Both dramas involves bullying, friendship and teachers struggeling. Side point, the school in "School 2013" is mentioned in "Who Are You School 2015."

Same idea of trying to help a class of troublesome students, a life-changing school experience, array of characters and so on. Strongly recommend.

One is a korean drama and the other is a japanese movie and both were great just that school 2013 has more details about other themes and Biri Gyaru is mainly about a student that is considered stupid and just her mom and another teacher believes in her, actually my explanation sucks but Biri Gyaru is a great movie

Both are popular dramas focusing on teenage issues. If you enjoy seeing intense personal issues of teens & a wonderful cast, you'll enjoy both of these dramas :D

Both dramas present the struggles of high-schoolers in order to become no.1. And also, both dramas have kids forced by their own parents to follow a certain path in live they actually don't want to.

Both have really, really epic bromance, great main actors (Ji Chang Wook with Yoo Seung Hoo and Kim Woo Bin with Lee Jong Suk) and love story isn't actually important, so if You enjoy bromances, you'll love both dramas ^_^

It's also about friendship and the bromance is also strong plus the characters are also cool although in School 2013 their is no romance it only focuses in friendship and school, still it's amazing because of the friendship

I find that a lot of the situational drama in My Strange Hero to be eerily similar to the drama in School 2013. Lots of pulled heartstrings for all the students in both dramas' "wildflower" class. Where My Strange Hero has a strong lead romance, School 2013 instead focuses on one of the greatest bromances of all time. Both dramas are a great watch overall.

School 2013 is about friendships and general school life. It's about grades and keeping up with school and life. Not really in the crime drama trope, it has similar themes of friendship and cooperation.

School 2013 is one of the installment of School series. It depicts and tackle s uthe life of every student's journey—stress, family problems, pressure of their school works, obligation, bullying, career path, friendship, and their personal growth. Although this series doesn't focus on romance but surely you will love the tight bond of friendship that they form especially the bromance of real life bestfriend —Lee Jong Suk and Kim Woo Bin...
You will surely love this drama.. And also their teacher is my ideal teacher ( I am talking bout Jang Nara's character) ??????
