This is one of the best science fiction drama I have seen. The story line, character development and actors were all fantastic. The ending was outstanding. I will definitely watch this drama again. What a cliff hanger. I love it. I hope they make a season 2. I highly recommend this drama.

Since I love science fiction and thriller movies and series. TvN and OCN have a the most extended dramas what I have seen in acting with their story and I could liked it what this type of k-drama will be more famous worldwide and mostrate how k-actors acting is awesome at western society. I wish what this show and others of this channel will be airing on some private cable channel of my own country Spain.

The ost/soundtrack is pretty awesome, i liked so much the principal song.

The main leads and suporting roles was all fantastic on his work, i can still watch Duel like 2 times in a row and I don´t will boring of look at them.

The story is interesing with so much mistery, this drama have all. 10/10, I recommend to all k-dramas lovers.

This movie is an eye openner to the new era of our society. It rebuts the idea that love will be realized and made possible only by relationship of a man and woman. The society may look at it disgusting but, this movie will provide a such idea of having relationship with man as equal to with a woman. Gender does not matter, what matter is how you LOVE" the person. It is on how do you ACCEPT him, ang how do you VALUE that person you love. Congratulations to all persons involve in making this awesome movie serries.

I would like to suggest for the next season:
Include the family of all the casts, portray their struggles and eventually able to support BL so that it may gain sympathy from families who has experience of having gay son, brother, friend with BL relationship.
Also, include society's issues on BL thing and how able to overcome them as a couple loved each other.

Congratulations: Wayo, Phana, Fourth, Beam, Kit, Ming (all involved) for doing such a great job.

Hope to meet you all.....looking forward to a unique season 2....

I picked up this drama on a whim because there was nothing else on I felt like watching, and was very pleasantly surprised by how much I liked it and ended up pretty much binge watching.

This story revolves around Li Xiaohan, a single mother of a daughter, Yiping, who contracted HIV after a blood transfusion. They live open a bed and breakfast on Baisha Island. Li Xiaohan definitely falls into the "naive but kind country girl" trope, but in her own way, is a very resilient character whose weakness is thinking of others too much.

An Jieluo is definitely plays into the the trope of a very over the top, bad-tempered, "bark is worse than his bite" rich second-generation heir, but he is also a talented doctor. After he loses his job for beating someone up at the hospital (his bad-tempter is no joke), he goes to work on Baisha Island where his mother's building a resort.

The resort project is lead by Jiang Fengen, the second male lead and Li Xiaohan's ex (who is still in love with her, of course). Xu Yiyun, Fengen's current girlfriend, who is the daughter of a company executive and a violinist goes with him to Baisha Island.

Yiping is also a complete delight to watch, and super duper cute. Much of the tension in the middle of the drama is about HIV, and how the villagers on Baisha Island don't understand it and react badly.

My favourite thing about this drama is how it subverts the evil mother-in-law/ex-girlfriend/girl-who-likes-the-guy-who-likes-you tropes that are pretty much staple in Asian dramas. There were elements of some of those, but they were handled maturely and not made a big deal of. Basically, the women who are usually pit against each other actually sat down, thought things through and talked with each other. I especially appreciated the friendship between Xiaohan and Yiyun.

All in all, it's a very steady, character-orientated and mature drama with no huge ridiculous eyeroll-worthy drama and villains.

This review may contain spoilers
I like how this drama explores all the areas of a comic series and a fanbase. Things like spoilers, waiting for the next episode, coming into a series halfway, the to-be-continueds, etc. It’s similar to time travel when one cannot share one’s paranormal experiences because it’s too weird. Towards the end of the drama it gets seriously nail biting. I don’t really like horror and jump scares, but this drama takes a dip in that direction.

One of the most awesome things about this show is how the main leads work together. Kang Chul might be the brains but Yeon Joo is the one that does the work and she’s got a few ideas of her own.

Kang Chul
I’ve never seen Lee Jong Suk play a powerful character. He’s usually a down trodden orphan with a lot of insecurities so it’s hard for me to wrap my head around his new confident persona. I can’t help but be charmed by Lee Jong Suk. His character is reasonable and kind. He’s not too pushy or conceited. He’s very smiley. I like that Yeon Joo’s presence depended on his consistent emotions – such an interesting factor. I love a man who can apologise before he has even developed romantic feelings for his girl. There’s something very flirty about Lee Jong Suk. I kind of love that about him. The winking! Oh my gosh. He’s so cute.
I’ve also noticed that LJS’ characters always have a rather sassy relationship with his elders.
Because surprise is a big factor of this show, it’s such a delight to see LJS’ perplexed face. I really liked how quick he was to catch on to the mystery of Yeon Joo.
Kang Chul is pretty intuitive and smart. He figures out the “logic” of things and how the rules work. I like how he was so professional with his agenda.

Yeon Joo
Yeon Joo is pretty badass when it comes to controlling the webtoon. It’s so great that she also does her own reasoning as to how the webtoon magic worked.

I like that Yeon Joo does her research and doesn’t need to be told the answers. She can find them herself. She might show some similar traits to idiotic fluttery Kdrama heroines but she’s not bad at piecing things together and accepting things calmly without throwing a hissy fit. To even the power play, Chul has to consult with Yeon Joo about things he doesn’t know. He can’t afford to hide things from her when it comes to danger because she could really help him. I really love how useful she is and how important she is to the plot. Just when you think we’re going down the typical route of keeping the girlfriend in the dark, either Kang Chul is just plain honest with her or she figures it out herself.

Romance
I like that the main couple isn’t enemies to start with. I know people complain about epic love stories, but it’s a feel-good romance. The couple isn’t unnecessarily mean or unnecessarily stupid when it comes to their love. They’re honest and secure. The power play is solid too. Yeon Joo gets to save Chul and pretend to manipulate him with her rescuer role. She gives him emotional support, helps him get back on his feet again.
I like that she’s forward in her pursuit of Chul but she’s not desperate. She’s dignified.
I like that she doesn’t let Chul push her away because of his issues and that because of the design of the system, she knows how he feels about her. In a way, Chul can’t have his dignity.
I enjoyed the premise of the separated love. Of the limited time frame of their relationship.

We always see fated lovers. But I like that Kang Chul feels connected to Yeon Joo because she knows him so well. It’s fun to see her call him on his crap because she knows his story. I found it meaningful that she knew every significant moment in Kang Chul’s life. That she knew his motivations and his reasoning. It was kind of an incredible dynamic.

I was impressed by Kang Chul entertaining the possibility that he and Yeon Joo might not make it and really leaving the power to her.

Random Notes
I love Yoon Do’s role in the romance as the message man.
I like that at the end Kang Chul goes back to his old hairstyle. I know it must be difficult to gel when you’re on the run.

It was seriously one of the best dramas I've watched this year. At first I watched it cause I needed something to kill time and suddenly I was craving for more. The series is very well produced, the photography is amazind, filming quality is great and even the funny yet heartbreaking (at times) plot is a must watch.
WARNING: Not BL
STORY: A lone otaku boy that has a huge crush on his classmate. He follows her to Japan intending to declare his feelings for her but ends up finding she's got a boyfriend. That leads him to drink too much and find a place that sells LUV Robots. Too drunk he thinks he's creating a profile to a social network and instead of setting definitions for a female robot he describes himself and chooses male as gender. He'd soon receive Ya-dan at his place. After complaning about it to the store owner he receives a female robot but she ends up bonding to the other robot, making the three of them live into this love triangle. A-zhai loves Eve, Eve Loves Adam, Adam loves A-zhai.
ACTING: Bai Shu(A-zhai) is just amazing. He's young but can convey so many feelings and act in such a natural way. Li Chuan and Cai Wen Jing also work very well. The three of them have great chemistry and complete each other. I have to comment the secondary characters grow up a lot. Wa Fu Gui (A-zhai's best friend) is an amazing add to the whole story and a comic relief most of the time. There's one scene in the series in which he shows true acting potential (driving me to tears with such good acting). The other otakus from the anime club are also well built characters having their own personality and story that is developed the best way possible.
MUSIC: Songs change a lot on this series and you notice that. Even from the ost songs that will make a scene creppy or happy the producers have done a great job on that area.
REWATCH VALUE: I'm totally rewatching both seasons ASAP. I wasn't ready for the ending and already miss them a lot. The series takes its time to reach it's true potential, there's a lot of build up but the creators have done good on reaching the point where you clearly see how much the story and characters have grown up.
OVERALL: I'll be on the watch for more dramas with the lead actors or directed by Mr. Deng Ke. They've worked hard and made this series great.

Oh wow okay if you're considering watching this then stop everything right now and do it. I promise you that you won't be disappointed. This drama.... oh my lord. Everything is brilliant and I marathoned this show in a day.
The story is great, the cast are talented and funny, the music was very well fitting and I liked this so much that I've made a playlist on YouTube of all my favourite clips. I promise you, you cannot go wrong with this drama. What I particularly liked was how the relationship was addressed. It wasn't overly fanservice-y and was sweet and cute. It wasn't forced, and didn't perpetuate the common trope of "seme" and "uke" that you tend to see with lots of BL.
I 100% recommend it, and if you want more once you've finished then you'll have to wait with us all in SOTUS limbo while we wait for November to come... Season 2, I'm waiting for you!

Supporting leads stole the romance in this drama since the main leads' relationship was a bit like a train wreck.

I never read the webtoon so this review is for the show only. Very strong beginning and set up of the show but frankly very limited character development and limited relationship development. While the characters did grow a lot of times I'm found thinking about just how average these characters are in their personality. Hardly anything about the characters themselves made it worth watching other than how pretty the overall cast was.

The side plots are very cliche if you've ever read shoujo manga, but then again this was based on a webtoon.

The show had potential. Worth a watch if you like college setting and rich boy/poor girl tropes.

With time travel dramas it's hard to watch the show without a magnifying glass on the logic and rationale behind plotlines. Luckily, I thought the show executed the complicated time travel logic pretty well.

However, the overarching conflict was stretched out for too long. Half the time I wondered if the lead actor was really in love with the female lead or more interested in self preservation.

This is an interesting variation of rich guy/poor girl trope so commonly found in kdramas. I enjoyed that aspect, at the very least.

And leads are quite pretty to watch.

Watch this one if you like time travel and in the mood for general badassery from male leads (this one was great because he can travel through time...)

Ah, K2, I had such high hopes for you.

Ji Chang Wook was a very, very attractive bodyguard, in both his demeanor and choices he made throughout the drama.

Didn't understand the forced loveline, as there was little chemistry.

Song Yoon Ah's acting was amazing and made this drama shine beyond all of the high production-value, high octane action scenes which were also beautifully shot. Her chemistry with JCW was off the charts.

Watch this one if you are into multi dimensional villains and action. The romance was forced and seemed to be thrown in to placate those of us who will watch a drama for romances.

I really enjoyed the loveline in this drama, as it was very cute and swoon-worthy.

JCW's makeup was too much, but I enjoyed staring at him in this drama all the same. NJH was an adorable main lead and the progression of their romance was believable.

As many reviews said, I agree that the beginning was strong and steam dropped off as the writing focuses on resolution rather than storytelling,

Watch this one for the romance and not for the crime-solving. Also there are frustrating one-dimensional characters in the supporting cast such as the chief prosecutor and the 3rd female lead.

I picked it up for Kim So Hyun and she did not disappoint!

A really non-scary horror genre drama that is pretty procedural. The main leads have very cute chemistry (which is to be expected given the real life age difference) that never progressed past cutesy love.

Taecyeon was also very cute in this and I thought there was a good job by the casting. His acting is a bit stiff but worked well in this context as the boy who can see ghosts all his life.

Villain's acting was excellent and was often creeped out.

Also a very satisfying ending with great support cast as well.

Very unique execution, as the two time periods in the show each take up half of each episode.

I enjoyed how the drama shows us the story, rather than tell us, through this unique execution.

Acting was solid all across main and supporting cast members as well.

This is definitely sci-fi thriller and mystery with a healthy fix of romance and bromance. Lots and lots of praise for this since I haven't seen that many sci-fi premises in kdrama.

Check it out even if you aren't a sci-fi fan. I was very impressed by the graphics in this and felt the drama was of movie-production quality. Recommending to all my non-kdrama watching friends!
