Many people say that this has no plot, and I will agree. It's pretty random and it doesn't go by the book, nor the description the show has provided. However, even though that's a disappointment there is still a lot of joy in watching this.

STORY: The story isn't something I expected. I expected the actually plot of the manga, yet I got something different. It's not a bad thing though because different is good. The love between two main characters was something I've been never seen before, so it was a great watch on that part.

CAST: They were all pretty good looking, and they all had valuable parts. I applaud them for doing such a good job.

MUSIC: Songs were pretty adorable, but sometimes they got a bit upsetting that is if you know what I mean?

- I wouldn't rewatch it unless I'm really bored and in need of some romantically made comedy,

Overall this was a good watch and I'm not really complaining with how things turned out.

If we talk about this drama the first thing that comes to mind that it is a family drama. So many people will judge it only by that. Plus it has 52 episodes...
What they will miss at first glance is this most amazing story told by this amazing group of actors.
It is beautifully written and produced. It gives really good feelings for the heart to experience.
The story is different. It isn't the typical family drama we see. It has a unique story line to it. And from the very first episode it has you hooked, lined and your done. It's funny, it's relatable, it's super sweet and romantic (ah my heart). When I watched this I kept on thinking this is how families should be, siblings should be and relations. This drama shows how much the little things means when your with the people you love. It doesn't only resolved around the family but the people around it. We see this different age of people from the grandmom to Min Ha (high schooler) and couples, parents, siblings, in-law's with their struggles and how they over comes it. It's a story that's written for everyone to enjoy. And the ending was so beautiful!
The actors are amazing. All of them deserves a round of applause. I love them all and they did such an amazing job with their respected roles. But my special call goes to the amazing actress Lee Yoo Ri who was just damn right AWESOME. I love her! I love her! She was great. She is great. I love others too (Lee Joon - God he is so cute!) they were all awesome and to the point with their acting. I can't even think those character's being played by others.
The music is so so sweet. Love them all!
Totally going to re-watch it. More then once. I have to because I miss them already!
It's an amazing drama. Don't let the "52 episodes and family drama" stop you. Because at the end of it you will wish it had 100 or more episodes. Because at this moment I do and I know you will too.. So please give this a try!

Story: 8.5
I enjoyed the story completely. Based on a manga, this talks about two people are forced to room together, and slowly fall in love. Though it's cliche as it is, I think it handles itself very well. Do I think the last couple of episodes were necessary? Not completely, but I did enjoy them noneless. It's’ not a long drama, with only 17 episodes, but sometimes you wish to see more.

Acting/Casting: 10.0
As far as casting goes, this one is very well casted in the female lead as well as the male lead. Both could portray the emotions needed in the circumstances. I think this drama especially showed Fukuhara Haruka to play the complicated emotions of masking someone’s sadness in the eyes of others until alone. She did a wonderful job, and I don’t think I could find someone else to play her as well as she did.

Music: 9.0
The music matched well with the drama or rather the lack of music at points. It set the mood for the future parts of the episodes, and made some scenes funner, at least for me. Though some of the tones where just a little high pitched for me, but that is completely objective.

Rewatch Value: 8.5
I think like every teen drama this is completely one of those one that most people decided if they like or not in order to rewatch. Unlike some that you may love on the first time, but hate the second, this one can withstand years of viewing. So for this the rewatch value I think would be high as compared to other teen dramas.

The Bride of Habaek is one of those dramas they could have done so much more with it.

Each character was not used to its full potential. The romance was okay, but it could have been so much more. To me the main plot was never really fully used.

You take the character role of Mu Ra / He Ra. They made her more like a 2 year old spoiled child throwing a tantrum all until the end.

Like I said so many holes so many things they could have done yet didn't. It is really sad because the had an awesome cast .

Would I watch again? yes

Was the music great? love the music it was awesome

Overall I am giving it a 7 mostly because I love the cast and the music.

This is literally the first time that a slow burn really did it for me in a drama. Usually I feel like they could put people together a lot faster. Sure, that could have happened here too, but I'm not sure I would have been so in their corner otherwise. The two characters turn into a married couple completely without realizing it, piece by piece, and I was totally here for it.

Our hero is not an alpha, and I love alphas. That being said, our dear hero isn't a pushover either. And as competent as our heroine was in the office, at home she was a complete disaster, which I appreciated. They really shined in their respective roles as boss/employee and then flipped with housekeeper/housekept (is that a word? It should be).

That being said, there were parts that kept this from being perfect. I wasn't a fan of the secondary couples' screen time. There's a problem that gets resolved a little too handily, in my opinion, but overall? You will not regret watching.

You will like this drama if: you're a fan of Republican-era dramas, like it when the guy falls first and the girl is a bit slower, love big (slightly over) dramatic twists, and are a bit forgiving.

The drama starts out pretty solid. We see a conflict between the two main characters, then go back to explain how they got to that point. I'm always a fan of that, since it catches your interest right away. Our hero falls hard and fast—almost a little too fast, though part of that is belatedly explained. Our heroine struggles with equating her feelings for him to who he is to other people; a warlord.

There were really good points to this drama. I liked the story for the most part. The acting was dramatic, but whatever, when I'm in a certain mood I like that. I even liked the part where the hero made a decision of asshole proportions, because it caused REAL drama, the kind of thing I'm totally here for.

What kept me from loving this drama was that bits of it were overdone, even for a melo. There were also parts that dragged on. I felt that they could have cut down on chunks of episodes and created a really good, solid drama.

I won't say that you should or shouldn't watch it. Just be aware that the drama has flaws that might impact your enjoyment.

What to say about this drama? It absolutely ripped my heart out, time and time again. It's a bit slow to get started, but the next thing you know you care about each and every character, even the ones you were pretty sure you were going to hate. This is as slice-of-life as it gets. You fall in love with the family and watch the kids grow up.

When tragedy strikes (and it does, often, since this is a war drama) you just want to curl up and shake your head in denial. I would never watch this again for the sheer fact that it hurt too much, but oh god, the ride was worth it.

I was legitimately disappointed by this. The premise is really interesting: a girl on the run takes on the identity of her doppelganger.

However, the light comedy we see in the first episode quickly becomes silly and just...nonsense. It distracted from everything else, and was a complete turnoff.

I started this drama because I had nothing better to do and I loved the actress in Scarlet Heart. Now that I've finished, I have mixed feelings.

The Good: Her characterization was refreshing, even if you have to close your eyes to a few things (where exactly did she learn to fight?). Our ultimate hero is pretty swoony. I love his unique profile, and that fact that he never gave up on the woman he loved. He pretty much always insisted on being seen as a man rather than a friend, but he never pushed her too hard or was an asshole. That's pretty rare in dramaland. When our MC's heart got broken, I really felt for her, so the acting here is relatively good.

The Bad: The palace politics were unecessary and dragged on forever. I skipped so many scenes because they had nothing to do with our main leads and didn't fit at all. I could not have cared less. I'm also in the tiny minority in which Hu Ge does nothing for me, so I had a hard time getting into that romantic aspect.

I actually really liked the end, and the fact that when our leads get together the story doesn't just end. They're lovely together.

I just rewatched it (but only the parts I liked) so it's not like I'd never see it again.

Overall, give it a shot.

Ten years ago,
Ten years have gone,
Will return again,
Back then,
Same place, same person,
Both times?
Both also occur?
You choose to do the same thing if you can return only ten years ago?
Where are you afraid, occurred in the future, at present or they may repeat the past?

This series deserves a big round of applause! The execution of the actors, excellent! The writers behind this surpassed the limits and the sky. No, not the ordinary, fascinating. You don't expect the next.

I really wanted to like this drama; it had potential, but I feel like they handled it all wrong. The hero is portrayed as the kind of guy that would do anything for the girl he loved, even tell a lie to get her to stay with him. So we get the impression that he'd be a lot more assertive, right? Except he wasn't. He very rarely acted like the wolf he was supposed to be, and that left me frustrated most of the time. The actors themselves are great, especially Tiffany Tang, but the material they had to work with just wasn't good enough to keep me interested in the long run.

I adored this drama. They did just about everything right. The story was tightly written, there were twists and turns everywhere, and every action had a consequence. As far as characters go, the actors that were chosen were spot on. You'll fall in love with the heroine by episode four, and the hero is not your typical drama hero. He's swoony in a way that most dramas just don't touch on; smart and serious but with a streak of good humor that just makes you smile.

Their relationship is wonderful, and draws you in from the start. Seriously, my heart hurt in all the best of ways. I have rewatched again and again, and if you haven't seen it yet, I highly recommend that you do!

This story started out really good. I was rooting for the main characters (which are well played) for most of the drama. But by the end, some significant changes had occurred, and I could not for the life of me stop hating the main love interest. He did things that I as an audience member could never forgive, and I actually hoped he would die a horrible death. It was a disappointing end to a promising drama.

After watching the drama, been doubting myself should I watch this despite having examination? YES!! I watched it and the movie casting has been very excellent. To avoid spoilers, I would say why not watch the drama first then go to movie, so that viewers can get the full joy there. Oguri Shun has been really awesome in this Nobunaga series. His other work such as in Ouroboros and Gintama is great too. And Shibasaki Kou has been REALLY FANTASTIC , DEFINITELY recommended movie.
Sorry for short review but I'm in hurry, see ya'll!

How to teach the heart that loved the people he was not its content?

--
So that's the theme of this series. All this time, forcing him to feel how you feel about her. And ending, you're just dumpe away, girl! He likes Gu Ren! :D

Again, a big round of applause to the set designers because they have the beauty of their settings. strength of modern interior design, simple but rock! The actors did really fine on their scenes, I just wished they just killed the girl right away and let them have a real BL scene, or maybe a longer kissing scene. :D
