The Greatest Love (2011)

Both are very enjoyable down-to-earth comedies about fallen from grace female celebrities, starring Yoo In Na.

At some parts in Wild Romance I just feel reminded of Greateat Love, also both male leads shave facial hair and both female leads have short hair. Both Wild Romance and Greatest Love are great watches=)

Both about love between 2 famous people. Perhaps love about two actors who secretly are exes who start working together(playing love interests!); TheGreatestLove about an actor and former kpop girlgroup member (girl who now guests on variety shows).

Both about romances in the midst of fame. TheGreatestLove about actor + former kpop girlband member, RakOrkAkard about two reality stars.

In TheGreatestLove the OTP is critizised/put down by the public; meanwhile in RakOrkAkard the public ships heavily/roots for the on-and-off screen OTP.

In both the public can be harsh to the OTP/the celebrities not treating them as humans, both show people the important lesson that even celebrities are ordinary people worthy of respectful treatment.

In both shows the main girl gets close to a superstar and they can't stand eachother.

1) Female leads are both a bit unconventional, fun and very lovable. They aren't afraid to voice their thoughts.
2) Leads' relationship starts on the wrong foot, but they become friendly soon after.
3) Second male lead in both are very gentle and caring towards the FL. They come into the FL's life almost like a knight in shining armor.
4) MLs' are a bit arrogant but also very good at their craft. They do have an adorably childish side that makes it fun to watch them.
5) There's a love triangle in both, but it's more drawn out in The Greatest Love, with the FL being more indicisive.

When Suzuki Yori was a child, he swore that he would become a celebrity with his childhood friends Shizuku and Subaru. Later, Yori moved away and became separated from his two childhood friends. He grew up as a plain-looking guy with glasses in the countryside. However, when he found out that Shizuku had become a popular model, and Subaru a popular actor, he transferred to his friends' high school on impulse to also follow his dream. There he met Shizuku again and decided to become her manager to support her behind the scenes. However, when Shizuku was participating in a lingerie photoshoot, he helped her out and entered the entertainment world when he captivated the public as the Mysterious Boy. Showbiz, secrets and our ml didn't really like our fl in the beginning but they got together after dealing with lots of rumours and troubles. Also the fl has to deal with a bad reputation at first and the ml has a medical condition.

It has a main lead, which is a very famous celebrity and a female lead,cwhich works many different angles to try to make her career good..but fails.
Both make leads are lonely and arrogant...

If you like love stories with those uber famous hallyu super stars, the show-biz world in which they take place, and the complications they entail (reactions of fans, making the relationship public etc etc etc)!

* Both have a clumsy good/unknown woman falls in love with arrogant rich/famous man !

* Both male leads share the same mentality and the crazy weird laugh :D , plus both have an illness !

* Both female leads in TGL and FTLY make the male leads go so crazy in love ! ;)

* Both have the same rom-com vibe ! so i'm sure if you loved one of them you will fall in love with the other drama as well.. ^_^ <3

The way the male lead talks and thinks about the female lead reminds me so much of The Greatest Love. Both dramas have hilarious male leads.

Jang Joon Hyun is a talented and popular musician. He looks down upon the traditional trot music genre. Meanwhile, Choi Chun Hee works multiple jobs as the breadwinner to support her father and younger sister. Her mother was a trot singer and she inherited the voice, along with hopes of being a trot singer herself someday. A romantic relationship begins between these two individuals.

They have the similar element of one person forcing the relationship at the beginning and both are hilarious about it.

Gu Ae Jung was once the most popular member of the girl band, ‘The National Treasure Girls’. When the band broke up ten years ago, she received the bulk of the blame. Despite her warm personality, her career has suffered ever since and now she vies for air-time as a B-list celebrity on variety shows in order to earn an income.

Dokko Jin is a top movie star at the height of his career and his next goal is to break into Hollywood and gain recognition as an international and global actor. However, his attempts to get his first international breakthrough gets scuppered due to a series of unfortunate encounters with Gu Ae Jung. Despite his initial dislike, Dokko Jin surprisingly finds his heart beating a little quicker from their encounters. Is this the beginning of what could be his greatest love?
