Ceritanya okey bgt walopun genrenya fantasy,, jg cm lihat sekedar khayalan yg ga mungkin. Ada lucu nya,  romance,, pokoknya terhibur. Apalagi ada trio ganteng nya.. Komplit bgt..
Mereka bener bener kocak bgt, berharap mereka bakalan main bareng lagi buat drama di masa dpn. Kalo bs genrenya fantasy juga.
Soalnya aku suka bgt drama, apalagi genre fantasy, mystery, detective, kalo yg romance gitu agak kurang ya. Thank u?
-
Tp rada ga suka nya, peran main cewenya.. Entah knp saat jd anak sekolahan cantik, tp pas cerita dewasa berambut pendek, keliatan jelek. Kyk lbh tua dr s goblin nya.
-
Juga sayang bgt, cerita tentang Sunny n Wangyi aka Kim Woobin nya rada sedikit.
Pas endingnya itu lohh,, yg bikin rada gimana gitu..
Uri Sungjaenya kemana? Yg mana? Kok ga ada.

The actors got me hooked. First of all, I love Sato, I first saw him on Rurouni Kenshin, so I already knew he would have been great in this.
Maeda really made me want to keep watching this movie. She looked so much like a robot <3
I loved how they made Sato do things a guy should always do to a girl, even if she is a robot. It made the show that much more enjoyable and not cringey.
The subtitles really got me fugged up, but surprisingly I still was able to love this show so much!
The cast fit in so well, the chemistry was amazing and especially between maeda and takeru. Really wish they would do another movie together, it would be so amazing.

I first approached this drama because sungjoon played the lead roll. However, I was surprised how much character development went on in the first 3 episodes only so I got the hint something was wrong. Nonetheless, I still extremely liked sungjoon's role I felt he was very down to earth. However, some parts were unnecessarily dragged such as the problems with the mom and dad, and their sister, which i felt was just annoying in general. I liked how things turned out in the ending, except there should have been more parts where we see the main roles spend more time together as they did in the first few episodes when they confess towards one another. All in all, the drama was pretty addicting and I recommend it :)

Coming from a fan of the Reply series, I'd have to admit that I have pretty high expectations when it comes to k-dramas that were set in the past. Although this was not a tvN drama or a part of the Reply series, I couldn't help but set some standards and to compare it. But I must say that this drama DID NOT DISAPPOINT me at all. I actually really liked it. As someone who enjoys k-dramas that were set in the past, Girls' Generation 1979 was a pleasure to watch.

The drama mainly focused on friendship, family, and love. I loved how this show touched on a lot of the issues of Korean culture back then. It wasn't just all fluff and lovey dovey, it definitely portrayed real life problems that people used to deal with and still might be dealing with in the modern times. I loved the friendship and family storyline in this. I especially loved it whenever the main leads, Jung Hee and Hae Joo stood up for themselves. The drama was not afraid to show that men thought of women very lowly back then and the leads would realize how wrongly they are being treated and would stand up against the people who oppress them. I'd have to say that it was quite empowering. I also enjoyed the romance. It was really cute! There was also some comedy in this so it's not all serious all the time. Definitely loved the old setting and the vintage outfits and pretty uniforms. There were a few questions that were not answered in the end and I would've loved to see the characters' lives later on, but overall, I was satisfied with the story and the ending.

ACTING/CAST
From what I've read from netizens, the casting was a bit controversial, particularly with casting Bona (Jung Hee) as main lead since she hadn't had much acting experience besides from having a small role in Hit the Top. I was a bit worried at first about how she would handle being the main lead but I personally think she delivered her character really well, although there is always room for improvement. Looking forward to seeing her in more dramas in the future! I think playing as a teenager really fits her. Also, it was great to see Kim Sun Young and Do Hee act in a drama set in the past once again (both acted in the Reply series). I had no issues with the casting. I thought everyone did pretty well!

MUSIC
I am a 90s kid and growing up, my family listened to songs from the 70s-80s, especially the Carpenters, whose songs were almost in every episode of this drama. I loved the English songs they featured in this drama and I would get excited whenever they played something that I recognized! It is also always interesting and delightful to hear the old Korean songs that were famous back then. The show's OST was great too!

Overall, this drama was great and enjoyable! It may not be the best drama out there but it is definitely worth watching it. It's only 8 episodes but you'll be craving for more! I recommend this drama to everyone, especially to Reply series fans. You won't be disappointed!

Mars is an incredibly deep series. From the series very name to the two protagonists in the series, it provides more than just the whimsical fluff.

The storyline, acting and editing is so relatable that you see the everyday struggles of life within yourself and your partner without it bogging you down. Especially love how it subtly shows that good in people can come from many-a adversities, if one's willing to do so, all said and done without being preachy.

It's a big recommend if you're big into understanding different shades of life, the bright & flashy like his and the seemingly dull but peaceful like hers.

First off, I'd like to say, I reallllllly hope they come out with an Age of Youth 3!
If you've watched the first season, you will know that two of the main actresses are no longer in the show. One appears once or twice over the season while the other has been switched for a new actress. This annoyed me when I first heard it but I was surprised at how much it actually bothered me the further i got into the show. The hints of humour at the actresses new appearance helped my opinion of it greatly.
The music in this show is incredible! I have downloaded the entire soundtrack, it's that good.
The story is generally really good and mostly relatable, especially as a student in an all girls flat. Sometimes things aren't totally explained in the drama, this allows you to think about it, but I think it wasn't used well in all cases. I like that in the drama things do not end "Happily Ever After" or the complete opposite of this. It somewhere in the middle sticking to it slice of life genre very well.
I probably will watch this again, especially if they bring out a new season!

There is just so much warmth and beauty in this show.

There are a lot of things that make a drama great: direction, screenplay, plot- among other things. But then there are dramas like Fated To love You, that don't need anything else except the one thing they have: phenomenal acting. Jang Na Ra and Jang Hyuk are simply brilliant at what they do. Which is why, what would've been an otherwise mediocre drama ultimately, became an excellent show.

Lee Gun is, to be frank, a weirdo. There's extra and then there is this guy. From his ridiculous pretend action moves, obnoxious laughter, tacky slow cap to his nonsensical rambles- he's truly one of a kind. But these eccentricities are what make him so completely endearing. His laugh, when he is happy, is so contagious that it would split your face in a huge smile. While the same laugh, when he's upset, would break your heart into smithereens. The pure and untainted love he has for Mi Young will warm your soul and his kind, kind heart would grant him a permanent spot in your heart.

Mi Young, on the other hand, is just precious. Jang Na Ra’s acting is so utterly genuine that it's impossible not to fall in love with her character. Mi Young is gentle, fragile and innocent and yet, there is a silent strength to her. The way her personality develops throughout the show is amazing. She grows from a girl who hides from the world to a woman who's confident in her skin and the change is totally believable.

Their relationship is goals and their chemistry is fire ( damn those kisses ????). There is a total balance of power between them and that is what makes the romance so great. He is a billionaire in his own right and she's a very successful artist. There are many scenes where our guy takes the back seat and let's our girl handle the reins. They are strong for each other and they're strong together and it's all just varying degrees of perfection.

Fated to love you has the best second male lead to date. I love Daniel Pitt. Literally every time he came on the screen I was like ‘It's okay if you didn't get the girl, darlin’ I'm still here and I'm ready to be yours.’ lol. Usually in romance dramas, I find the second male and female leads kind of annoying but surprisingly, in this show I wanted to know more about Daniel and Se Ra’s story and when it finally unfolded, it was completely heart warming.

Secretary Tak, Dragon, Mi Young’s mom and her crazy ass family, Grandma Wang, The triplets, The Lawyer- basically every character in the show is lovable.
Hamo Hamo.

Goodbye My Love sung my Aille is without a doubt one of the best OST’s ever. No matter how many times I listen to it, I can't get enough. The background music throughout the show is perfectly timed and exactly what a particular scene needed.

All in all its little bag of tricks, its quirkiness, its over the top-ness and ultimately its authenticity is what makes this show a true gem.

Must Watch! Synopsis does not do Justice to the Show

I kept seeing this show pop up whenever I was looking for a new show to watch. However, I kept disregarding it because the synopsis did not grab my attention at all. However, I stumbled upon the soundtrack of this show and I fell in love and decided to watch it. One of my greatest decision I made. The story is far more intricate then what the synopsis states.

1) Love Story: Both the primary and secondary love story is great. I almost like the secondary love story better than the primary
2) The deeper meaning of living and death is nicely portrayed
3) The way the director and screenwriter wrote the story was amazing. There is so much happening and even the fluff between stories have meaning to it that you don't think of it as fluff
4) The the small amount of humour added is a nice touch
5) Amazing SOUNDTRACK
6) Bonus, the Actors are super cute and the Actress played her role very well

indeed as the previous comment said , it is a must to watch drama. When I started to watch , it was just of boredom who knew that I will get this addicted ( one episode after another until I finished season 1 ) .   FYI I am a fan of vampire stories , here in the description it didn't say anything at all although it contains it . Until now I don't know why did I like it this much , I have no Idea . The plot is filled with multiple genres ( comedy , adventure , fantasy , romance , supernatural ) and the story is well established although it is divided into 3 missions but it was smoothly connected  in a way that makes u want to watch what happens next .

The acting as was superb starting with :
Ma Ke : no word an describe him , where was I from this actor , he is incredible and very handsome . He is the most attractive vampire my eyes ever seen
Ye Yin : her energetic character was well protrayed , she was great ( funny , straightforward ) .. what I liked the most about her the idioms she used and the supporting words she gave to the other character I truly fell for it
Si Yin : can't describe his character exactly ., he had many incarnation , but his ability to apply all of them is amazing

the opening and the ending music was out of the world truly amazing and addicting
probbably 100% I will watch it again
so after all of this I hope u r convinced to watch , it wont disappoint  u  . thx for reading

It has its good and weak points too. I actually liked how they didn't over-analyze the supernatural thingy which brought Hae Sung back to life. Yes, it was important part of the story, but not the main point for sure. The story was more about the second chances Hae Sung and all of his friends and family members received miraculously. The love line was nice and pretty much obvious from the first minute of the show that these two soulmates can't even be separated by death.
After coming back to life Hae Sung has to face his loved ones' miserable situations and that's makes the whole drama so damn sad. (Don't even mentioning the flash-back to his last days and his funeral, I cried a river)
During the drama the story can feel very slow-paced and a bit stretched out, but otherwise it's simple and enjoyable as it leaves time to get to know all of the characters.

Acting/Cast 7/10

You Jin Goo, I have to admit this was the first drama I watched with him and definitely won't be the last one. He is handsome, young and -more importantly- surprisingly talented. His performance was far from perfect, but I still found it really good, convincing and relatable.
Lee Yun Hee, I wish our heroine was equally good, but no. She didn't help me to like Jung Jung Won's character much. She was not horrible or annoying though, so that's a plus.
Ahn Jae Hyun. I first come accross him in You who came from the stars (happens to be his first drama ever) and immediately had high expectation for him, which he continuously fail to fulfill. He can play a good supporting character, but not a good main. I know that most of the time Chef Cha's character was supposed to be the cool-on-the-outside type but he just didn't seem to have emotions at all.
The supporting characters were great and the actors were well-chosen too. I think Lee Shi Eon as the awkward Shin Ho Bang was especially outstanding.

Music 8/10
The music was not annoying or making the drama less enjoyable, which (in my opinion) unfortunately happens sometimes in Kdramas. Actually I'm a fan of great OST and this one had some good songs- nothing very memorable, but I did save a few to my Spotify list.

Rewatch value 6/10
Although I liked this drama from beginning to end, I wouldn't think I will rewatch it, it was way too sad for that.

STORY: This movie is about a very caustic relationship. As the details above state, the one guy drugs the other and drives off into the wild with him. It seems to carry the same love-bordering-on-obsession theme that sister movie of this had (Suddenly Last Summer). In fact, watching this after the other, it almost seemed like the same movie, just a change in setting and circumstances...but far less enjoyable.

ACTING/CAST: They can do anger, they can fight, they can wrestle naked, and do drunk. So I guess their acting wasn't too bad.

MUSIC: Unmemorable.

REWATCH VALUE: Nope.

OVERALL: I'm not very fond of crazy, abusive relationships, especially where one actually does something criminal like drug them. Throughout the show I was hoping that maybe it would have some redemption, that it would end happily like Suddenly Last Summer...

STORY: A student is in love with his teacher, which borders on obsession. He chases his teacher in an attempt to get the teacher to admit his feelings. It's a short video and starts right in the middle of the story so it took me a minute to figure out what was going on. I watched it blindly without reading a review.

ACTING/CAST: Decent. There isn't really anybody else besides watching these two interact.

MUSIC: Unmemorable.

REWATCH VALUE: If I'm bored one day, maybe.

OVERALL: I felt a lot of pity for the student throughout the show but the ending is satisfying.

I absolutely loved this movie for many reasons but mostly because it flowed so well.
I haven't watched the anime since it's older and ..idk but I might watch it eventually. There's just so many anime series and movies I have on my list :../
I fell in love with Sato because of this series.  I would say this made him  famous since it was a live action but yeah you should really watch his other movies.
His acting is amazing. His confidence is amazing. I loved Kaoru too, their chemistry was great.
I would watch all three movies again, it was just that good.

First of all, I like this story very much because it portray greatly in the aspects of gender inequality of the ancient China. It includes many aspects that can be relate to our lives (eg, how much power can change people...)

Story: 10/10
In some aspects the story drags (as expected from usual historical drama with so many episodes) but overall the storyline is great. VERY GREAT. as said above, those are some reasons I love this drama. Unlike other dramas, it was very very well made and the storyline ain't all about fluffy, cringy, cliche romance. The plot twists are great and in the end what happened to the villians are just so satisfying. Many people disagree when I thought the ending was good and happy. I can't give away too much at this stage. But let's just put it that for me it is a happy ending. The path Yun Xian (Liu Shi Shi) took in the end was right for me, personally.
The romance...it's complicated and many may not like it because it is not typically the kind of romance that is potray in most asian drama. But, for me I think that it was good enough because in the end I didn't really watch the story for the romance but the storyline itself.

Acting/Cast: 10/10
I'm a big big fan of Wallace Huo and Liu Shi Shi. I watched every dram they starred it so I'm happy the have a drama together. That was enough for me to give it a 10. Of course as expected from them they'd do a great job in acting out their characters. Chemistry is on spec and sides character do their roles very outstandingly.

Music: 9/10
I love love love love the OP and END, and OST. Very much. The end.

Rewatch Value: 7.5/10
I gave it quite low despite having enjoying the drama because it is long and once you watch it, that's it. It wraps up and there was no reason for a rewatch.

Overall I RECOMMEND :) for those looking for relaxation, comedy, extremely fluffy romantic happy drama. this might not be for you... but if not then watch it!

Moon Lovers is a great drama which have little bits of everything (comedy, romance, tragedy, drama, politics etc) Eventhough it is great in some aspects, it also has ALOT of flaws. If you are looking for things that are happy and fluffy, this is not for you. It is a high budget drama and the casts are absolutely gorgeous but you can't expect too much either.

I mean it. If you have watched the Chinese version of Scarlet Heart (Bu Bu Jing Xin) you will know that this is like 10x worse in terms of the storyline details. It failed to portray the important massages this story supposed to give, unlike the Chinese version. Honestly, there's so much holes and missing gaps in this. What I did enjoyed more in the Korean Version than the Chinese version is the quality of production. I mean like every scene in this drama is absolutely beautiful, the costumes, the sceneries etc were really pleasing to the eyes. And, yes including the actors and actresses. (lol I'm quite shallow, but those bald head in the Qing Dynasty was like a big no no to me..)

Storyline:
I gave it a 6 out of 10 because of as said above.

Acting and Casts:
I gave this an 8. Most is credited to Lee Joon Gi. I'm not at all a fan of Lee Joon Gi but his acting in this drama was superb. He was able portray his character very well, it was realistic, believable and I enjoyed seeing him on screen. He is after all a veteran actor and I would love to see more drama with him in it. IU on the other hand, let's put it as she is not the best. IU is very pretty and don't get me wrong I am her hardcore fan as a solo artist (the reason I watched this). Though she wasn't the best she was able to played her character well enough that it was believable. Her acting get better after each episode! Another thing that I gave high rating for this is the chemistry between all the casts and specifically the main couple. I also love the casts for the villians and side characters (eg. Jisoo, Nam Joo Hyuk, Kang Haneul, Hong Jong hyun etc). I also love seeing idol turn actor/actresses in this drama as well (eg. Seohyun, Baekhyun)

Music:
10 out of 10. It was great. The music are all beautiful and touching and fits the mood well. Sung by many well-known talented singers. It was also very memorable and I legit have a playlist for all Moon Lovers's OST. Like when you hear the music you can feel the emotions etc. It's that great!

Rewatch Value:
I gave this an 8. Though for me personally I wouldn't rewatch this, most of the time I never rewatch any drama twice anyways and I don't have that much time on my hands. But for everyone else, I think the this drama's rewatch value is around 8 because every scence was pretty enjoyable despite the storyline not being that great. I didn't often need to use the skip botton at all which is a very good thing. (might be because I watch it when it first aired and so the episodes are scarce).

Overall:
I gave overall an 8. I would have given it lower if I were to compare this with thousands of other drama watched. Either way, this drama is okay. The casts and music saved the storyline. I personally enjoyed time travel (unless its rightdown cliche) so I gave it an additional points. Since I watch a lot of historical dramas I tend to judge it with very high standard. And since, I LOVE historical drama I enjoyed it either ways. :)
