"might have misunderstood him as overacting." Whoever misunderstood him as overacting in Waka probably misunderstood the whole drama and missed the point and the whole greatness, he was just perfect in that role! Woo, i suddenly miss Sato family :/

Didn't you give away a little too much about the mystery?
I will have to agree on this one, the doctor-chef plot twist should have remained a secret for everyone to find out on his/her own, it is one of the drama's strongest cards in the first quarter of smelly girl, such twists must be discovered individually by everyone to get mind-blown :P

Man on High Heels is a great movie. It's pitch black in a glamorous yet decadent thick, surrounding ambiance.…
He's got one of the coolest 'staches!
Eventually i will enter the world of Sageuks to a deeper extent on a journey of more action-driven Sageuks, like Joseon Gunman which i highly enjoyed, pew pew Joseon laser!

You're welcome, Twin ;D

Man on High Heels is a great movie. It's pitch black in a glamorous yet decadent thick, surrounding ambiance. Wonderful cinematography and fight choreography as well. The struggle between himself and herself [hermself] is omnipresent, but some really humorous moments ease the tension. Loved both Lee Som and Lee El's interpretations and Seung Won was utterly expressive in this twofold role.

You never get bored of Asian ghost stories no matter how cliche they might seem at times because you are my Twin and i feel the same way about such stories. But this one had a different air, i loved the platonic ghastly romance, it was almost alive! And of course i really enjoyed the fright aspect! I'm looking forward to Kang Ha Neul's movie Twenty! It's going to be so goddamn funny! First time i came across him was in Angel Eyes as the younger self of the main male lead. As for Kim So Eun, i love her to infinity and back, she's one of the sweetest young ladies currently walking on this earth, along with Jo Bo Ah.

As for Blood Rain, haven't watched it, i'm odd when it comes to Sageuk. Either i watch something or i don't, it's 50/50, it depends on the signals my brain will send at that moment. But in general i always prefer battleground historical movies, like The Admiral, it almost turned my room into a turtle battleship with cannons at the windows!

PS. Great article.

Great article my evil Twin! I've watched the first 2 eps from this one and i intend to resume during the second half of February, loved what i've seen so far and we have to be thankful to tvN for this quirky reality bliss it offers lately! :D

Nice article! The lollipop lol! The macho guy at Wakamono Tachi had one too :P For carnival i was thinking something more ninja/assassin-like, but i'm too bored to search around to find everything required. I even wanna make a like-minded Sageuk 'stache :P

First one might get you assaulted by security though.
But if you instantly become a male lead, you beat 'em up and you leave unharmed even if they are ten of them. Then they never find you and if they do, you beat them up again. XD

Article Ask an Ajumma
Since when does a more realistic approach with palpable daily figures and down to earth interactions is being considered as cheap? I guess high standards refer to an extraterrestrial form of dramas.

Fighting, ahjummas!
