(╭☞•́•̀)╭☞   Ottokeeeeeee! xD I breath DRAMAS! I feel a different world while watching them and find it hard to move from them. I know that was little dramatic thing to say but YAS, I do. If you ask any kdrama lover, buddy be prepared to get tons of names because its damn hard choose which drama I love the most. However, for your help, I can add few but trust me, my list is never ending.  ♪(/_ _ )/♪

❝I watch some of it repeatedly and it has never failed to soothe my soul. I loved some dramas to the core. To me, Give myself completely to the moment. Surrender myself to my deepest emotion. Lose myself into a character alien to that of mine. Escape from realism that occurs around me. Create my own intense, unrealistic setting but yet with such a profound truth and honesty.❞  (-(-_(-_-)_-)-)

  • My Mister

    1. My Mister

    Korean Drama - 2018, 16 episodes

    9.0

This Drama set the bar HIGH!  ( ・_・)♡

"Ahjusshi, I really want you to be truly happy." – Lee Ji An

It is, for now, the Best Show of 2018. Clearly not the best drama of 2018, It is the Best Drama of all time.

➡︎ It is just a story between One Ahjusshi, One Girl and One hella great Neighbourhood.

Surrounded by a cast of unhappy and dissatisfied people, this is a show about middle age and about failure but in the end about how our lives are enriched by kindness and community. Ji-an is a damaged young woman who has endured almost unimaginable tragedy but through her relationship with Dong-hoon they are both able to heal and to finally pursue happiness.

''Ahjusshi. You’re a Good Person. Really!" – Lee Ji An

↳ This Drama has changed my outlook on Life and Humanity. I want to be a Better Person because of it, and I think this story will resonate with a lot of people who are going through rough times in life and comfort them.

↳  The relationship between Park Dong Hoon and Lee Ji Ahn  is not Family love, nor Romance, nor Friendship. It's a different form of love that it's hard to wrap the head around, but the best way to describe it is Human Love. Human emotions, comfort, and acceptance. Personally, my favorite parts are the interactions between Lee Ji An and her Grandmother. I cry in every single scene because it's so beautiful. Honestly, During the Painful scenes, you cry. The Touching scenes, you cry. The Silent scenes, you cry. And the Happy ones, you cry. Maybe I'm just overly sensitive when I'm watching this Drama, It's Painful but Heartwarming. (♥♥,)

BEST DRAMA OF 2020! JTBC never fails to deliver. ✔︎

    (╭☞•́•̀)╭☞  WHAT A PHENOMENAL DRAMA!

A thousand kudos to the Writer, Director, Production team. Bunch of all extremely talented artist showing off their acting skills. Brilliant screenplay. I haven't waited eagerly so far for any drama by giving up my sleep. Best drama so far in terms of direction, screenplay, acting.

I will miss this drama to the core, especially the journey in The World of the Married. This is a mature psychological drama that can be difficult to watch at times. Yet it is so captivating, you cannot help but yearn for more. The drama deals heavily with the issue of marital affairs and how they affect people's lives. Even though this topic might be uncomfortable for some, it is worth a try. This drama portayed the ugliness of cheating in a marriage and how it can cause partners to bring each other to rock bottom. Without realising it the parents have caused irreversible damage to themselves and their child.

Tae Oh is the classic example of someone who realized the importance of what they had once they’ve lost it. Unable to accept the loss, they create chaos, point fingers, shift blame, and avoid taking responsibility. The saddest part about him is that he remained cowardly and manipulative to the end. Props to the cast and everyone who made this drama this amazing, lessons to learn, perspectives to consider, trash humans and friends and in the end moving on with life by forgiving. Very realistic and full of tension. It depicted the feelings one would feel in these kind of situations to the fullest.

All hats off and all hands down to Ji Sun Woo, a truly phenomenal woman. (。••。)人(。••。)

Well, it's been a real rollercoaster of twists and turns. It felt like I was watching a new movie every week. xD Deserve all the ratings and hype. This drama is extremely well written.

    HANDS DOWN!  ♪(/_ _ )/♪

  • Goblin

    3. Goblin

    Korean Drama - 2016, 16 episodes

    8.5

    ❝Ahjussi Saranghaeyo!❞

➡︎ Every moment of it indeed shined! Goblin is a great drama. I went into it with low expectations, but I was pleasantly surprised, or more accurately, I was blown away. You can recognize a good drama by the way it makes you feel exactly what the characters in the drama are feeling. That's the way Goblin was for me, with each character, I laughed and I cried.  (♥♥,)

This makes it very hard to love the romance especially when the female lead is a bubble of cutesy energy and also she borderline looks twelve. There were moments I wanted to run into the scene and tell Gong Yoo, you get the hell away from her and date someone your own age. Yes, that 782 age gap was at times hard to swallow.

➡︎ Gong Yoo as Kim Shin/ Goblin was mesmerizing. I could listen to his voice for days. Every scene he was in was a treat. Every emotion that his character had was palpable, and his smiles could light up the sky And Kim Go Eun as Ji Eun Tak was super cute. She had a lot of detractors and the writer got a lot of flak for making her so young. But the character and her age were perfect for this story and how it unfolded. Lee Dong Wook as the Grim Reaper had the perfect deadpan (heh) delivery. And he may be the best male "crier" I've seen yet.

    4. Flower of Evil

    Korean Drama - 2020, 16 episodes

    8.5

(╭☞•́•̀)╭☞  Kdramas are making me fall for serial killers/psychopaths now!

➥ I think the moral of the drama so far is to show how the people who society sees as outcasts are not bad or the one's that should be considered as the culprit in other words, the the real psychos are the normal looking ones. Cuz everytime they come at his character and say they dont trust him, or that he must have been just as bad as his father just drives me up a wall like how does his father's actions (if it really was the dad) mean the son is messed  up.   (-(-_(-_-)_-)-)

➥ The drama did a good job with developing a myriad of characters so that all of them feel important. Cha Ji won's police squad, Hyun Soo's sister, the couple's daughter and parents and reporter Moo Jin who is a fan favourite.

➥ The highlight of the show was for sure the romance. It was just so good. There was no angst and cutesy stuff that comes with new couples. No stupidity or 'he loves me, loves me not' bullshit. They've been married for 14 years and love each other like crazy. It breaks your heart when problems out of their control time and time again stand beetween their relationship and test the trust and love they have for each other. But make no mistake, they are both each other's world and always have the other's back. It's so natural, intense, mature and believable. They have great chemistry and understanding and I loved everything about them. It was amazing for me to see the way they react, deal and feel when they come to certain realizations about each other. It made the show a treat to watch.  (╥﹏╥)

  • SKY Castle

    5. SKY Castle

    Korean Drama - 2018, 20 episodes

    8.5

➡︎ It portrays the reality of a very sensitive subject of pressures of Education and its toll on the survival of both students and their parents living in the high society. This amazing series takes you on a roller-coaster ride of emotions. One moment you are sad, at others you laugh out loud.

➡︎ SKY Castle is a satirical drama that criticizes practices from corrupt business hierarchy to extreme parenting environments. The drama has impeccable directing, story is full of plot twists, comedy is subtle and melds well, and the cliffhangers are absolutely wild. The drama tends to often be dramatized, especially as it is a satirical work, but the underlying themes are never truly lost.

A group of rich families live in a high-class residential neighborhood called "Sky Castle". Wives manage homes and children while husbands work as important surgeons in the same hospital. Their biggest concern is to ensure that their children excel at school and the ultimate goal of their life is to have them admitted to the most prestigious universities SK. Once again a South Korean drama that talks about the pressing SK school and working system.  ◤(¬‿¬)◥

    HEALING DRAMA DONE PERFECTLY! (╥﹏╥)

➡︎ It is a very unique drama that really needs to be appreciated. It was a big step to produce a full-length drama tackling about different mental health disorders. This drama is very psych-heavy but I guess people need to be aware of these disorders too. They need proper treatment and not judgement. The story is a bit cliche but they really added a unique touch to it. Since this Psych-themed drama shows how their thoughts run in their minds, I love how they portray these thoughts using animation and exaggeration (for differentiation from reality). People with mental health disorders might not be able to distinguish reality from their imaginations, thoughts, or fantasies, but the people around them could.

➡︎ This drama is focused about psychological elements such as trauma, psychological healing, and telling the audience to accept/ facing something rather than running away from it. There's just something about this drama that makes me love it even more than I ever expected. This drama has been fenomenal so far. It carries such an important message for people with mental disorders and for other people as well. I would recommend this drama to anyone who wants to understand a bit about relationships with a person with mental health problem.  ᕙ(⇀‸↼‶)ᕗ

It's good that people are becoming more aware of different mental health issues and the triggers that can be associated with it. Thank you, It's Okay To Not Be Okay ◎[▪‿▪]◎

  • The K2

    7. The K2

    Korean Drama - 2016, 16 episodes

    8.0

➡︎ I'm so obsessed with this drama. I loved everything about it especially all the action scenes and the emotional scenes. Every scene managed to tug a few chords in my heart. It was very touching.  There is action, romance, politics and betrayal.

➡︎ I absolutely loved Im Yoona, Ji Changwook and especially Song Yoona. Song Yoona depicted the antagonist so well, I could truly feel the character's pain which is why I was routing for her. That's very rare to be favoring the antagonist, so Song Yoona was a success. Ji Chang Wook is good at playing action roles and doesn't fail as Kim Je Ha.  All he does is kick ass, kick some more ass, bleed and show his abs.

All 10/10 it might seem to be a little too much but really, it isn't! This drama was the most beautiful and heartwarming drama that I ever watched!   A drama filled with so much beautiful meaning into it. A very healthy, sensible, genuine kind of story as to friendship, family, love, goal, career, and priority. It is really funny especially with that "WHAAAAAT!" lol. The story was so good, so different. I saw many people compare it to W, but it’s not the same thing just because they happened to be in a comic book. Like, the characters are not gonna jump into the real world, they are just characters in a comic book and they have to accept it. Also, the writer is not gonna show up! It’s a fantasy INSIDE the comic book, not outside.

This drama isn't your typical school drama. This series really created a new expectation for school dramas.

    • I'm gonna be totally honest. Since the beginning, I had a lot of mixed emotions with this drama. I disliked a lot of things but at the same time it was truly addicting and I had to keep watching.
    • The main idea of the story is to tell the beauty comes from within and even though your appearance changes you're not changing who you are.  It's a huge topic, really painful issue, close to the heart like you don't even understand just until you going through this kind of thing, shaming in school and women status in the society.
To go through this kind of moves- it's something huge and painful, it's like you take what GOD gives you and erase it forever, you don't like anything in your face and your life you don't treasure even a piece of it and think only what the society thinks of you.
  • Love Alarm

    14. Love Alarm

    Korean Drama - 2019, 8 episodes

    6.0

As soon as a heard of this show I thought that the plot was really unique, after finishing the show after just one day I realised that I had a love hate relationship with it, I loved the chemistry between the two main characters but I think that jojo's decisions destroyed everything, she did irrelevant things and messed with their hearts so much as shown at the end (we should be expecting a season two??). I loved that the show also showed us views in society, if an app like this was to be released people would probably act the same way. Jo Jo and Sun Oh's relationship grew quite quickly so this would be great to watch if you like that type of romance. As we watch we see that society becomes more and more chaotic, even the lives of the main characters change drastically.

If your looking for a beautiful yet frustrating romance I would DEFINITELY recommend this but I think you should wait for season two to be released so that you can enjoy the show much more, my heart is aching to find out what happens.

(╭☞•́•̀)╭☞  Boys over flowers is like the "must see" in k drama world. This is probably the most famous k drama ever, and the first k drama for a lot of people, and that's why we -somehow- love this drama.

➡︎  HAA! HAA! HAA! MY FIRST KDRAMA! I was suggested to watch k-drama by my cousin and she even showed me one episode of her favourite series. Oh my god, their drama is so different from our unstoppable Melodramatic series.  It's the first series I watched and it's my all time favorite .Its best suited series for teenagers and it's the best series to kick start. My god, those boys are really breath taking. (you might get huge crush on any one of those 4 boys) I can just give one line story that it's all about love triangles with few other extra story added to it. ☆(*^o^)乂(^-^*)☆

➡︎  Boys over Flowers - Same story. ( c//”-}{-*x)  A rich boy who is very arrogant.. His family owns the school. A poor girl who also comes to the same school to study because of her courageous act. Most of the drama takes place in the school and it's fun to watch. It is modern-day Cindrella tale of a poor, but spunky schoolgirl at an exclusive academy who attracts the interest of the four ultra-rich and ultra-handsome princes of the school known as F4. My favorite Korean drama till now, I still watch the episodes when I get leisure time.

Seeing this show is an edifying pleasure. Relatively normal people learning and stumbling, winning and losing, understanding their own value and especially dreaming a lot, is the best experience this show leaves us.

It's unusual but energizing to find a drama that focuses on characters struggling for a dream or struggling to find it. The only possible result of such a plot is that the characters grow throughout the story.

It's incredible how much you identify with the daily adventures of the characters. Some will reach their goals, others will change course.  (ง^︠.^︡)ง

“If you give up on waiting, the pain of loss will kill you. That’s why I wait.” —Captain Ri.

I just finished watching this show and what can else can I say about it apart from the fact that it's a tearjerker, a comedic & blissful romance. What I love about this show is hard to list out because of the huge number, but I must agree on the fact that the familial, and friendship bonds in this show are so raw that it'd just bring a teary smile to your face. The way they show the contrast between the North and South in every aspect is just so gorgeously detailed that it never fails to bring out my empathetic side for the North Koreans. There's a small aspect of dark humor underlining the entire show that you'll have a great time figuring it out.

The main leads romance is so cliche yet so pure and enjoyable to watch that the cliche aspect wouldn't even stop you from liking it.  ( ・_・)♡

As its name Uncontrollably fond , this one is the most saddest yet meaningful drama i've ever watched. Uncontrollably fond made me cry, I ad mit it (and there are very few dramas or movies that can make me sad enough to make me teary!) I got hooked and stressed with the emotional roller coaster, wishing for a happy ending. This drama is full of melodrama and love and a little bit of revenge.

When comes to acting up the main lead and his mom did a great job.  ♡( ◡‿◡ )

Felt like it was appropriate to watch a tear-jerker drama due to the ongoing things and problems in my life.

    8.0

❝A dramatic drama depicting the love of a man and a woman whose lives are linked because of a murder since young age. Despite an unfortunate destiny and the stigma and pains, they will try to be happy and heal their wounds.❞

→ I binge-watched this drama and it reminded me of a dialogue, it goes:

"We've all got both light and dark inside us. What matters is the part we choose to act on. That's who we really are." - Sirius Black (Harry Potter and the Order of Phoenix).

→ I have one thing to say, the turmoil in which 3 kids are going through may be looked as minor but in reality, their deeper pain, agony, cries, hatred towards ownself is can't be define in the words, its much more deeper than anyone can assume! This drama is gonna be emotional & psychological rollercoaster!  ( 。_。)

↱ No matter how much I hate that serial killer, the actor plays his role really well. I get creeped whenever I see him on my screen.  (-(-_(-_-)_-)-)

  • Hotel del Luna

    25. Hotel del Luna

    Korean Drama - 2019, 16 episodes

    8.0

❝Hotel del Luna, although a fantastical drama, is actually a foray into the reality of life. It teaches among other things: that like flowers from the moon tree, life is beautiful yet fleeting - and so, we must make the most out of it; that humans are endowed with the ability to make choices and are consequently tasked to bear responsibility for the choices they made; that life is not always easy or fair - as such, we must learn to play the hand we're dealt with much courage and grace; that if the past is a source of suffering or ill-feelings, we must learn to let go and make peace with it and with ourselves if there's nothing anymore that can be done about it; that our way of thinking and feeling can have a powerful outcome or influence; that revenge is sweet for it provides an outlet for pent-up aggression and wounded feelings, but, at the same time, it is also burdensome and masochistically painful for it recoils and does not diminish with time, thus inflicting endless pain on the person who exacted vengeance; that forgiveness has a rending and liberating power; that love has a transmogrifying power which can contour our character - either for the worse or for the better.❞

➡︎ The drama explores the themes/ideas of 'letting go', 'resentment', 'unselfish love' and 'forgiveness', which are all very meaningful, thought-provoking ideas, not just in the context of this drama, but these themes also have a place in our lives as well. The drama shows that it takes a greater act of love to let go than to hang on, which the same can be said about many situations in life.  ( •_•)

➡︎ It caught my curiousity really bad cuz of its charisma. The drama involves ballet, which basically I've never heard before, looking forward into it making it more interesting because it shows how ballet works but at the same time the storyline flows and its just really mesmerizing.
      Emotions will be Felt!
    • A BIG FAN OF BALLET!  (♥♥,)
➡︎ It also focused the world of ballet. Beautiful, with hard work, discipline and the race to be top using everything, even crime just to be a Prima Ballerina. This is what the world is and will always be.

➡︎ Fun aside, "Angel's Last Mission : Love" started like a fairy tale. The drama was filled with dancing and music and top notch aesthetics. The leading lady was great, as she managed to dance and to performe like a real ballarina. Since the first episode aired I knew that this drama was going to be my drama of 2019. The romance seemed to me the most pure and cute and tender and funny love of all, and the way Yeon Seo was a hardcore woman but when it came to Kim Dan she was just another normal girl in love. That was just so sweet and cute. And just PERFECT. But that the two were willing to die for each other was heartbreaking. I highly recommend this drama it was awesome the plot, the cast, the music, the scenarios, EVERYTHING.  I'm pretty sure that if you see this drama you´ll not be unsatisfied with it. Now I want an angel as boyfriend.  •_<

      ➡︎ This was so well-executed!

Suspenceful, captivating, well-balanced drama, with excellent music, magnificent wardrobes, some really interesting and unexpected twists, and the most hilarious family dining scenes ever! If I could describe this drama in one word; it would be CHESS. You're constantly anticipating for your opponent's next move and what will happen to the "King". Daebak, truly daebak. Even the OST is well-matched with every situation. There were some WTF moments but the revenge/mystery was really good.

      Mo wan-soo broke my heart.

➡︎ The leading lady is fighter and fashionista. To make the story short I will miss all the scenes with Mo Suk Hee (Im Soo Hyang) how badass she was, the way how she dressed ( I really loved her everyday wardrobe in the drama), how she shrug, wink and her whatever & duh-face face ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

  • The Fiery Priest

    28. The Fiery Priest

    Korean Drama - 2019, 40 episodes

    8.0

➡︎ To me, this is one of the best Crime-Comedy Drama that I have watched for 2019. This drama brings all emotions into the audience. From Laughter to tears and to anger. It is such a unique piece of work.  This adventurous and thrill seeking series is definitely worth watching. The action scenes were fierce and action-packed, the comdeic scenes were hilariously pleasing and the acting overall was spectacularly and effortlessly well displayed.

➡︎ I like the story. It's the typical "there's an injustice, someone dies, a cabal of corrupt higher officials from the police/prosecution/rich people cover it up" storyline that seems super common among Korean crime dramas.

➡︎ The drama is character-driven, so you can call each person a story to unravel apart from the mystery of a priest's death. It has enough revelations to move the characters through phases for their growth AND progress the story for story's sake. The situations are not thrown is for the heck of it; they tie together neatly in the end. If you are aware of the politics affecting S.Korea at present, you might even appreciate the topics it touches along the way. It made the schemes of the antagonists not as far-fetched as they might seem. Moreover, the drama had social commentary: the concept of forgiveness, turning the other cheek, arrogance of religious folk, and alienating those who are unfamiliar. Presenting it as comedy made it less preachy and more of a subtle jab at the injustice of society. Oh, and the twists are unlike you would expect, and they are hilarious to witness!

➡︎ Don't watch it if you can't stand the brilliance that is Kim Nam Gil's acting that gave birth to the baddie of the baddies: a fiery priest who is more like a grim reaper/ death angel 'cause when he comes to you, honey it's judgement day.

The plot looks depressing but I'm all for it.  (⌒_⌒;)
➡︎ The story is basically somewhat similar to every other makjang "wrongfully" accused blah blah but like it's female centered, like (hopefully) the ml is not going to steal the thunder and every character development and plot move. It's like a mix of secret and defendant, classic makjang and not crazy makjang.

➡︎ Kang Ji Min's role here is just the perfect husband. He's attractive, kind, warm, soft, and above all a great father.  I also love Ji Eun Soo's tenacity and strength despite the hardships she had to endure and is still enduring. Kang Woo Joo is also wise beyond her years, and takes after the good qualities of her mom and dad. Also Kim Yeon Joon as the 2nd ML here is just pure goodness, love that he's the selfless and level headed 2nd ML. Great characterization which is what makes an audience invested and care.  (♥♥,)

➡︎ The old witch is PRO villain but why the hell a creature like Se Mi exists! Why the writer needs her to become useless, reasonless, common senseless second lead! I am not expecting her hi bye mama type mother, nor she need ex wife of the year award, at least she should be someone worthy to be an agent of that Player! Such a typical waste of 2nd lead.  (-(-_(-_-)_-)-)

    •  I've never expected this drama would be this good, soooo good!!
so touching yet entertaining. I can't resist my tears until my nose blocked.
this drama is able to make me cry, laugh, cry again, and so on.
The story is light but having a lot of moral value.
and the cast are stunning! ヘ( ^o^)ノ\(^_^ )

➡︎This is like heart wrenching, because he has to endure the things, but he's not the only one enduring the situation. Everybody is having a hard time. In the end if they get back with each other like the situation won't change because they're still the same people, changing ways is very hard. But I understand what they're going through and it's very complex. But, I like the little sideline love and care of the supporting actors and actresses. ( ・_・)♡

➡︎It's so well plotted and well executed. I feel like it shines best when the father connects with his kids and his wife. Lee do hyun deserves an award for this. The character development was so good. LDH pulled it off an old guy in a young guy's body so well.
(╭☞•́•̀)╭☞ Ottokeee! I wouldn't have minded if there was no love triangle, but I guess it's trying to compare young, successful, cool and swoony Ye Ji Hoon with Hong DaeYoung to show what truly matters to Dajung?

➡︎ Unfortunately that's the reality in Korea. Really prying and judgmental audience. Causes of distress for many celebrities. :(

Celebrities in Korea have to "apologize and reflect" all the time about their personal life.  One of the best aspect of this drama, is how deep every character is treated. From support roles to measly "abusive fathers", or "the corrupt teacher", they all show another layer to themselves, like "real people".

    Food for the Soul!

(╭☞•́•̀)╭☞  It is my CUP OF TEA!

➡︎ The story itself is something I would love to enjoy like how I would enjoy my tea. One sip at a time, feeling its flavor as the aroma engulfs your soul. I love how it was subtle and slow, that as I went through it, I gradually feel its elegance from the bits and pieces of emotion finally settling in towards the end. As tea comes with different unique flavors, so was the characters in the drama. Everyone character was like those different type of flavors, others were more bitter than sweet and some are too sweet to be bitter. But even for me, I appreciate all of them, no matter how bitter and sweet they are.

➡︎ Makes you love the feeling of falling in love all over again. With all the fast paced, thrilling dramas out there at the moment, this drama was just a breath of fresh air. The two main leads, a burned out superstar and a struggling artist, seem cliché, but their foil is fully explored and surprisingly relatable. However, little substance is built on the foundation of their relationship. You better understand and relate with each character, with each episode, but the evolution of their relationship stagnates. Either DYLB? . ( ・_・)♡

Oh Song Ah, I feel you a lot.
➦ I know how it feels to be like that and I can understand why she is so passive. That's fine. Its okay to be just like that, its okay to be just whatever you can be. Truth is, in this series, I have always felt like she is such a strong-willed person yet kind. She does not speak out something that is troubling her if she knows other people will be troubled by it. That is totally fine. But she is lost. Ah, its like watching myself. She is trapped by the expectations of society.

A zombie that raps and watches zombie films!
➥ I thought this was a serious supernatural crime drama  but turns out this has COMEDY and ROMANCE! The fact that this drama doesn't take itself seriously is why it's so great. It's not going to be everyone's cup of tea, but I like the funny zombie twist to an otherwise overused amnesia trope.

➥ This drama has really the " silly x 1000" type of humour ( and I do not mean it badly but it is really that kind of comedy) so that depends if you into that type of things or not. The main story could've had a lot of potential given its unique premise with a badass zombie ML but at this point it's more meant to be a parody than a serious drama, so those who are looking for a well written plot may be disappointed in this one but I am enjoying this mostly for the comedy and characters.    ヘ( ^o^)ノ\(^_^ )

➡︎ Hwang In Yeop as Han Seo Jun! OR  Cha Eun Woo as Lee Su Ho!

Damn so HARD to choose, Proved me I'll be rooting for Han Seo Jun. (/^-^(^ ^*)/

➡︎ Moon Ga Young as Lim Joo Gyung!

Lamo, Lucky Moon Ga Young worked  with TWO HOT MALE LEADS! ᕕ( ᐛ )ᕗ

➡︎ I think it is over exaggerated in a way but also harsh reality. Even where I come from bullying can be pretty harsh/ rude. The scene when she was a child and was being called a monster by the other kids just because she's considered ugly (and in my opinion she isn't) hit too close to reality for me. Sadly there are people who are superficial like that and thus often their children learn from what they observe. Or people choosing their friends mainly based on their looks/ status (not just in Korea but I thkin there people are overly focused on looks). (¬_¬)

Great show to watch especially if you are a fan of the WEBTOON

➡︎ True Beauty was a really fun ride. It had it's plot in place, the right amount of funny moments and lovable high schoolers (And their families). ( •_•)>⌐■-■

↳ But There's one person who totally breathed life into this show and Yes the entire planet knows him by now and there are exactly zero surprises in this name-reveal, 'Han Seo Jun' was amazing. His puppy scenes made me soft. His intense scenes made me hot. His confession scenes set the bar too high. His ultimate fate made me cry buckets with him.  (⋟﹏⋞)

He simply took over all our lives. He is definitely on that list of my all-time favorite characters and I just want to maintain a list of all his iconic dialogues and go back and watch them scene by scene (Maybe that's borderline creepy. Well, I'm sorry Dae-Saekki-Ya!) (。•̀ᴗ-)✧

It's been a while since I've had so much fun watching a Kdrama!

One of the best Historical Drama in Korea! MR. QUEEN

OMG, this is so GOOD!  SHOWSTOPPING, JAW-DROPPING and just SPECTACULAR.  ヘ( ^o^)ノ\(^_^ )

➡︎ There's something really special and unique about Mr Queen, It's purely a comedy with a twisted interesting storyline to keep you captivated. The drama makes me smile and give me excitement. Its help me to look forward every episodes. The character and the casting of this drama is winner in acting.

➡︎ I was not expecting for this show to be as great as it is. It has the power struggle story line like most historical dramas do but with a wonderful comedic twist! The writer has a brilliant mind! I have enjoyed every moment of this drama. Thank you, 감사합니다

➡︎ Shin Hye Sun really is what carries this drama. Her acting is impeccable - I could feel all her emotion in just her facial expressions. And the way she impersonates a man was spot-on!  \ (•◡•) /
