This drama was moved up my to watch list because of the confusing ratings and reviews. One person rated it a 7.5 while others rated it at 2 witch I found to be not very helpful. In essence this drama wasnt a total washout but it defenetly dosnt have a great deal of kissing or pound heart romance, the story if interesting but not awesome so it's defenetly something to watch but again only if you like more crime drama then romance.

This drama is of 50 Episodes. I remember waiting every sat and Sundays for this. Okay let me start with the basic story, It's not about the father actually ! The title of the drama says "FATHER" , but the drama revolves around the rich heiress who is living off poor and her grandmother locked up and in the other end we have a brother who lost his brother and taking revenge on the entire family. In this drama ...The whole family will under go heavy problems and pain.... But the father takes care of them all. They get through each and everything,.
BEST Family DRAMA EVER !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

In the middle of this series... You might feel so hard to watch because of the problems and pain..Most of them said that the writers were being stupid and dragging but in the end you will understand everything so don't worry. Just watch this amazing drama ! When it comes to long drama's MBC gives us only the best. Now The characters ----- Lee Tae-Hwan and Park Eun-Bin are so cute together.

My favourite scenes would be the Taiwan, the library , the room ...Everything actually !!!!!!! Kim Hye-Ok plays the role of Mother lol, She literally faints off whenever something happens to her kids lol. This drama has a lot of family moments.Especially the Kang Hee-Sook (Shin Dong-Mi) and Seo Hye-Joo (Kim Sun-Young) scenes. I bet you all will hate Bang Mi-Joo. LAST BUT NOT THE LEAST ....Lee Hyun-Woo Lee Hyun-Woo Lee Hyun-Woo Lee Hyun-Woo Lee Hyun-Woo Lee Hyun-Woo !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! He si the one who is coming to KOREA !! for REVENGE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Did i love this drama ? YASSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS. No words can mention it. This drama was life.

This drama suffered a common K-Drama problem: fizzling out. It started off very strong, with a lot of potential and a great story to be told but as it progressed the writing got disorganized. Some episodes were too slow, with many situations repeating unnecessarily, while other episodes had too much crammed in and felt rushed. Some characters needed serious fleshing out, such as Dr Seo and Kang Ho, and some plot-lines were just scrapped and forgotten.

But don't get me wrong - this was an enjoyable drama (especially the first half of it) that spoke a lot about office politics, unemployment, and the struggle of everyday life. The acting was great, especially that of Ki Taek and Ho Won, and the chemistry between the actors was superb. I believe that if this drama had been pre-produced, it would have been a better final product but, alas, Korea still continues to follow its live-shooting method with a standardized number of episodes, which sometimes causes for a lot of fluff and extra material that is unneeded.

Do I recommend it? Yes, especially to my fellow university students who will soon be looking for employment. This drama reminded me that getting rejected is not the end of the world, and that you will find your place in the world one way or another. Despite its flaws, I would recommend it over other dramas, for it is a more realistic and hard-hitting drama, showing that not everything in life is accidental-kisses and evil mothers-in-law.

Hikari Sentai Maskman is my second super sentai series these are my initial reactions.

The overall story of this series is a mixed bag, there are some cool and interesting plot elements but the over abundance of filler really ruins it. What is weird is that the series jumps right into like the middle of the actual story, I assume that the actual characters have been maskmen for at least a year training to get ready for the underground invasion. It would have been much more interesting if instead of all that filler we actually got some backstory for the characters and the relationship between Takeru and Mio. Aside from those complaints, the main cast of characters are likeable enough that I don't want to give the story a rating lower than 6.

The acting is good I don't have many complaints other than he laugh prince Igam does sounds forced.

The music for this series is amazing, I have the opening and ending themes on my phone and listen to them when I work out, the OST is amazing as well though the theme song for the jet cannon is really cheesy but still great.

What hurts this series a lot is the filler and the repetitiveness of the episodes. It came to the point where as soon as the Maskmen called out for their jet cannon I began to skip until the monster of the week was defeated. There is not any reason to watch this series more than once if you are not a hardcore sentai fan.

Overall, this series is fine. The maskmen and light force are likable, the in suit action is great and the overall concept is interesting however the execution leaves more to be desired and the over abundance of filler and the repetitiveness of the episodes really hurts the overall enjoyment of the series.

6.5/10

There were moments of true brilliance in this show... interspersed with a lot of nonsense. At times murder mystery/crime thriller, at other times slapstick comedy/rom-com, if the show just decided to be one of those things consistently I think it could have been really good. Because it tried to do so much, it was borderline terrible.

The parts that I loved were the friendships forged and the comedy that came with it. You could really feel the genuine care that most of the characters had for each other which is why overall the cast did a pretty good job with the material they were given. Jung Kyung Ho is one of my favorite actors so it was nice to see him both be funny and intense. Lee Seon Bin and Oh Jung Se were adorable and I could watch a whole show with just the two being clueless.

The parts that I hated were the parts where the overly dramatic music cued RIDICULOUSLY stupid plot developments. These stupid plot developments mostly revolved around Choi Tae Ho and started out a little thrilling and ended up just laughably absurd. I kept on waiting for the motivations for the "bad guys" to make sense and while explanations were given, very little made sense. It's like the writers for the show saw Lost, watched an episode of The Office, read an Agatha Christie novel, and said YES I WANT THAT. The repetition of this vicious cycle of nonsensical plot developments also made the show pretty boring in the end.

To summarize, I really really wanted to like this show because of the unique premise and the actors involved, but it was just too much of a mess to enjoy. It started out strong but just devolved as the plot became more and more absurd.

Mystery Theatre at its best

Qin, Medical Examiner is a very tense drama, with suspense and sporadic comedic dialog to alleviate the tension. The autopsy scenes are very graphic.

Zhang Ruo Yun, Jiao Jun Yan and Li Xian created the best forensic TV drama team. Every case was tense, as the subplot unfolded. The supporting actors also did a very good job.

Directing and editing were done well, except for the constant shaky camera that caused motion sickness. The director could have invested a few budget dollars in a tripod for the cameraman. Music was very good, and fit the mood of the scenes. Overall, a well done drama, similar in style to the British detective dramas!

I notice for me at least, it's difficult to find a movie that truly moves me. Yet this one, it was exceptional at doing just that. The music, storyline, silence, characters, and the visuals all come together to portray extremely powerful emotions. I love the concept and at first I was a bit skeptical about the whole time travel thing since I've seen it been done before in not the most convincing ways, but this was a key feature and added to the emotion and storyline in a beautiful way. There are many important themes found in this movie having to do with mental health, friendship, suicide, and hope. Too often I feel like many people don't acknowledge mental health enough, and that is also seen in movies at times. This one does a very good job of acknowledging that. I've been trying to find some more Japanese movies that I can truly like and feel connected to. I find that the ones based off of manga such as this one are usually very well done. I applaud the author of the original manga, the actors, and directors for making such a convincing and beautiful production. Please, if you are looking for a movie that will truly move you, please watch this.

The first episode just hooked me to this series and I enjoyed most of it. I kind of hate how people were complaining that the main lead Uehara shouldn't be with Nao but I just thought they were perfect with each other. I knew some of these actors because two of them were actually kamen riders before this so I recognize their faces. I loved how they put the heartbeat sound at those right times it should happen.

The plot interested me how the couple were already living together in the first episode. It was different for me that they couple(to be) just are living together. The show developed their relationship of how living together can change your relationship with the people you live with. I kind of hated the episodes where they go back and forth if they love each other or not too repetitive.

Characters I hate were Uehara's sister in law or first crush because she mostly kept appearing too much but then stop appearing which made the show better. I'm not sure why some of the guys except Uehara keep telling Nao that they like her or secretly like her while she likes Uehara or is her boyfriend.

There were some really funny moments that I enjoy. That ending I won't spoil made me go WOW. It's almost certain that a second season was gonna happen and it will be interesting to watch. I don't see why it had 17 episodes which felt long a little, wished the ending part where they kissed would of been better a little.

I waited for this movie for a long time so I do have to say that my expectations were pretty high...though Love Love You did not disappoint at all ^.^

Story
The story is pretty simple and easy-going although there are just enough moments to make you feel with the characters and which make you cheer for the love of the main characters. I think this movie managed to make simple and easy into a very charming and heart-touching and cute story. If you liked the first one I recommend watching this one too...also if you like something like a cute and nice BL movie, this is great

Acting/Cast
(Please excuse that I don't know the names of the actors from memory) Gump's actor already participated in so many projects and definitely has proven that he can act. I haven't seen Nai's actor in many things but I still think he's really good. The rest was also quite funny. What is amazing is the chemistry between the main charas. You rarely see a movie/series with such a great chemistry :D

Music
...didn' really notice...sorry

Rewatch value
Definitely, even if just scenes from it :D

Overall
Overall I think the 2nd installment is just as good as the first one (if not better), the chemistry is amazing and while it turns into cringy clichees sometimes they pack it into a nice package, so it doesn't get boring at all. I really enjoyed watching it and recommend it as one of the great BL movies out there. The only bad thing I can think of? Why did it need so long to be released XD

I watched weightlifting fairy because of all the hype. At first I watched the first two episodes, couldn't handle it, and dropped it. But then the hype for this show grew even more so I picked it back up again. I watched another two episodes and then left it on-hold for a long time. Finally, the hype was so strong that I decided to just watch it all the way through (of course this includes skipping through many scenes, I have no patience for that).

Parts of the show I skipped are any scenes revolving around Song Shi Ho. I could not care for her problems or her story. I also skipped most scenes including Jung Jae Yi and the school nurse, unless the main characters were included in the scene. Again, I could not care less for them or their problems. I skipped most of the weightlifting and swimming scenes. I only watched Bok Joo's big moment as far as weightlifting goes and then for swimming I may have watched one of the first races before I gave up. I skipped these scenes because there is no plot progression. So, when reading the rest of my review, please understand that I have probably skipped half the show, because that's how much time all of these parts took up.

-Story-

As mentioned before, weightlifting fairy bored me from the very beginning and I would not have finished it if it weren't for all of the hype. The story is simple. It is a slice of life story, which is fine honestly, but the premise just didn't interest me. I like other slice of life stories, but not this one. I can honestly barely remember what most of the story was. I can remember, however, aspects that bothered me. One of them is eating. These girls were always eating. I know nothing about weightlifting but these girls were too obsessed with food. There were so many eating scenes, it's like every character was starving or they needed to make sure someone else wasn't starving. All of them actually seemed very well-fed. I'd say eating scenes took up a good chunk of the show. The eating scenes didn't even make me hungry, I was just disgusted by their unhealthy diets.

But enough about the negatives. As far as the romance goes, it was done well. There was no bullshit when it came to confessing. As soon as they both realized their feelings they got to it and there was no extra angst. This was refreshing. Their care for each other was also very believable. There were also some really sweet moments that I just want to replay again and again.

-Characters-

*shiver* The characters. The worst part of the show imo. I hated the weightlifting coaches. They acted like children, especially the woman coach, and were way to up in the business of the main character. Bok Joo's friends were annoying as heck, especially the shorter one with pigtails. Every time she showed up on screen I wanted to give up on watching this show. She was unbearable. The other friend was annoying but she wasn't half as obnoxious. The rival, Song Shi Ho was annoying but she honestly didn't cause much trouble and she owned up to her actions.

Bok Joo was annoying most of the show until around episode 12. I shouldn't have to wait 12 episodes for the main character to be less annoying. Many fans of this show think of her as a strong female character, but she was just an absolute grouch. She always looked unhappy until she finally started being nice to the male lead. She was easily provoked and violent. She always wore super bulky clothing and walked like she was holding a basketball between her legs. The only thing that redeemed her is that she owned up to her feelings and accepted them instead of sitting in denial for four episodes.

Male lead was perfect. I have no complaints for him. Great acting. Amazing acting. I could watch him on screen all day. Nothing he did ever annoyed me. He was the most genuine character in the show.

-Music-

The music, overall was good. I have two songs from the show that I've listened to multiple times now. One of them is called From Now On and the other is Dreaming.

-Overall-

I can't give this show higher than a seven. While it has some of the best romantic scenes I've ever seen, that doesn't completely make up for all of the fluff, useless scenes and bullshit I skipped through to reach them.

Though this may have been quite old of a series, but I still decide to write this to make sure if anyone, by any chance, happen to come across this, they can then be sure that this is a good drama. I won't say that this is best for everyone, but for boys, growing up men or grown up men that is being lost in life, this is really a good choice. Not to mention if you are really love samurai and romance of a warrior then the series is definitely a must-watch!

The series contains great acting, while being a light-fiction one. The main actor did great and natural fiction part, while supporting roles also acted natural and very funny. Throughout the series is a lot of "way of life" teachings that I believe are worthed learning. The series teach you how to be a fine man, that the least I can say.

You will also have a great time enjoying it. It will give you funny moment, a lot of light-heart feeling and also a lot of touching moments as well. Touching stories about friendship, family love and teachers-students love will surely make you feel like to sob

Music is also quite great, really made it to climax. And you will surely love all the actors' voice work (Im being serious haha, well except ... nvm). I specially like main actress' voice, with I was very suprised since she starred Yuko Ishihara in xxxHolic live action and I have always been hating that, since... well I want Yuko to had been a more charming one, no disrespect. But now I think I realized her charm... Also like main char's dad and mom very much. They sure are funny.

So to sum it all up, a great choice once in a while, especially with nowaday dramas which contain nothing but bad acting and shallow storyline seriously ...

I'm not sure what made me watch this drama until the end since I hated it from the beginning. If you aren't sold by episode one, just know that the plot only gets more ridiculous. My issue was that I didn't like 95% of the characters, which makes it hard to like the show obviously, but there was just enough suspense and a main character that peaked my curiosity enough to make me want to keep watching, and that's Jo Yeo Jung as "Ms. Perfect" herself.

I think Jo Yeo Jung was perfect (pun intended lol) in the role. She was the perfect balance of sweet and sinister to make her an interesting character, so I kept watching to see what her story would be. The more her story was revealed the more cliché and uninterested I became. Then her crazy manic stare would pull me back in. I wish she was who the story focused on, but the real center of the drama was Go So Young as Shim Jae Bok. I did not like her character, and It was hard to sympathize with her the more the show went on. I think the point was to create a strong character who was no nonsense, but instead she came across as super critical, extra paranoid, and in a constant bad mood for 20 episodes. Reading the synopsis I see what the plot was going for, but I think it failed because the main character never changes. Because she was such a negative neurotic nancy, her one note paranoia throughout the show got old quick, and was frustrating to watch. It also made it hard to see her in any romantic situation, including the one they tried to force with Sung Joon. It the beginning they had a banter that was ok to watch, but it lead to zero romantic chemistry. You know it's bad when the romantic climax is hugging it out.

Jae Bok also has a crew of female friends who are THE most obnoxious and nosey bordeline frienemies. I guess they were there for comic relief, but I was just annoyed by their bitterness and catty behavior. Even the kid Che-ri came off as a brat. I wanted to skip all scenes involving them.

Most of the supporting cast is pretty terrible honestly... but I will at least give the two main kids a pass.

The most disappointing character was Jung Hee played by Yoon Sang Hyun. I've loved him in so many dramas, and this is the first time I can remember being annoyed by his role and his performance. He played an over the top version of a passive character and then suddenly switched completely in a way I found to be completely unrealistic. Bad writing meets bad acting was a continuous theme for me throughout the show.

The story tries to be a suspense comedy with a makjang plot, and it just didn't work for me. The characters were mostly one dimensional and unrealistic. Characters who should have been gone reappeared, and main characters appeared out of nowhere. The plot was so ridiculously random that it was if they were making up things as they went along. They did manage to create enough suspense to keep me wondering wtf was going on, but the reveals were always disappointing. The cheesy ending tried it's best to tie all loose ends, but I was just relieved that it was finally over. I guess it's obvious that a rewatch is out of the question, unless I just want to confirm how bad it was for a second time.

Overall I kinda wish Jo Yeo Jung had her own Ms. Perfect spinoff, with a better cast, writer, and director involved (this was directed by the director of Mary Stayed Out All Night - which I liked only half a point more). Instead this drama is far from perfect. It's also way too repetitive to be 20 episodes long. If makjang is your genre of choice, you may be more forgiving of this show's flaws than I was, but I couldn't recommend this drama to anyone otherwise.

You know things are bad when the only character you sympathize with and are rooting for is the villain.

Overall a fantastic show! While the romance takes a second seat compared to office politics in my opinion it makes the romance that was shown all the sweeter. A great mix of drama, comedy, slice of life, romance! It was simple yet very satisfying and I would recommend to any of my friends.
