a good portion of Bosi stock. The company is almost within his grasp and he is determined to own it. He will do whatever it takes to get this prize. He is like LiangLiang with his refusal to lose any ground from where he has established himself. But he may come to regret taking ChuXia away from its true founder. The one he did not meet prior to its acquisition. Next episode will probably continue his speech about his wife. But when he mentions his wife’s cancer and ChenXi smirks, I really want to smack the smirk off her face. 😝

The 'mom twist' wasn't really all that surprising but felt really contrived. More disappointed with the ML's regressive response to it. It feels like he's going in circles as a character. Every time you think. he's showing progress towards being mentally healthy he retreats back behind his wall of self-absorbed martyrdom. To be honest, while I understand that a big part of this story is supposed to be about his growth towards mental health, to this point the series, he is just NOT a likable character. He shows flashes of goodness but most often is just an insensitive self-absorbed jerk. And I especially hate the stupid plot trope of "I won't reveal this dark secret to her in order to protect her". It's such a stupid over-used dumb plot device.
