A classic but not great.

I did mostly enjoy this drama, it is a classic but I must admit that it isn't the greatest.
I did find myself skipping through a lot of the "filler" in each episode. I find that tends to be a common element in older Kdramas.

The story is honestly very basic, very middle of the road. There is absolutely nothing spectacular or unique about it. It is your basic average girl meets a rich guy who ends up being an enemies-to-lovers story.

The acting is pretty good, especially considering these top stars were very young at the time. The OST is cute. The rewatch value is low, I mean I guess if you just want to rewatch it for nostalgia purposes but it's not interesting enough to watch more than once.

Overall, again it's not bad, but it's not great, it's just okay.

Refreshing, simple, light-hearted, and nothing too serious

I personally really enjoyed this drama. I will admit one of the downfalls is there is a good bit of just filler; where the girls are just kinda talking and giggling and nothing interesting towards the plot. I did skip through some of this. However, I did find some of it nice to watch. Sometimes it's just refreshing to watch a bit of "slice of life" where it's just kind of normal stuff going on.

The overall plot is nothing spectacular or new. It is nicely done though.
The acting is good despite most of the cast being rookies and trainees at the time of filming.
I definitely think you should give this drama a chance. Especially if you are looking for something light-hearted and not filled with drama or complicated plot lines to follow.

It's not Great....it's not Terrible either.

So originally starting this out I was excited and enjoyed it. However, as it drug on there were parts that were really slow, parts that had a lot of plot holes. I feel like it was a solid idea just not necessarily executed in the best way.

The acting: there are some good actors, some decent ones, and then there's the girl that plays Yaimai. Look, I know that everyone has to practice and get better but everything she did was so fake and unrealistic. Her "crying" and being in pain were so unbelievable. To be honest, she played being possessed by Anyawadee better than she played the actual character Yaimai. There were decent and good actors in this as well but overall it was just really mediocre at best.

The soundtrack....was.... nonexistent really. They had like 1 song that was the "title" song and that was played for everything.

Special Effects: Eh...I've seen worse but I have also definitely seen better. Think "Anaconda" but worse lol. It was okay though, it wasn't so bad that it took away from the show or anything.

It's certainly not worth a rewatch. However, I feel like this might be some people's type of show. I enjoyed it but I can certainly get most people not enjoying it. It's got a mountain of flaws but if you look past it, at the core, it's really not a bad show and actually kind of worth the watch. It at the very least has good messages to it.

Nothing spectacular, but refreshing and cute.

This isn't a super exciting drama, I'll be honest. However, I really enjoyed it very much. I think the characters are likable and written well. It does have that over-exaggeration that I find a lot of romantic comedies have (especially ones that aren't Korean dramas).

The story is pretty basic, it's just an average love story. So there isn't anything special going on with the plot or anything. The acting by the cast is pretty good. Some actors/actresses are better than others, but they all manage to pull it off and make it believable. I think the chemistry between the supporting characters Oab and Pon is lacking. It's okay though since they aren't the focus of the story.

Overall this is a refreshing, cute, and charming drama. I think it definitely deserves a chance to be watched. Especially if you're looking for something that is just light-hearted and pure.

Is it an average-ish drama, yes. However, it works well for what it is.

Short, Sweet, Cute and Refreshing!

I for one enjoy short dramas. I can understand why some people don't like them because they don't have time to fully flesh out stories and characters. If you can overlook that then they can be rather enjoyable and sometimes you can find an extremely rare gem amongst them. This is one of those gems.

As with most short dramas, there is a lot of loopholes left open, as well as a lot of unanswered questions. However, this drama is very cute and sweet. It kept me entertained and interested in the characters and their romance. The story is pretty predictable though and has cliches but it's not oversaturated to the point of annoyance. The characters are realistic and refreshing.

The acting is great for a short drama (which isn't always the case).

If you want a drama that's not super long and enjoyable and refreshing to watch then I recommend this one.
I wish there was a season 2 though.

I loved it!

Before I start: let me just say that this is more of an idol drama so that's to be noted before you watch this. I have found that idol dramas tend to not be quite as good, but some really do pull through like with this one.

This is a great drama in my opinion. It does lean a bit heavy on historical drama cliches but it's got a couple of twists. I wouldn't say it's anything new or refreshing to the drama world. However, that being said, the story is still great and holds its own. The characters are decently fleshed out for a short drama, even including side characters. They could have added more episodes and fleshed them out even more but it's satisfying enough.

The acting is absolutely amazing. You got some really awesome, big-name actors in this drama. Even the ones that aren't, and even the idols in it hold their own.

The costumes are decent and the OST is pretty dang good as well. Although, I have a bit of a bias since Yoseob sings one of the songs haha.
I definitely recommend this drama, especially if you are looking for something serious but not too serious. It's a drama but it has a lot of nice funny moments thrown in as well. It never feels too heavy to watch.

Don't expect too much from it and you'll enjoy it.

This is a short web drama and as such you really shouldn't expect a lot from it. The plot is simple; twin sisters with polar opposite personalities magically switch their bodies.

The acting is okay, I personally found that the girls acted better pretending to be each other's character than they did being their own character haha. There's no solid ending though, to be honest, we don't really know what happens with the main couple but you can assume, I suppose.

The songs are nice, but also that could be because Donghyun sings most of it. Haha, I loved Boyfriend back in the day so I got a bit of a bias for his voice.

However, I like that this drama also has a message to it. You have to love yourself for who you are.

Slightly above average drama but nothing spectacular

Did I enjoy this drama...kind of. I certainly didn't hate it. However, about 3/4ths of the way through I started losing interest but I finished it anyway.

The story started out great, and then it started to get a little muddled. There are some plot points thrown in that don't really make sense and aren't fully fleshed out. These are used mainly to just drive the story forward without having to answer too many questions or explain things. It's kind of annoying, to be honest.

The acting is decent, there are some that are really good and then some that are kind of just okay.

The characters, for the most part, are decently fleshed out and not just one single attribute but then a lot of the characters are and their personality is just made of one thing. That's annoying as well because I'd like for some of them to have more depth but whatever I guess they are side characters for a reason.

The music and ost are beautiful sounding to me, however, it's not the best I've ever heard.

If you're looking for a decent drama and you're not too worried about plot holes or having a fully fleshed-out plot and can handle some subpar acting then give it a shot. However, if any of that is going to bother you I'd say pass. Unless of course, you're interested in Zhang Zhe Han as much as I am haha...he's so pretty to look at. Ju Jing Yi is really pretty as well.

*Spoiler..kinda*: There are 2 different endings to this drama. One is a sad ending and the other is "happy"...depending on how you would define that. The version you see will depend on where you watch it. But both endings can be found as clips on youtube.

Nice, feel good drama

I think this is actually a really good drama. The storyline is basic and it's more of a daily life kind of plotline it's still interesting. Sometimes these kinds of stories are refreshing to watch, without all the drama and thrill and intensity. Sometimes it's nice to relax and watch a show about average lives and growing up.
The cast has some top-notch actors/actresses so it's all done really well; although the characters are just simple people I think sometimes that can be harder to portray than an over-the-top kind of character or one that's written to be a precise way.

The music/OST is average but it's not bad either.

The rewatch value is high for me. While the surprise at the end would be ruined (although you pretty much can guess the ending by midway anyway). The rewatch value of just relaxing and watching these characters grow and relive their teenage years is reall high. It's easy to just watch it again and not stress about anything, and probably have some nostalgia of your own.

It's okay....

Originally I gave this a bit higher of a rating but looking back on it, it's more of a middle-of-the-road, mediocre drama.
It's not that it's bad; it just has so many clichés and isn't super interesting. The story is a bit slow, and not surprising. There aren't any twists or turns or suspense really.
The acting is great (except for a few characters that fall a bit flat), and surprisingly the chemistry between Park Shin Hye and Yoon Shi Yoon is great. Now the chemistry between all the other actors is....again middle of the road.
However, I do think it's a classic Park Shin Hye and Yoon Shi Yoon drama that everyone should watch if they are fans of those actors. But overall it's not a super impressive drama.

A MUST WATCH!!!

This is another classic Kdrama that I think everyone should watch.
It's such a great, unique storyline that's not super cliche (although it does have a few thrown in there).
However, the twists and turns brought about are written wonderfully even though some are predictable it's performed in a way that still surprises you.
It brings to light real-life issues of the media and cover-ups. This aspect really hits home, and I love how real it is.
The acting is incredible and the chemistry between everyone is great and believable. The cinematics is great, the ost is wonderful. I certainly recommend it.

I will state that the rewatch value is low; I think it loses most of its magic and entertainment if you rewatch it and already know everything that's going to happen. However, I think it's still enjoyable to rewatch because the acting is great.

I only like this one because of the actors/actresses

Previously I had rated this higher but after thinking about it I lowered it. It's not that it's a bad drama I just find it weird and slow. It's just strange to me that he falls in love with his true love's younger sister. The acting is good, and it's filmed well. The storyline is slow and it's kind of boring, and again like I mentioned weird.

Also, you know it's never clearly stated if he actually loves her for her, or if he loves her because she's the younger sister of the woman he truly loved. And I just can't get past that. Like it's assumed he fell in love with her. But she does have a lot of similarities to her sister and the whole reason he approached her, to begin with, was because she was her sister. So.....???

A Kdrama Classic!

This is a classic kdrama that I think everyone should watch.
However, being a classic, and despite me giving it a high rating I wouldn't consider it a great drama. It's very cliche: rich boy, poor girl. There's the typical love triangle, there's a bad boy who only has a soft spot for the female lead. There is also the "evil" family that wants to keep the main leads apart. It's all very predictable.
However, the acting is what makes this such a great drama. Every character is great and portrayed so well. The casting was perfect in my opinion.

An Absolute Classic! Must Watch!

This is honestly a classic, and it was super popular for a reason. It's such a great drama.
The story is a tad bit cliche in places, but overall it is more unique and interesting than regular dramas. It's got great cinematics and writing.
The actors/actresses are phenomenal; every character is played by a great actor. The chemistry between the main characters is outstanding. The sad scenes are heart-wrenching, the happy scenes are so uplifting. It's just such a wonderfully made drama. The ost is great as well. You certainly need to check it out.

If you're just now starting dramas I would certainly recommend this one as a starter. If you haven't watched it yet you should.

I think this is a classic but it's not amazing

This was the first Asian drama I've ever watched. So it does hold some sentimental value to me. However, despite that, I wouldn't consider it a great drama.
It's also not bad though; it's entertaining enough and an easy watch. The story is very cliche and predictable it tends to be a bit slow in some parts. The romance is kinda confusing and a slow burn at least on the male leads front and they're horrible at communicating until closer to the end of the drama.

That being said, the acting is really good (in my opinion, although I can understand why some people would think differently) even for Eun Hye who made her acting debut in this drama. It is a classic drama that I think everyone should at least check out.
