The hilarity of this show is that all the cops know all the gangstas personally from their past.
And it kind of makes me laugh about the head nods. How do the hench men know what each one means? The head hench men actually stood out to me. There were pretty cool/weird/interesting.
I liked that the espionage life is acknowledged as being so difficult and soul-crushing. They really explored this idea. I really liked seeing the relationships and how they developed and revealed themselves. Another theme is how everyone just wants to protect someone they love.
I find I am all about that atmosphere. If the drama can convince me of their premise, then I'll totally get on board with whatever's going down. The intensity and the plot is so strong. The story just pulls you in and the drama makes connections repeatedly so you have to find out who is connected and how. When people describe this as a smart drama it's not because it's smart, it's because the drama let's the viewer put two and two together and doesn't spell everything out. I like that. It says a lot because it doesn't say much. You gotta love a drama like that, right? There were so many little things that really impacted me. That scary moment when Eun Soo smiled for instance.
All the characters are quite intense and I found them rather compelling. The music did amazing things to support those emotional and significant moments.
I like that I didn't know how much each character knew and how their responses to situations was unpredictable. I didn't know how they were going to react.
Just when you think one character is in trouble, they reveal what they know and the tables are turned.
I really like how the plot sets traps for the other characters and doesn't explain it to the viewer so you really are on the edge of your seat wondering what they're up to.
I like that for the most part the men treat their female colleagues like any human being and that they sometimes are put off when someone treats these women as females.

Doctor’s Son
The doctor has the Batman instincts. You can definitely see the charisma that is Jung Kyung Ho. He suffers so much tragedy but he is consistently tantalising whether he’s being a badass, being vulnerable or in a tumult of grief and loss.

So there is waffling before things get nail biting again. Actually, I have never experienced sweaty palms when watching a show ever. And this show got me so worked up I was freaked the hell out.

THERE IS NO LOVE TRIANGLE. I just lumped Soo Min’s interactions with the two guys in this one section.
At first I thought any romance with that puppy of a girl would be so ridiculous with the seriousness and intensity of the men. But for some reason, I liked it. Maybe because it offered a different avenue after the waffling. Also, it makes no sense, so I guess it’s the quirk factor. I also think I have a thing for that “one happiness” kind of concept where everything is going shit but there’s this one positive thing in their lives that is nice and sweet. It’s funny how everyone is “ahjussi” to Soo Min. I like that it doesn’t have an ahjussi romance feel though. The guys don’t really have the tendency to lord over Soo Min or baby her.
The guys communicate a lot with their body language very subtly. Like the way they turn towards her or look at her in just one little instance. It’s a big deal for them to show any kind of interest when they are so stuck and focused in their own world of corruption and pain. I like that there is no playing games with them. And limited wrist grabbing! Even though sometimes it seems called for and I was just waiting for them to manhandle her.

Jin Sook
Jin Sook’s character is pretty ho hum. I like how she looks after Soo Min. I also like how she knows how to live like a gangsta even when she’s scared. She demands respect.
Towards the end they really show how human she is. And you can see how much she loves Shi Hyun.

Soo Min – Baby Cop
Soo Min doesn’t shy away from the reality of life, so I guess that’s appealing. No wide eyed kissing with her. Her relationship with Jin Hyung Min is so fascinating. I really enjoyed their flashbacks. “That’s not a sister but a gangster.” She of course has her immature moments but she really started growing towards the middle of the drama. It’s like she stops thinking about herself all the time.

Hyung Min
I really liked how Hyung Min softened. How he let his anger and revenge die down and started seeing the people around him. His stern personality kind of made me laugh. He was so consistent even when he was doing a good deed. “Are you hurting? It’ll continue to hurt. It’ll still hurt but you have to make up your mind whether you are going to hurt alone and go on or are you going to burden others and hurt them like you’re doing now. I hope you’ll decide soon and hopefully you won’t burden others anymore.”

The thing about this show is that you have someone to root for on the cop side and the gangsta side. So even if it's dark and dirty, at least you get the satisfaction that the person you're rooting for is winning.

Wow this is what Kdrama is all about!!!!!!! This story had everything, from romance, to comedy, to suspense, mistery, it will keep you guessing till the last episode.

This a drama that I would recommend 100%, because you can't stop watching till the end go find out how, or what, or why certain things happen with the main roles of the drama. At first I wasn't sure how this drama was being so recommended or why people liked it. Because when you get in the 2 to 4 episode its brings you in that you can't stop watching it. The acting of the characters is so refreshing this is not your typical romantic drama this story gives intensity and romance with allot of suspense that you don't know what to do.

For me one of the best suspense romantic dramas ever!!!!

GOOOD LORD!! I don't think I can cry any more. I think I have ran out of tears!! I'm going to try not to give spoilers...but when it's categorized as "tragedy" they mean it! This is the first movie ever to actually make me full out sob, and it's not even a true story! Normally, if a movie is sad, I'll tear up a bit, oh no no OH CONTRAIRE If you don't want to cry, don't watch this.........Other than the crying part (lol) The story was really good, cast was on point, and music was perfect! My only issue is, I know it's a disaster movie, and the people are supposed to be panicking.......But does almost every single person need to yell?? I understand the panic, but please panic at a lower volume....yeah thanks haha

The Eternal Love is surprising a very entertaining drama. Although I think they need to work on the English title, people are getting confused with Ten Miles Peach Blossoms AKA Eternal Love…perhaps something on the line of Soul Mate or Soul Searching through Time would be better.

I personally enjoy the light hearted plot and hilarious script lines. The story line consists of everything you can think of in a historical fantasy drama. Romance, Revenge, Fight for the Throne, Time Travel and a mysteries healing man! But this does not mean it compromises on screen time. The story is well paced out and very easy to follow. As you may already know this drama is a web based drama, therefore it only has the budget for 24 episodes, which means you can binge watch in one day!

The main casts are young upcoming stars (late 90s babies). You may expect imperfections in their acting abilities. Despite this I find that the two main leads work well together, the romantic chemistry between them is genuine and sincere. There are some juicy naughty scenes I find myself giggling to like a fangirl.

PLEASE BE AWARE, this is not a serious drama and it does not take itself seriously! It’s a comedy romance that provides light hearted entertainment. If you are after a drama to switch off at the end of the day, then this is for you. I strongly recommend watching the first four episodes before deciding this is worth your time.

On a side note, I absolutely love the sound track for this drama. Nearly every couple of episodes they introduce a new song. It is quite refreshing.
Happy Drama Watching x

I just loved the story the drama told. Most of the episodes left you on a cliff-hanger. After each episode I felt like I just had to see the next one. I thought the couple was so cute. Some parts were annoying in the drama, but overall I loved watching it. About the music I don't know while I was watching I wasn't paying attention to the music.

This Drama, had me at the edge of my seat, and the chemistry between YWY and XE was so electrifying. The acting is brilliant, a little too many side plots, but overall they add to the excitement. I've rewatched the episodes so many times, I'm bordering on addiction! Waiting eagerly for season 2 with hopefully same actors.

The main thing in this drama is the chemistry between the leads. I wasn't surprised when I found out that they were actually dating in real life. And also it has a lot of life experiences and chances that we had to give each other. This was the first drama of Song Hye Kyo where I could see her really into the lead actor despite DOS in this drama she is great with the lead.

This is was a slow watch for me... this is a like "Mission Impossible" drama but with subtle hint of comedy. It was borderline hitting the "what?!" - because it portrayed the mission serious and then the comedy kicks in and it is like -- what kind of drama is this and somehow it does not really mix and did not blend well. The acting of Park Hae Jin and Park Sung Woong was great, I think this is more of a plot issue. They wanted to make the serious agent have a comedian side which did not really blended well (not because of the acting) more of what are they trying to present in the drama.
What made it harder to watch is the leading lady Kim Min Jung - there is just something about her that is annoying like Choi Kang Hee (that's why I could not finish the Queen of Mystery). This is just a matter of personal preference.

This is a simple thai bl drama to watch. The pacing is fast and the actors are quiet good. I know understand why many people give this drama a low rating. It is simple drama with heart-breaking ending. It is simple to the point that you'll get bored on the first parts.

I asked myself many times, why Tawan? How do Tawan love Ton if he isn't showing it? I don't see things coming towards the ending. I cried and the realization of how Mr. Tawan love Ton unconditionally. It is giving yourself, your happiness to the one you really love. Kudos to the team behind this short drama.

It has been ages since I have been compelled to write a review for a drama. Not that I haven't seen good (or bad for that matter) dramas lately, just that, none of them made me want to stop and sit and write about them. There was something so captivating about Moon Lovers that I had been hooked since the first episode. I binge watched it straight till the final episode and I am so glad I picked it up after it was completed, I wouldn't have been able to wait for weeks to watch the episodes otherwise. When I read the storyline I was kind of expecting something along the line of 'Faith', a drama that had already dealt with a modern character being stuck in history due to rare astronomical occurrences. I had loved Faith and wasn't sure how this drama could handle something similar and stand out or trip and fall, even.

I have been pleasantly surprised at every turn when it comes to the drama. The story was so beautifully unfolded that I didn't even realize I had spent 20 hours watching it. The pace was so thrilling, the sub-plots so well blended with one another, the twists were thrilling, it was a memorable journey from the first scene till the last. The way the writers have handled all the characters and their individual stories as well is commendable. I found myself warming up to the characters unexpectedly. Until the very end I was skeptical, rational and kept my wits, but the finale did it. Such a marvelous beauty. It's going to be a long, long time before I forget the characters, the story or this drama.

I won't lie. Lee Joon Ki drew me into the drama. I probably wouldn't have picked this amazing drama up in the first place if it hadn't been for him. I might have missed out, but then I think it is safe to say that one of the MAJOR reasons this show was so unforgettable was because of him. I haven't seen such a powerful performance by an actor in such a long time. He made me feel bad for him, he made me fall for him, he made me laugh, he made me hate him, he made me cry with him. Until the very end, this guy held my attention like my life depended on it. IU was so so SO GOOD! I was pleasantly surprised by her dynamic acting. I'd only seen her in Bel Ami and it wasn't really a.. stellar show to say the least, but she gave such a brilliant portrayal of an amazingly strong character. I'd say nice things about all the cast and end up writing a 10 page review, so I'll just sum it up by saying that except maybe a little overacting on the part of a few people who were playing the roles of pedestrians on the streets, remarkable acting on everyone's part! (I hope you got that joke :3 )

I'm currently listening to at least 4 of the OSTs on loop since the last few hours. Hauntingly beautiful pieces were created for this drama I must say. A couple of them raised goosebumps on my arm. Even if you don't feel like watching this show (although you must!), you should definitely listen to the soundtracks, they're that good.

I would start re-watching this right this instant, but I won't. Solely because I am now waiting for a second season to this drama. I really really hope they make one. I'd read the reviews and comments while watching it and people were really sad in general. They kept saying how this was such a sad drama and a tragedy. It was, but it was also breathtakingly beautiful. I'm tearing up just remembering it. The love between the characters, be it Wang So and Hae Soo, or the brothers (the ones who got along anyway), or the families, was heart-wrenching. I'm definitely rewatching this show even if the second season doesn't come out (but please SBS make the second season! *kneels and begs*).

I have been shaken up by this show in a hundred ways. I love it when a drama I don't expect to be good turns out to be one of the best shows I have seen in my life. It was so human, so real. All the people in it were human, they made mistakes, they had flaws, they loved, they hated, they were weak, but they were also really strong. I'd recommend this drama to everyone, regardless of your favorite genre. It deserves to be seen. You might not like it (I bet you will though), but you won't be able to forget it.

first of all (Song Ji Eun) the way she used to talk with is so provoking at the first episodes specially when she make her lips like the duck i want to slap her on the mouth to put her lips back in the right place
really she is that first korean actress that provoked me that much although her face is so cute but i hate her for the way she is talking with uuuuugh >_<
& the hair cut for sung hoon when he made his hair falls on his eyes was extremely awful & made his head big like the aliens

really i am a big fan of rom.com dramas
but this drama disappointed me cause i had great expectations for it
it's that kind of dramas to watch it just once when u need to empty ur mind
but it's not strong story that can leave mark inside u or remarkable or to watch it another time easily
& too long with no need with repetitive scenes it'll be much better if they reduce it just 10 ep. no more

may be many 'll see my opinion so harsh
but really i saw the plot empty, normal, shallow
& so antagonistic in a bad way & so predictable
even the heart warming moments i didn't feel them except 3 or 4 times from the whole touchy moments cause i felt most of them were fabricated not smooth or normal & i found it illogical to love someone & to change ur self & ur life 180 degree like that just for one night relation
i think i am going to be the black sheep for those previous lines LOL

i found the episodes slowly with unnecessary details with lots of flash backs & focusing only at the 2 main leads

SPOILER

& i found the relation between (Jung Da Sol) & (Kim Jae Young ) was illogical at all
suddenly they fall for each other after loving the main leads for long years??
the writer didn't even give us an introduction for any relation signs between them
& there were many mistakes one of them like the child's age
sung hoon & song ji didn't see each other again after one night relation for 3 years so how could the baby age 3 years it should be only 2
they didn't even said why his mother left him & didn't try to see him once even if she left his father ??
& the end was provoking for me didn't get the reason for what (Song Ji Eun) did AGAIN cause sung hoon already new all her circumstances then why? except that they should turn it melodrama at first
& for me the last kissing scene when they decided to return to each other at the company was horrible
too long with no need so i saw it fabricated not superfine & normal as it should be

there were lots of missing elements in this drama that probably can make it stronger than that

i hope Sung Hoon 'll make a drama that really suits his talent with strong plot cause i really like his acting

This drama was Gold. The writer did a good job!!!!!! Everything was revealed at the right moment. I kept on clicking the next button. This is like one of the best dramas this year. Cho Seung Woo especially is amazing. His acting was so good and Bae Doona did a wonderful job too. I am so glad the ratings for this drama are so high because they deserve it. Hopefully, they win awards!!!!!

Binge watched this in 2 days and I absolutely loved it. It was such a nice change of pace from the other lakorns that I've seen.

Story wise, it was kind of predictable. Nothing over the top suprising but that's not a terrible thing. It was simple and I found that to be nice because that way I could focus more on the characters. However that ending episode was just kind of annoying. I may be biased but I wanted to see more cute scenes of our couple. I think that's just a personal thing though

Female lead was badass and amazing in so many ways. Male lead was gorgeous and so sweet (I just had one problem with his character - you never really know why he fell for her in the first place but, after a while you learn to just not care). Then put them together and they explode with chemistry on screen. Fight scenes were my absolute favourite between these two. And oh my... the kisses were just... I couldn't contain my excitement when I saw them. I could actually see lips moving. It was phenomenal. The female side characters (lead females friends) were actually quite interesting. I liked watching them on screen and they are just so badass. There was some nice character development from them too.

I personally found the music to be ok. It wasn't terrible but nothing really stood out to me.

I would rewatch the adorable scenes between the lead couple and the second couple again and again. I just don't think I can get enough of them on screen. But would skip the other scenes.

Overall, a seriously nice change of pace. Doesn't follow the typical lakorn formula and thankfully doesn't have too many crazy exes. I found it to be very refreshing and a nice watch.

I am not really fond of writing reviews, but i will make an exception for this drama because i feel like it's so unfair why it's getting so many negative comments when it's actually a reall great drama.

STORY - IT'S BEAUTIFUL. I like how the story unfolds, how it progressed, and the way it ended. The story might be quite unrealistic, but they pulled it off greatly. I like the medical aspect, particularly the operating room scenes. Makes me wanna be a doctor too. :) I hated some parts of the drama, yes, specially the fact that the PM seems to control everyone but it doesn't even matter because the story is just so beautiful.

ACTING/CAST - Lee Jong Suk certainly delivers, as always. I love him so much. The female lead is just okay. She's forgettable. Soo Ra and Hae Jin are amazing too. Overall, I love how the characters delivered in this drama.

MUSIC - The OSTs are daebak!

REWATCH VALUE - Definitely on my rewatch list.

OVERALL - It's a really great drama. So beautiful. I give it 9/10. The only reason why it's not a 10 for me is because I feel like the female lead could have been better if it was another actress.

This cdrama is hilarious, funny, touching and all in all pretty good. (i'm up to the last 4 episodes). The storyline is not bad but seems rushed towards the end. The theme song is not bad but the other music in the drama needs work. (the background music is uninventive and tacky.) The acting is great. The chemistry between main characters are good too, but the quality of recording.... is a bit subpar. please put more thought into your web productions!!! Just b/c its a web production doesn't mean you skimp on quality.
