LOVED this episode a lot actually. Seeing her relationship with her brother grow into them becoming closer is actually quite cute to watch. Not to mention the interaction between the FL and her brother feel very real. It mirrors how my friends and their siblings are together. Overall, very cute episode and excited for more!

I actually like seeing their friend group together! Very adorable how much they’re all growing closer. Although, idk how I feel abt the ml letting her win like that lmao, but it was still a cute episode

I understand why Tingyun would want to reach the Imperial Envoy at all costs, but, boy, this was risky... Not only for her to be wrapped back up in Madam Yu's schemes, but also very, very risky for Ling. 😬😟Thankfully, it ended well-ish, and I really appreciate that Ling heard Tingyun's speech in front of the Imperial Envoy's door. I saw that shift in Ling's face when he heard she cares for the people starving on the road and their well-being, and that she also defended him as a person and didn't look down on him, making him realise she might not be like other nobles after all. 🥹That's what changed his heart and made him consider maybe even helping her, but hearing that the Imperial Envoy is actually the Crown Prince himself, he thought the trouble was too much. 😳But, I am certain she will be able to persuade him to work for the Crown Prince... And I can finally see the road the plot is preparing for them to reach that splendor the title might be about! 😉

The Edge of Horizon Episode 7

I don’t know which was harder to fathom…when Phob betrays Tin’s love or Tin’s father ‘s demands from Tin to give up Phob. Two realities in Tin’s life. Whatever choice he makes some will get hurt and there are consequences. This love story has been told since the beginning of time, even Adam went through the same dilemma with Eve, Romeo and Juliet died in the process. Regardless of the outcome, Ongsa define his finest moment as an actor to date. Kneeling in front of his father begging him to give him the love he wants. And as an audience watching we know Phob will betray him in spite of the sacrifice he makes. We all long and ache for Tin, his love is so true his willing to sacrifice himself. While his father and Phob may love him as well their love has conditions. Tin has unconditional love. I can’t stop aching for him. And as Ongsa sings the theme song this scene will forever etch in my mind. Though I haven’t been a big fan of Thai BL’s tropes and cheesy shows this production deserves recognition and a 10/10.

He literally dgaf, he just misses his one and only wife (*cough* ex wife) after three whole months of separations 😌 which I personally feel like should be longer, also is no one going to explain how tf did they topple the baby emperor who seems to be having great support from the nobles ? Huh three months and its done huh??? Thats so stupid. I miss my girl He Zhen, they got rid of her just cuz they got no roles for her 🥲 girly just wanna be a bussinesswoman and got axed immedately 💔

Tbh this drama had a very rocky start for me. It wasn’t until this episode that I decided to stay and see how it goes. They have gotten passed the drunken, besotted fan girl and have given Nam Da Reum some brains and purpose. She is still gunning for top employee to go to NY with Chan and has almost proved herself innocent of corporate espionage. She is quite truthful and candid in her responses about work history and has proven herself dedicated and hardworking for the company. Kang Ha Gi is fun when he convinces himself it’s the coffee.🤣😂 We get just a bit of Chan’s history with the band and the hard feelings resulting in the disbanding of the group. His candid talk with Da Reum gives mutual understanding of surviving high school at its worst and becoming more. He hasn’t told her he was the one that gave her the necklace all those years ago. The look on his face when she said she’d adored him for 12 years and he had to be a good person just for trying to be one. He was so comforted by the thought that he had done some good for his fans. He is shameless at accepting praise, but he also appreciates it. I have no idea what Da Reum is going to do with that huge banner, but that definitely makes up for that poster that was ripped in half earlier. Kang Ha Gi is not used to caring about anybody. He is thrown off by these new found feelings and has no clue what to do with them. The AI character on his desk has better intuition than he does. 🤣😂 This show has some unexpected thoughtful moments and shows family, friend and work interactions and dynamics. This cast interacts well and embraces the roles they play. I hope they continue to improve the story each episode, which seems to be the case so far. This episode made me want to see what’s next instead of cringing at creative choices like first episode.

I didn’t care for the heavy drinking opening. I waited til third episode to decide if worth watching. This was not an ideal way to introduce the story, but it did improve enough to add. The cast is decent and has potential.

The moment Jingjing sees the 2 penta-kills on her account was a pretty big deal. This was a huge signal to her about his sincerity that she had not known about. And it was her uncertainty about his sincerity - his true commitment to her - that was keeping her from accepting him. She was clearly scared to try again unless she could feel certain because of how much he had hurt her with that rejection. So that's why she had kept things at arm's length, waiting to see. The penta-kills were a sign of his thinking about and acting for her without her knowing. That broke the ice. Then the bold and impulsive show he put on at the reunion event was a sign that he had listened and was taking her words to heart about what love needs to be at times. That was a signal that he trusts and believes in her and is willing to change to be with her. This episode also finally lets us meet her bestie, Pei Pei who is played by Zheng He Huizi, who would later star as the lead in a similarly well-received rom-com, You are my Fated Love.

ep 9 is PEAK COMEDY !!We have an ex, straight couples, BL bait and siblings bond in just one episode 😂And they had to slow it down by turning it into family drama at the end of the episode

Ep 32LI Boze and Qingyi teamed up to get the evil factory location. The whole sequence of LI Boze farewell makes me broke cuz we know that he is the most upright, naive, innocent, kind person in the show, becomes a mole, deceiving and ruthless person when the country asks for.Boss. Hai sang farewell song for both father and son.Qingyi got factory location from Li Boze.It is the most heartbreaking moment where Qingyi said " Second brother, it's time to come home".I love they shows the hospital scene with two baby boys and two nurses giving blessings to them.It is the important scene I need from the show 😭😭.One of the most touching scenes of the drama is the torchlight of General Tang squad. It's the real unsang heroes scene cuz you don't know them through out the series yet you deeply felt for them. And Teacher Ye sacrifice.I can't stop crying 😭😭😭

Nothing quite like this one istg, they done this PERFECTLY💯 The confession scene, the bath assassination scene, even a loving embrace hurts SO GOOD 😭💔 my parents please be nice to eachother, I cant bear to watch yall suffering anymore. A major problem they do in recents eps is that they dont even focus on conflict resolution no more, He Zhen unwanted marriage? Sun Yun'er and the big boss (forgot his name) grand plan? Ziyi ??? Bruh how could they left this major plot points roaming free in the wild. (I hope He Zhen didnt actually marry though, girly want to be a career woman and the whole universe is against her🥀)

And the award for the worst parent of recent BL history goes to Phatsa‘s father. — unbelievably irresponsible and neglectful parent, no wonder Phatsa was so hyper independent at the beginning. — aside from this horrible truth we learn about this was the best dialogue with the most information we‘ve got so far. Which pisses me off. Also that Phatsa still seems to have a good connection to his father despite him being gone a lot… he must want that little love he gave. Which, to me, explains why Phatsa is so okay with Nakhun being at work all the time. — Why did Phatsa seemingly never ask about his mother? Even if he did ask the father must‘ve told him something different or deflected until Phatsa gave up asking. It also struck me as odd that the father had zero reluctance to tell Phatsa everything now. At least some hesitance at the beginning of the conversation or a little more struggle when he talks about the mother. Idk. — I wished we would‘ve gotten a little snippet about the father in Episode 1, something like: Ongsa: „Is your father back from his job?“ - Phatsa: „Not yet, it still takes a month or two until they‘re done“ - O: „That long? Don‘t you feel lonely by now?“- P: „Why? I have you and (the other café guy whose name idk)“ etc. — What I‘ve read from other Episode Reactions here is that people start to get annoyed with Nakhun. He‘s definitely not acting like a bonded soulmate. Phatsa quote: „You haven‘t forced me. You just want me to stay here“ <- this feels like a good summary. Because yes, Nakhun just wants Phatsa to stay at home like a pet. And now that Phatsa voices his feelings Nakhun doesn‘t really acknowledge them, just „don‘t overthink it“ or he has to put in effort into this relationship. All this points towards „not soulmates“. Phatsa has a better relationship with N’s mother. — I‘ve watched this episode twice now and the first time I definitely was just as excited about a possible pregnancy as the bodyguards, but now? I hope he‘s not. They are still strangers to e/o, strangers that had sex. That‘s the only part where the bond/soulmate part works. And that‘s just not it. Not for an ABO relationship nor in reallife, you can tell yourself 1000x that you‘re soulmates it still won‘t come true. — the bodyguard telling about the partners health condition is fine but directly concluding that he might be preggers is wrong. — Watching it the second time it feels disgusting. Never before has Nakhun shown such interest and glee towards Phatsa as he is now that he shows pregnancy symptoms. Phatsa himself is super confused about the sudden happiness of Nakhun. PLUS he acts like he knows something about Phatsa that Phatsa doesn‘t. The staff too. Uuuh if someone would do that to me I would get so mad. Plus Nakhun knows about Phatsa‘s lack of ABO knowledge. Thin ice, Nakhun, thin ice. Your nest can‘t cool me down, the ice keeps melting. — Still have the same opinion: the „father looking for a pure omega“-plotline should‘ve started in ep. 2. Now it‘s boring. — *sigh* Ongsa and Nakhin. My problem children. That first scene with the bad cooking. I would‘ve scrapped the whole scene — Their date was cute and Nakhin showing him the closest smell to his pheromones is very considerate but yeah the dialogue ruins it. It might be better and more nuanced in Thai but the english translation is very repetitive. It feels like they have restarted the scene several times with different dialogue options and then just cut it together. — OxN have slightly more chemistry in bed than outside. — . — (boah, that was a lot of thoughts. Probably will edit it shorter in the future. If you‘ve read until here: thank you)

I'll give credit to the show for having YuTu's incredible lack of social & emotional skills be consistent. Even when he finally gets his moment to finally apologize and confess to Jingjing, he says all kinds of dumb things and nearly botches it. At least he does sort of get it out. I'm glad she decides to keep him at arm's length for a bit. He hurt her really bad and needs to do at least some penance! Plus, his whole life he has been the one the girls have been pursuing and I think that has contributed to his self-absorbed nature - he has literally always just taken girls for granted. So it's good for him to learn what it's like to be pursuing her.
