Employees rewarded and singer sponsored

Pei is at a loss because even Ma has made profit. šŸ˜‚ He has sent SiBo off with large cash bonus to realize his dreams and the gamer on an exploration tour, followed up with making coder lead of next project. He thinks he has successfully cleared out the real workers and ready to start losing cash. Everybody is celebrating the new year and sending red envelopes. Lin Wan’s parents want her in family business, but even dad can’t find fault with six figure bonus check. Pei’s parents have bragged some of the fancy apartment their son has promised. Currently there is bickering in their lane because the owners reneged on building elevators for elderly struggling with the stairs. Pei is sponsoring the cafe singer so that sales will slump, but there’s a good chance the singer will win the contest. He has not sent an envelope yet but has made arrangements for apartment contract when he gets back. His parents have no clue he’s the boss and his staff still thinks he’s a wonderful boss with no clue he wants them to fail. I am glad they silenced Ma’s friend from singing. Pei has scrubbed the seafood stall idea and wants the neon lights gone so now to see if cafe will return to a loss rather than gain.

Si bo is unhappy with game and the fab 4 meet at Lin Wan’s place to fix game. Together they add mini games to compensate players for bug. This has flipped popularity of game and again Pei wants to strangle Si Bo for fixing it.šŸ˜‚šŸ¤£ He heads to Sima wanting out of his contract but changes his mind. He extends Tengda to include an Internet cafe. With this project he puts Ma in charge and things get interesting. His choice of manager is just what Pei ordered.šŸ˜‚ This time, Pei wants no marketing, no discounts and everything is pricey. He is getting attention from higher ups this time because he is starting to invade their turf. If they only knew how much Pei wanted them to trample his company.šŸ˜‚He starts to feel a bit of guilt as he realizes that for him to succeed his people would have to fail. What he did not expect was for them to care about the projects’ successes. Pei assumed they would be so happy with a good salary and perks that they could toss aside disappointment with failed project. He doesn’t deserve their loyalty like they think he does, but he has not considered they would take pride in actual work performance rather than just playing and getting paid for it. The staff for the new cafe are nicely lined up outside to greet the non existent customers when episode ends.

New hire, new game, new strategy

Pei loses it as he watches his company place first in popularity.šŸ˜‚šŸ¤£ Sky Fire staffers play and even the CEO is hooked on the game. Lin Wan thinks Tengda is the company of her dreams and gladly resigns. Pei thinks she won’t get along with his group and gladly hires her. She blends right in so Pei is going for same strategy as Sky Fire. Use algorithm of most popular games and build similar style on their platform. He even wants the games to come out at same time as Sky fire’s because he wants to sink the company fast. His team doesn’t get why he is working this way, but they trust his leadership and go with it. Their game is Deserted Island Sharpshooter. Watching Pei and colleague try out game is hilarious. He could only describe it as a fun mediocre game. šŸ˜‚

Too much

I think this episode was a bit too much, the whiplash was quite big, my least favorite so far. I think they could've done this in a way that fits the rest of the show better.

Business study tour and game launch

Pei is determined to get them in the red but a trio have formed a team to actually get Divine General Pact launched on time. They take a company tour of businesses to learn more about producing games. The group has had 5 star accommodations and to other businesses look like inexperienced newbies with no business sense. The last place on tour is sky fire that is supposed to be top notch in their field. What is fun is after seeing how life really is for the company workers, Tengda employees are not impressed and see that their equipment is as good or better than this top tier company. Pei and Lin Wan are having fun drawing caricatures of the sleepers in the group.šŸ˜‚ Lecture Part two is supposed to show how well sky fire’s games stack up popularity wise and Divine General Pact starts rapidly moving up the line. Pei is stunned.šŸ˜‚šŸ¤£

i kinda hate the time travel, parallel universe…

i kinda hate the time travel, parallel universe plots as they tend to be all over the place & they confusing, sometimes they not done well & by the end u r frustrated even if u did figure everything out what was going on. so was a bit iffy going into this ep - but interesting 1st ep. the only bit i was confused about - which time period were we in?!?? given the wardrobe - even though they were in the country side - it's hard to understand if we modern times or in the 1900? 1800? what.. wish that was clearer. *****************************************************************************************************************************************also get that Kram goes back in time (3 yrs) after losing Phupha, only to encounter Thai who lost a bf that looked like Kram 3yrs prior to that - yet when they met each other in the forest - Thai didn't act like he recognized Kram & as they live in the same area, Kram or his father never encounter this doubleganger?!? what am i missing?!? hope this explained ******************anyway hope that when Kram goes back, he is able to save Phupha from his "father", also Thai kinda crazy scary - idk how or why Kram gonna stomach him, let alone fall for him.

The founding of Tengda

We are introduced to Pei who has been let go from his job for being too candid about his opinions. They have suggested he ponder his thoughts elsewhere. He finds himself in a private plane being offered a very unique job. He is to create a business that loses money. There is a specific set of rules as to what is not allowed, but otherwise he is guaranteed 5k or however much the company loses as his salary. He has already decided the company name— Tengda. Pei decides their first project will be a game. He brings his best friend and a gamer onboard to help him design the game. You just have to see it to believe it.šŸ˜‚šŸ¤£ The actors playing it do an excellent job and it is guaranteed to have you laughing hysterically at their game experience.šŸ˜‚šŸ¤£ I laughed hard enough to bring tears to my eyes and can’t wait to see what’s next.

the fact Jeong Yeon still carrying a torch…

the fact Jeong Yeon still carrying a torch for Yu Geon, after find out that he basically used him as a test subject to write a paper on.. says how Yu Geon got under his skin. it turns his manipulations, very dark & diabolical, the fact he was doing his "experiment" trying to change Jeong Yeon for the good & not evil, doesn't make what he did ok. *********************************but the main question is how was he effected??? was he effected?!?? cause until the end, where u see Myeong Jin looking at Yu Geon's computer screen in wonder... (not having the translation, can only guess) that, that red dot indicated his own emotions?? does it mean that his motivation by the end wasn't just to use Jeong Yeon? that he had developed feelings?!? - idk what to feel as this was a very psychologically loaded plot & yet there isn't enough time to explore the subject & what is going on with the mains... or so it feels to me - donno what i expect in the last ep. hope it aint a rushed wrap up job.

One Stars

in the previous ep, i mentioned how uneasy i was with the fact that Yu Geon was not only Jeong Yeon's senior, but also his tutor. that gives him authority over Jeong Yeon, the power dynamic is off & given Jeong Yeon being a troubled teen, Yu Geon with the tough love would have a bigger hold on him. so not shocking he fell in-love & is still not over his 1st love. ***************the fact Yu Geon rejected the confession is a good thing - given everything i mentioned above, makes me breath easier watching this. cause if he had acted on Jeong Yeon's confession, it would give me groomer vibes & i aint here for that -

EP.6 : 0 complaints. The editing, character…

EP.6 : 0 complaints. The editing, character development, storytelling, and script were on point. So far, so good! The writer hasn't used any annoying tropes I usually avoid. The direction of these characters is exactly what I hoped for. It’s so much fun watching this trio without love triangle drama. Even though Eunho acts upset about the fox’s desire to become human, she’s actually more concerned about the 8-tailed's future than her path to becoming a Gumiho again. She spends so much of her time in episode 6 worrying that the 8-tailed will make the wrong choice and have to live with regret later on. The 8-tailed is so adorable. She quietly follows the bickering duo around, playing and enjoying herself without constantly seeking attention. As for Siyeol, when there’s no tension between his friends (Eunho and 8-tailed) his natural kindness and gentlemanly side can truly shine without him feeling awkward or stuck in the middle. In the previous episode, they were giving old married couple vibes, but in this one, they’re so parents with a daughter. "You're the only person in the world on my side. I don't have any friends or family I can rely on. You're all I haveā€ -Siyeolā€œIf you really died, I'd kill you ā€ -Eunho.. 🫠

ā€œWhen Winter Finally Melts: Episode 9 of Spring Fever in Full Bloomā€ 🌸

Episode 9 of Spring Fever is the kind of episode fans dream of—the one that feels generous, emotionally rich, and deeply rewarding. It truly had everything, and it delivered each beat with intention and heart. What stands out most is how emotionally complete the episode feels. The long-teased backstory development finally comes into focus, adding depth without dragging the pacing down. The conflict surrounding the mother and her lies, which could have easily been stretched into needless angst, is instead resolved quickly and thoughtfully. That choice makes the story feel mature and refreshing—pain is acknowledged, truths are faced, and healing is allowed to begin rather than endlessly postponed. The episode also shines in its handling of younger love. The high schoolers’ confession is tender and sincere, capturing that raw, brave honesty of first love. It adds warmth and contrast to the narrative, reminding us that love in Spring Fever exists at every stage, each with its own courage and vulnerability. And then there’s the main couple—finally, gloriously, openly dating. Watching the ML and FL step into the light together is incredibly satisfying. Their relationship doesn’t just progress in name, but in intimacy and emotional closeness. The quiet moments, the shared smiles, the unspoken understanding—it all feels earned. Their chemistry softens into something deeper and more stable, showing love not just as passion, but as comfort and choice.Perhaps the most beautiful arc in Episode 9 is the FL’s transformation. Her visual and emotional progression is handled with stunning symbolism. The woman who once hid behind black clothing and constant misery now begins to smile, to breathe, to wear colour. The ice around her heart slowly melts, and what replaces it is exactly what the drama’s title promises: spring. You can feel it in her expressions, in her posture, in the way she starts to believe in happiness again. Her heart, once frozen, now blooms with flowers.Episode 9 is Spring Fever at its absolute best—emotional, healing, romantic, and full of growth. It doesn’t just move the plot forward; it lets the characters blossom. A truly beautiful, satisfying episode that lingers long after the screen fades to black. 🌸
