I have watched all the versions of Itazura na Kiss and I can confidently say that this is my favourite version!

Unlike all the other versions (Chinese, Taiwan, Korean and Japanese), which all follow the storyline almost exactly the same, the Thai version managed to add a twist in the show without changing the original story of a smart, aloof genius guy and a cute, kind and a little dumb girl. However, read more this version adds more depth to the story and in my opinion more explanation which the rest did not offer.

Kiss Me showed more emotions towards TenTen and not just blindly following Taliw's courting story. It showed the process of how TenTen ACTUALLY fell for her and the reason why he keeps on pushing her away which i think was a great change to the story. Furthermore, the entire flow of Kiss Me felt right and the pace was just nice. Not to mention how much chemistry our main leads have already seen in Full House Thai.

I think the two main factors why I thought this version won the others HANDS DOWN was because it answered ALL my questions for TenTen and also showed a more caring and sensitive side of him. Additionally, Taliw is also more understanding and also thinks more before she acts making her more likable and interesting. Another factor is definitely King. HE IS SUCH A CUTIE IN THIS SHOW. I usually don't like his role in the other versions as I always found him quite loud and usually does everything without much thought. However, King is such a charmer by his every move and how he is always so thoughtful and sweet towards Taliw. (To be honest, I think I have a little second lead syndrome because of him now....)

To add on to the awesomeness, ALL the characters did such a great job in their roles and every love line managed to tug a little at my heartstrings with their chemistry and how no one is really bad or hated in the show.

In conclusion, I will strongly recommend this drama to everyone. Its like the producer did everything that made Itzunara Na Kiss a success and omitted everything hateful about it. The difference made was definitely significant as the characters, especially TenTen, felt more complete and bearable in Kiss Me.

I'm a big fan of Itazura na Kiss but I have been a bit tired of all the identical adaptations of the story. Change the cast, the country, the music but everything else has been pretty much...similar and bland, yet as an Itazura na Kiss fan I had to watch Kiss me and..I loved it.

Itazura na Kiss is a fantastic story but reality is that is a bit outdated and doesn't read more really reflect society nowadays no matter how romantic one is or is not on my opinion. Kiss me instead of sticking to the original and become known as just another remake of the story, it elevates it to an entire new level by giving it their own spin of it and make it actual without compromising the essential storyline.

Naoki aka Tenten is fantastic to watch. He's relatable as a person, not the arrogant genious every other version tried to make him as. Yes, he's a genius but he's human and the humanity of the character that Mike D'Angelo portraits is what differs Tenten from all the other versions for me. Tenten is by far the most complete character of all the versions.
Kotoko aka Taliw...she's sweet and clueless at times and she's simple but she's caring and genuinely in love with Tenten without going overboard or being annoying like other versions I believe, which makes me like the character and empathize with her.

Kiss me is not a copy paste of the other versions, making it more authentic and interesting to watch. The soundtrack is also quite good.

Overall, it is a great adaptation of Itazura na Kiss!

In both the girl got her house destroy and end up living with the boy, the boy is quite mean with her but the mother want them to be a couple and try to put them together. They go to the same school. They are love triangle. The boy show interest and went bak...
The difference is the girl in kiss me is stupid and love the boy from the beginning, in Master Devil she is intelligent and does not like the boy at the beginning.

First of all they have the same main led actor and actress, Mike and Sushar are just cute together.

Full House is about forced marriage, but actually its an mutual agreement. It's to cut, well get u hooked on it in a second. You well love it.

I was looking for different versions of Playful Kiss and this one got the most positive review so I went with it. This is my first Mike drama but unfortunately I couldn't finish it. I got to and finished at 16 but then skipped to the last episode. Whilst Mike and Aom have great chemistry I did feel that this drama dragged it way too long. King was too needy and desperate for my liking, I ended up being annoyed by him so I fast forwarded the majority of his scenes and same with the second female lead. I've tried going back to watch episodes 17-19 but I just couldn't do it. If you're looking for an adaption I'd try it but this one wasn't for me.

Believe me, this is the best version of "Itazura na Kiss". Even better than the Taiwanese version. You can see and feel male lead's love for the female lead. He is not as cruel as in the other versions. And there is a stronger female lead. Not fully stupid and blinded by love.

This version felt more like an inspired story of "Itazura na Kiss" very well done. It was refreshing to see an Irie Naoki with feelings haha

It's quite amusing how there are so many remakes of the same show in different counties.. just pick your favorite language and go with the flow. haha This one was one of my favorite versions. I have two favorites. This one and It Started With a Kiss

Any season 2? I've read online there's supposed to be, and a Thai friend said she read out there that there's supposed to be - but I can't find anything more than chit chat about a second series.......does anyone actually know?

I'm guessing no Mike and/or Aom as there's nothing on their MDL pages about starring in another further versions...... :(

The best version of Itazura Na Kiss from what I've seen. I watched the anime first, and didn't see hope in how it can be portrayed better. Because the male character is messed up. But in here it is a huge difference you can spot from ep 1. He is not mean or cruel. It is more of teasing each other. I actually can notice how much he loves her.

Loved this version! Refreshing take on a classic, script was well constructed and cast exceptional.
Does anyone have update on if there will actually be a part ? I can't find a concrete source supporting a firm YES and any post, present or future production plans.

Loved loved loved this version.. I loved second hero.. Who wasn't a mere desperate one side love... He was a great friend too... And yes.. I loved it when she rejected lead guy... Finally a version where the female lead did have some backbone.. But still i somehow like lead guy except his blonde hair.. He look sooo good in dark hair.. Why oh why should he dye it blonde

definitely! I'm so glad I watched it, it's now fighting for my all-time favorite adaption with Mischievous Kiss: Love in Tokyo. Though keep in mind that they didn't keep exactly to the character's backgrounds, though the story elements are mostly the same. Also, Tenten isn't as inconsiderate as other leads, you can tell what he's feeling and he clearly cares for Taliw. Those are bonus points for me, but I don't know how you'd feel about it, so I thought I'd warn :)
