a thai drama infinity stone

whatever that means. When you think of Thai dramas, you think of "Together. I have watched so many edits and seen so many things talking about it, and it dawned on me that I actually had no idea what the show was even about. It's an easy watch up until the end. I would have finished this at 12 am, but I had to check out before they fell apart on episode 12, so good on the show for getting me that emotionally invested in the show. It got an average of 8.6, which is rounded down to an 8.5 because of that ending. They milked it for a sequel that I will watch in like 2 months when I have completely forgotten what the show is even about. I hate the tropes with internalized homophobia, like the I am only gay for you trope. Getting on my nerves. It's a good show with an okay ending. THE SINGING MADE ME ACTUALLY WANT TO CRY. One of the main reasons I am not watching this again is the singing. I am okay when there is a little bit of singing here and there, but they were singing like four times every 10 minutes. Bro, actually shut up. I turned the volume off when they were singing; this is not a fucking high school musical. Shut up. You are lucky you guys are hot, or else I would have dropped the show so long ago. The boob jokes were actually so funny. We needed that. I would recommend it; it's one of the infinity stones, and you kind of need to watch it. It's too strangling for men to be overly flirty with each other because they have crazy good tension. That's how I would describe it. I respect it. Uh, okay, thank you for this show. On to whatever my friends pick for the next one. Okay bye!

Nothing to cheer about

LIKES:
Wardrobe was good, same with colour pallet.
Cinematography was okay.
Okay music, nothing memorable.
Familiar locations, same as other dramas.
I liked Hae Yi’s best friend and her interaction with Min Jae.
FX for scrapes and their zombie game, were decent.

DISLIKES:
Pacing:
I skipped some parts, which is why I don’t know what happened in the end For Soo II, after he fought with the “villain”, but I also don’t care enough to watch that whole episode again.
Production and Editing:
Some parts were abruptly cut and hard to follow what happened. Even their episode recap was a mess.
Shaking camera syndrome appears again (lack of using film stabilizer).
Directing:
Drawn out scenes that could’ve spent time on development of characters.
Everyone carries a cell phone, but no one uses it to call 119. Instead they yell at the person who is in distress, over and over and shakes the wounded person.
Overly delayed reactions of characters.
Writing:
Too many filler scenes, plot holes and an under developed love triangle, where chemistry between the FL, ML and 2ML, was severely lacking.
The characters felt like they were in high school, but some looked way older than university.
The thriller wasn’t thrilling and was so obvious who it was. Also how that was concluded made no sense.

OVERALL: The actors/actresses did as well as they could considering the terrible script and filming. This is a decent filler show, when you're waiting for your show to post new episodes. No adult scenes, a few kisses and hugs. Expected more since it's a 2022 made show. I wont watch it again and it barely made it to 4/10 (that was me being generous too).

It's alright

I always found Go Se Won's lips being distracting and mentally uncomfortable to look at, and it's a bit amplified in this one since he got a lot of focus. Another thing that constantly bothered me, when the main leads met each other for the first time we were told that FL looked identical to his dead lover, felt like it was laying the ground for a plotline but that was never brought up again and had nothing to do with anything at all. What I hated the most about this drama is how every single character, including the female lead, became useless once their part is over. While the antagonist was the only constantly present character. On the other hand, I liked how the character didn't run away like how we are used to in other dramas. However, despite fighting back and not running away, it took a lot of time to get to each milestone in the story. Which is why there is pacing issues, just like most of the daily dramas. Speaking of pacing, the last ten episodes were amongst the most useless ones, the drama was 99.99% over at that point. They spent these 10 eps roaming around, having small talk and giving cringy overreactions. One thing that grabbed my attention, although there were a lot of baffling brain dead moments, there were also a few moments that carried a really good dialogue punching above its weigh.

I didn't expect to like it as much as I did!

This drama is a high school, rock band, coming-of-age, first love, unrequited love, bullying story. This drama encompasses a lot, but not a lot happens. What the drama DID show, however, was to show us the power of friendship and found family. We've got multiple hot-headed teenage men, that tend to speak with their fists, rather than using their words. The drama also did a good job of displaying class differences, removing the struggling young men from their known environment and plopping them into a high school of rich, privileged people. I especially loved how, though, rich, the privileged band members' friendships were superficial, based only on what each individual could get for themselves. Our main band members might not have anything of value on the surface, but they had an overabundance of love, trust, and support for each other, and that was wonderful to watch.

Though Lee Min Ki was not one of the lead characters, he was excellent. He's very charismatic in this. Sung Joon as Ji Hyuk - was thrown into being the leader of the group as a necessity. He thinks of the group as a whole, but often felt overwhelmed with the responsibility. Sung Joon's acting was intense and brooding. There was a "heaviness" (for lack of a better word) about him, like he had the weight of the world upon his shoulders. Jo Bo Ah as Soo Ah was beautiful, of course, but I didn't love her character that much for most of the drama, I felt that she was using both men, in a way. And I just have to mention Lee Hyun Jae as Do Il - first, he's gorgeous and with his long hair he really stood out from the others. I liked his quiet presence, often the voice of reason in volatile situations. I felt that the girl playing Soo Ah's friend was seriously overacting, which was jarring when everyone else was doing such a good job.

I was bothered by the two sidekicks of the privileged band leader. The first one was SUCH an over-the-top bully, there was a secret that needed to be protected, and he never was held responsible for his bad behavior. The other bespectacled sidekick was just creepy to me. Flat affect, never showing any emotion, he didn't look or behave like someone that would have hung out with the other two.

The romance was somewhat lacking, I felt, possibly by necessity. There was an overabundance of "I like you, no I don't, I want to be with you, don't talk to me" in a few of the episodes. But the focus was not meant to be the romance, it's all about the bromances.

I'm not a head-banging, rock music lover, but I enjoyed all the music in this show.

And this drama had one of the best endings I've ever seen. With the way that things were going, I was afraid that the end was going to be kind of bland, but we get to see a little more into each young man's hopes and dreams, and we get to see them all together, and anytime they were all together, that was when the drama really shone.

A writer who understands the LGBTQ umbrella

It was great. I saw many low ratings for this and almost didn't watch, but I would ended up skipping a great show. I can see a lot of people starting this and dropping by episode 1 or 2. At the beginning I was annoyed too. I thought it kinda looked like a soap opera. I thought we would stay in the Misaki that loves Yuki that loves Shyuuhei that loves Misaki... I thought it would be like so many other BL that the women are just a plot device and that in the end she would be alone and the two guys would be together. But it wasn't like this and I'm glad. I think I got hooked on this by episode 3 or 4 in a scene in which Shuuhei explained that are two people he really loved and said that just because he loved more that one person, it didn't mean he would just love anyone. Yes, that was something simple but SO important.

Then we have Yuki and this character is so REAL. As a LGBTQ person I know so many people like him. People who try so hard to be who they aren't so they can make other people happy. People who aren't accepted by their family at all because of their sexuality, but they desperately wants to fit in . When we watch dramas like this one many people ask "why would they get married then? don't they know they will make the other people suffer at some point?", but honestly straight people won't EVER understand this. Why would a homosexual person start a straight relationship? Yes, it's messed up and by the end of the day I feel bad for both people inside this relationship. In here is not different. I feel bad for them. Him, the one that always lived inside a cage. Her, in love, hurt and holding the cage's key. More than once I asked why Misaki would keeping hurting herself like this. But obviously it was because she was in love, because she never really saw Yuki was hurting as much as her, because they both are pretenders. I feel like this story deserves a season 2 because even though Misaki opened that cage, Yuki was still scared to fly. Maybe he wasn't even able to fly anymore. While at it, Misaki found happiness in her own way.

And by that I want to talk about how sensitive this show was about the LGBTQ. Many people, to this day, believe that LGBTQ stands only for that letters. This show keeps talking about "normal", the "normal way" and by that they meant "heterosexual monogamous relationships" because that's what society believes to be normal. But this drama gave us homosexuality, bisexuality and pansexuality, demisexuality, aromanticism, asexuality, polyamory and kinds of love. It was absolutely RICH and nice to see it all inside one drama and it all was made in a respectful way. I watched many dramas in which bisexuality and polyamory was used as a device to have "hot scenes". So just by that I'm glad I found this one.

Not what i expected but still good.

Based on the title and thumbnail i thought it was going to be full on thrilling cause of the vibes it gave off. But when i watched the thumbnail i was like "oh maybe a bit of business too", tip for the ones actually interested in what the title is about, all the thrill starts from episode 10 but you do need to watch the rest of the episodes in order for it all to puzzle up and make sense. (you'll understand it once you finish it) the rest of the episodes are about the gao familyfighting for the company's chair position, will and the love story of cheng cheng and Jiang Yuanxing, lies & forgiving and all the identity stuff. Honestly the plot twist kind of shocked me i didn't quite expect that but i was absolutely amazed and loved it. Not everyone got their happy endings (the main couple did dw) i also pity some of them, especially that diary made me bawl my eyes out. Anyhow so many people dropped this at episode 1-2 their loss, and honestly this series is getting so much unnecessary hate, everyone their own opinions but i LOVED it, worth the watch the actors did a really good job it was only 12 episodes and they managed it so well need more series like this some of them are way too long just for the unnecessary long drama thing that keeps on dragging. But overall 10/10 definitely worth it. (forgot to add this and can't be bothered to go back but the main leads chemistry were AMAZING those intense scenes made me get butterflies damn)

This is such a good drama (in my opinion).I really loved watching the first ep and also that this drama has all those tropes which I really like eg.childhood lovestory, enemies to lovers, rich male lead, independent female lead typa tropes.I also really liked how the FL was so passionate about her work. All together I really loved the first episode hope you all give this series a chance too.✨
As for enemies to lovers in this story I guess it really is a enemies to lovers trope beacause in childhood the girl was not really interested in ML.

It's messy but it's funny

It's actually bad, and messy, and the plot twist it's bullshit. But it's funny and ForceBook are sooo charismatic and has such good chemistry that they kinda make it work..? But I watched knowing that it was bad and that made the experience just fine, it was exactly what I was expecting, something funny and cool to watch after watching a tough series, and worked for me!

It's kinda camp? I guess.. And my god the CGI was so fucking bad that I almost cried from laughing.

About the main character: Akk BEST BOY, he's lovely, caring and funny. Theo is fucking boring and I didn't like him at all...

Resuming: It's bad but it's funny and you can enjoy if you watch with low expectations like me.

Okay but wouldn’t rewatch

This drama started of sooo good, I loved the suspense at the start and the plot line. + the ROMANCE!

It just takes to long to really get to the plot twists, and the exciting bits of the plots many filler episodes. Also the second male lead has little to no character development until the last episode. I did really enjoy the first few episodes with the dynamic between the female and male leads. If you like dramas like the reply series you would like that aspect of it.

I would have to say the actors did a great job, but the story line just felt as though it was dragging. The part where we find out they are brother also comes later on and it’s unclear on this part of the story line, as FL hears this from the mother when she’s drunk. So I wish there was earlier indication of this part of the story.

I feel like there was so much potential in this drama, but it was just lost towards the end.

Having said all this, if you do want a quick watch with some romance I’d recommend this.

Can’t say yet

I tried watching this show few months back and dropped it, I picked it up again to watch after watching The Devil Judge (special shout out to the one and only YoHan aka Ji Sung, you were perfection).
I am yet to make my judgement on the rave reviews about this being the best action series, the reviewers here claim to have seen because I haven’t gotten that far yet.
As much as I want to drop this again, I will give it 2 more eps to see, because this 1st ep is blowing my mind and not in a good way.
Michael called the airport control line and an agent picked up, after the phone call we suddenly have fire and the fire alarm baring at the control center and said agent was murdered. How did the assassin know he was going to call and call at that very moment and who the agent that was going to pick the call in order to set the fire and murder the agent in a very “flawless” manner, I shook my head so bad @ the ridiculousness of it.. The scene was beyond unbelievable and almost too much for me to tolerate but tolerate for 2 more eps I will in hopes that that illogical mess can be somehow redeemed. Fingers crossed

Update @ ep4: Ofcourse they had to make the female lead dumb. She is an NIS agent, a trained paid one at that, as she has stated several times but she has zero spacial awareness, they have tried to kill them several times but girl, go ahead and co-join hands with your friend/colleague in the airport and chat about food and why don’t you ladies skip also while you are at it. While the ML is scanning for any hidden threats. Typical KDrama where the ML is better at everything and smarter also than the FL. Smh
They just arrived in the country and the journalist already knew that. How the hell did the journalist know that they were arriving on that particular day and also knew the restaurant they were going to. They are hiding from the people that are trying to kill them and these people can supposedly scrub crime scenes, tamper with evidence faster than you can say Jack Robinson but yeah stay in a building where all the blinds are wide open that anyone can see them. Damn. So many head scratching plot holes and illogical decisions by supposed intelligence agents.
It’s gotten a lot more interesting I must admit but the plot holes and dumbs decisions are so glaring, it’s wild.

Why does Cha Dal Geon have to scream and shout every time he’s talking. That only makes him sound crazy and silly. Whether he shouts or not is not going to make people believe him or not (it actually does make it less likely people will believe him because they will think he’s coming from a place of grief), they ended up just giving the viewers unnecessary migraine from all those screaming.

Update @ ep6: my patience is seriously wearing thin at this point. She is a trained agent and can’t keep her composure because she shot someone and almost gave the gig up with her hiccuping, really. Smh. I am going to drop this for now because if I don’t and continue, I might just drop it completely with how so over it I feel right now.

So Sweet So Refreshing

This was the first BL I watched and I think it was also the first Japanese drama I watched. It's safe to say I am now obsessed with both genres. This show is a breath of fresh air for me. The plot was simple, yet so interesting, you just wanted to know what was going to happen next. I loved both couples. From the description, this show seems like it would have a lot of sex in it, but it didn't which made it so good, because it didn't have to cheap out and rely on sex scenes to form a connection between the two characters. Please watch this show if you love sweet romances, interesting plots, and satisfying pacing.

Healing, .love, and perfect chemistry

There are many characters in Korean dramas that I would aspire to be because of their fundamental goodness, compassion, empathy, and kindness. Han Dong-Jin, in 'Call it Love' might go to the top of that last. His steadfast love turned desire for vengeance in the female lead, Shim Woo-Joo, brilliantly acted by Lee Sung Kung, into love, forgiveness and understanding. This healing is transformative across all the characters, grudgingly perhaps by the villainess, but even she is able to wish Shim Woo-Joo a good life. It's rare enough for chemistry this perfect to exist among the male and female lead but here is carries over to all the couples. The transformation and healing wrought by love permeates this quiet but powerful drama, one that will melt your heart. The cinematography is rather special as well, highlighting the moods of the characters and I appreciate that the OST is not just a play-list of popular songs but uses orchestra and piano to help create and sustain the moods. Call It Love is one of the most soulful dramas I have seen and it will linger with me for a long time.

I AM ON A LITERAL HIGH THIS WAS SO GOOD UGH
i remember when berrii watched this when it was airing and she was always screaming about the episodes in her stories and now i get the hype omg this was so good aaaaaaaaaa
the story starts with sei byungju being murdered and from there in starts a string of other cases / truths being untold until all the knots in the story are let loose. i loved how soo many cases led back to one man. also the way they always kept us in iur toes like ud be swooning over a character in this episode and he would be betraying everyone un the next. i like crime dramas anyways and this was just fabulous
the cast was so good i fell in love with all of them. like only han joonhwi, seo jihoe and kang soo were nown actors other than them everyone else was unknown and their acting was so too notch. i loved sunjae and was pretty bummed cuz he didnt have much scenes. also seo jihoe >> i have only seen him in bad roles and assumed he would do one like that again lmao
all in all this is a really good crime drama, will always keep u in ur toes like literally the flow of the cases change every 10 mins or so lmao.

Best Mystery Thriller

I love mysteries. This one had me on the edge of my seat through the whole drama. It had me guessing over and over again who the bad guys were. I knew it had to be the wealthy but then I had to figure out who was being manipulated and who the manipulators were.

The old man was a surprise as one protecting his dead son’s reputation. I wondered what happened to Saet buyl’s Dad. He seemed so devoted to his family only to cheat on his wife.

When the murderer was revealed I wanted someone to beat the crap out of him and Dong Chan came through.

Too bad I didn’t get to see the president’s wife and the Secretary suffer.

All in all this drama was like a good book that I couldn’t put down only to be sorry it’s over.

I’ll watch again because I missed so much.

Loved the character Dong Chan. Again Cho Seung Woo doesn’t disappoint. It’s like I can’t get enough of watching him no matter what character he plays.

Shin Hye sun simply doesn't disappoint. What an amazing actress! Thirty But Seventeen turned out to a surprisingly a healing drama. I was expecting it to be majorly comic in nature, but it was so much more than humour and that ended up elevating its level. I loved all the characters and how each of them were given backstories that made sense. At no point did it feel that the characters were acting out of expected behaviour. There is a bit of stretching and miscommunication, but it gets resolved pretty quickly. I also loved how the leads were so open about how they felt and ML opting for therapy and being consistent with it even in his happy place - very well done! The best part about this drama is the bonds between each of the characters: the friendships, the love, guardians, loved it! It also subverted every expected trope, you reach a point where you think it is going to be a typical kdrama behaviour, but surprise! it's not.

I almost wish I hadn't binged it. What a heartwarming experience and such a beautiful ending. <3
