"There is something i realized, i thought i liked you in the past, it was all fake. Fake. Because it didn't hurt like this before. It wasn't as intense in the past and it wasn't as desperate and it wasn't as painful either. No matter how many times you told me you were in pain, i couldn't understand you. But now i know. The one who likes more is in pain. Now i' m going through it, this is complete hell. It's hell."
Totally loved Kang Tae Ha' s confession/monologue, utterly heartfelt. And even though he made himself the "weak" one, he was sincere. And somehow it brought to my mind a favorite song from Matt Elliott: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=C263eElCuj4

The sudden realization that not all is what it seems
Rises somehow exponentially
It turns from a cry into a wail
Then a scream and then a howl
An endless broken dull soliloquy

"I think it will be better if i never sober up." XD
The more the episodes flow the more my desire to see Park Young Tae and the Iron Butterfly dead grows stronger. But before that i want all their crimes to be exposed. Pretty scary people full of ill-natured ambition willing to commit the sickest of crimes to achieve the highest top of oneself' s bottom. Along with them, i wish Han Kwang Chul and his crew beat the sh*t out of Park Young Tae's minions. I'm looking forward to him hunting down one by one those who did that to Seo In Ae. Damn, Jung Woong In fits so well the role of a bad guy, but in this series he's exaggerating to the point of the saying "first comes hubris, then comes nemesis" and nemesis will strike down on Park Young Tae in full force, i hope.
I'm so glad i watched this drama, it was overwhelming from the very beginning to the very end. I cherished most of the time i spent with I Hear Your Voice and the main cast really poured themselves into their roles, it felt like a soulful testimony dare i say. Not only them, but the supporting roles as well, the scriptwriter offered them space to breathe and in their very own way they completed the great puzzle named I Hear Your Voice. I'm pretty sure this drama has a lot of messages to deliver; and they were reflected pretty well. Of course it's a matter of taste whether one is going to love this series or not, as for myself, my personal taste became richer, henceforth i' m really glad. I even like the title, it wasn't only about Soo Ha's special ability to hear people's thoughts, it' s also about a deeper understanding of the people in your surrounding environment, whether it was about Soo Ha's charisma/personal-hell (it was always loud) or not. A matter of understanding and cherishing or the loss of understanding and getting trapped in your own self's torment. Had i the power to get back in time, i' d let myself get devoured by I Hear Your Voice as gently as it already happened.
but if she rejected his friend how come they actually kissed. it makes no sense
All scenarios are open so far, but if they do i bet it's gonna be an explosive scene since they've been friends for many years and as KJG's friend doesn't express himself openly most of the times having a "cold" character", the atmosphere is gonna get heated up all of a sudden.
but if she rejected his friend how come they actually kissed. it makes no sense
The way i see it, he confessed his feelings to her and then he "forced" a kiss, that's what Kang Jin Gu saw; then he left. What happened after he left, that his friend got rejected, is what actually happened after the kiss, she pulled off and rejected the proposal. But Jing Gu had already left and along with him, we didn't see the post-kiss aftermath.
Well, if you think that irl he's 35 and Sung Joon 24, well, yes, no matter how hard they try they can't make him look like he's in his mid 20s or something like that.
I have to confess that it started really well and it feels promising about how it will process, 4 plus9 boys, at the end of the first 4 decades of a lifetime successively, felt the plus9 "curse" within 48 hours and everything's about to change for better or for worse! Guess it shows the end of the path where you're face to face with two roads (or more) and the choices you make and/or the circumstances given lead you towards one of the roads that unfolds into a wider branching which leads to the same destination (with a different course), the next decade. I have a good feeling about this series, hopefully enough it will satisfy me, being a plus9 hyung myself :P
Actually, it's Hanzo and not Hanjo, but Kanemaru is the only one who can pronounce it properly xD
@Mareina: I like the last sentence, after uni exams end i'll give it a gunshot by the end of the month to give my bullets a chance. Gomawo for the delightful info!
Edit: @DiaNine: I'll work on that by the end of the month :D So far i' d remained in the sounding part of the language and very specific words or phrases that are highly used.

I liked the end of episode 2, one of the 3 will have a rare relationship, had a touch of Reply 1994.

Jae Yeol and Hye Soo are a hell of an adorable couple, episode 11 owned.
