Yes, maybe isn't a masterpiece, and yes, a common drama but wow! this made me smile, cry and want to hug many of these characters... but where I should start? Maybe in dramas like these instead of 16 episodes I could do only 12 or 14, yeah, the plot always lost a bit of that strength in the middle, but in this drama I almost (yeah, hardly to find the perfect drama) didn't notice because I wanted to know as every character could have their endings.
Fantastic show a reality in thousand and thousand of people in this planet fighting against a disease, and here every character has a way to show the different ways to struggle in these diseases, and I think that's the beauty in this drama. To feel as everyone near to the main lead is living this type of situation.
I think every actor and actress was perfect to every character, and personally, Joo sang wook and Kim Hyun-Joo did a pretty interpretation as leads on this drama. (Pchhh, I don't wanna to sound biased, but if you like Jisoo, well be ready yourself.)
Okay, I don't wanna be extra boring telling you my review, but if you are searching romance, you have it! Drama? Well,,, is dramaland. Sometimes you will want to cross the screen and punch some faces too, but I think that's something good haha.
Don't be scared by the theme of this drama, I usually run of this type of dramas but I don't regret giving to this a chance. I promise you will end with a smile in your face! or at least I hope so!!
Lighty drama with a good combination of comedy, drama, and love.
Have a good time, and a big hug to all these out there who are struggling with some disease or problem! Good vibes always :D

The story is very sweet - maybe a bit predictable - but I think the drama is well done and therfore I don't mind that. I like that it is about a computer game and I like that there's both a mix of in game and real life stories in the drama as I think the characters get more depth that way.
I really like the characters and how Wei Wei and Xiao Nai are around each other and around their friends, whom I find very enjoyable to watch as there is some funny scenes.
The music is sometimes a bit weird but I will admit that it also made me smile sometimes as it just made some scenes more fun to watch.
Another thing I found a bit weird are the kissing scenes, but after I read the novel I understand why they happen like that a bit more.
All in all I really love this drama and I can't stop smilling through all 30 episodes! You can't help but get in a good mood by watching it - therfore the high rating.

It was so intense and had me glued to the screen the whole time. I like watching detective/crime stuff and I must say this is one of my favourite dramas of such! Wallace Huo made a solid performance and I found his character very interesting.
I would really recommend this drama if you like crimes, detectives, mystery, murder and the like as it is quite intriguing and exciting.
I would definitely watch this drama again!

I went in for the theme. The idea of having time for your own, to do things alone and enjoy that time fully. It is something that is important to me, and here they exploit it perfectly. The way prof Jin enjoyed his *drinking solo* felt like he was my kindred spirit.
I think the best thing about this drama is that screen presence was evened out among the cast. It isn't just the main love story and those that surrounds it. We have a setting, and we explore the different lives and experiences of those involved there. The setting is an institution that gives classes for people who want to pass the civil exam and be employed by the government. The drama tells us two different stories in that setting, that of the teachers there (pretty similar to typical romcoms) and that of the students and the things they do cause by the pressure.
I won't rehash what everyone is saying, but I agree the trio were hilarious. First time I watch Key in a drama, but really he was effortlessly the heart of it. My favourite was Kim Dong Yeong, I could relate to him the most. He felt the most realistic person there, naturally down to earth, and a total sweetheart. I gotta add I totally enjoyed all the scenes of the impersonator, he was pure fun. As for the other teacher, she wasn't bad, but too petty for an extended period of time. The director was hilarious as well. I actually wished for him to divorce since he seems so miserable with his current life.
For me it lost points on
-Inefficiency: Not only were the episodes long, but there were many dragged out scenes or events that are there to fill the time with no purpose of advancing the story. I think the drama would've benefitted being cut to 12 episodes
-The last 2 episodes: I do hate Noble Idiocy, but the was it was done here was the most nonsensical, to the point I didn't want the couple back together. And I actually was very forgiving of the lead, and maybe one of the few that found him cute while dating. Also the secondary couple were left out too last minutes. In the end they were cute, but it would've been better to explore the relationship better.
Despite my remarks on the pacing and the ending, I'd say it's still worth checking out for the laughs, as well as the heartfelt moments here.
p.s. I do wonder though is it normal for women to be this irresponsible when drinking outside this often?

Overall rating is lower because of the graphic violence; otherwise it would have been a 10.
What I liked:
So many different fascinating characters in the insane asylum, including the asylum staff who work there and how they perceive and try to relate to - and help/treat - the inmates.
The relationship that develops between the two main characters is super-sweet. He totally understands her and is clever in finding ways to help her without being judgmental.
The thefts - I found it fascinating which particular items were stolen, and the effects the thefts had on the "victims." Worth a re-watch just to pay more attention to this after seeing the end.
What I didn't like:
I felt that the violence was too graphic and over the top.
Bottom line:
Watch "I'm a Cyborg but It's Ok" for a gasp-worthy, heartbreakingly sweet romantic story if you can overlook the horrifying, over-the-top graphic violence of some of the scenes.

When I first came to Japan, I had no idea about their original sweets. Most of their media also focus mostly on western pastries (specially French). There was one particular shop I go to and they sell all kind of sweet stuffs, I picked up something that looked like a chocolate muffin one day. Little did I know what was waiting next! Rest assured, it was not a chocolate muffin. It was a wagashi Manju bun with red bean filling, a mouthful of surprise! Is it the best thing I've ever tested? Not sure but it was damn good, couple it with surprise effect, it was one of best experience! I go to that shop every other day to pick up a few of them :)
This drama was like a manju bun hidden among all these vanilla, chocolate pastries. I was just looking forward to kill a couple of hours with a rom-com, ended up spending two days straight in front of my laptop, with a leg cramp, dry eyes and a warm heart (in between, I managed to drag my thesis to hell, that's another story).
Moral of the drama:
'Love will come through, it's just waiting for you' - Travis

The characters are consistent. I like how they are classified into certain types with certain typical character traits. The acting is really superb but the only one who disappointed me was Jung Chae Yeon. I understand her character was special but her acting was way too stiff.
I know that I will miss the characters of this drama the most. The show was not turbulent or dramatic and I will miss that calm atmosphere a lot. It was still interesting enough to watch episode by episode and I didn't really feel bored while watching.

There was only one thing I liked about it which was the soundtrack as it went pretty well to the entire drama.
The things I honestly didn't like the most was that;
1. The acting was bad, as they didn't seem realistic enough to the parts they played like you know when acting is good because when it gets to a heart feeling part it either makes you cry or you get sudden butterflies, you know? I never had any of those feelings between the two main characters.
2. They missed out on the best parts of the Manga. (not going to spoil which parts so if you haven't seen it and you watch it and you've already read the manga before you'll understand what I mean).
3. The actors could not get into their character's personalities, as for example the J vers of Naoki Irie was a lot better as he could relate really well to the character as he did the same major in university as Naoki did and had the same attitude he did and also looked overall like an actual genius, with the character from this story he didn't look smart and a well known genius so it made the part look really poor and bad.
& 4. The actors they also picked looked nothing alike to the manga version as that is probably not as important to some people but to me it is, I mean if they looked somewhat similar i would of been somewhat more satisfied on that part but nope they looked nothing alike whatsoever which was highly disappointing for me considering I'm a huge manga geek and I've read Itazura na Kiss that many times I've lost count.
But overall I was highly disappointed in this drama, I would not recommend it to anyone.

This review may contain spoilers
My overall rating of this movie is 2/10 and I'll explain why. Let's start with the story.
There is nothing wrong with it...
It's a pretty creative base to an alien action movie and if executed well it could have turned into "Movie of the year". It had a lot of potential but sadly this movie did not live up to it.
The Characters, (Beware of spoiler - ish comments!)
This is a war movie so obviously, people/monsters from both sides are going to die. But don't worry, you're not gonna feel sad watching them get brutally ripped apart because you're gonna have only a few seconds with each character. What happens is; They briefly tell you why they are criminals and then for the rest of the movie, you get to watch them die without knowing their full names, their background stories, their dreams, who their loved ones were or how they got into this mess in the first place. Out of 7 or 8 forgettable main characters (Can't be bothered to remember how many they were), you only get a half-butted background story for 2 of them. Not to mention that at the end they try to make you think they were best buds, even though some characters barely had any screen time together.
The Make-up and the CGI
Okay, so a lot of people gave this movie some really big thumbs up but as I understood it, all they could say was good about this movie, was the CGI...
I have to admit that the CGI was better than most Japanese action movies. It actually gave me some hope for the upcoming Live action adaptions of FMA and Joe's Bizarre adventures (Even though they picked Yamaken to play a macho man when he has a typical ikemen face...). The make- up was not too bad either. I don't know how to feel about people being half morphed into insects but they were very creative while trying to make it work and it looked pretty okay.
The music
No comments. Not memorable.
Actors.
I don't know what to say. All of a sudden Yamapi starts speaking English then a Japanese terrorist starts speaking random English, both for no reason at all... I guess the acting was okay, though. Not much to talk about since they did not get much screen time and the script was a mess. Well... The whole movie was a mess so if the actors couldn't show their best performance, it wasn't their fault.
To sum it all up
The story was good. It had a lot of potential but because everything was so rushed it couldn't live up to my expectations. Had they divided this one movie into 3 movies and added more detail it would have been more interesting. The characters were hollow so I could not emotionally connect with any of them and the actors did not have so much space to act so their general performance was bearable. The visual effects were better than expected but the music was not memorable at all.
In the end, it was barely entertaining enough to keep me watching so I give this movie an overall 2/10
I do not plan to watch any upcoming movies.

This is definitely a historical for when you really just want romance in a new kind of setting. It was great for not having to think to much or even worry too much about the characters because except for the overarching danger (Premier Kim taking over everything), most problems were solved in a single episode. Some characters just sort of disappeared from time to time as the drama didn't have time to keep us informed as to where they went or what ultimately happened to them.
I really liked the show and hope that we can see more shows along this line. Sometimes I just want a show that leaves me feeling happy. Having such a quality cast really helped make this show so successful.

To those who wanted to watch something which is funny with a good storyline, you guys can have a try!! (although it ended soo suddenly but the overall were good :P)
P.S. There is only 3 horses in the drama due to their low production fee XD (I didn't realize until I watch the behind the scenes.. lollll)

Story 6.0
It started out as a crime drama, but evolved midway into a melodrama. At some point, it felt as if the director, scriptwriter and actors played 'spin the bottle' to determine which character would gain the advantage at the end of the day.
Acting Cast 6.0
Mediocre acting by the leads! The best acting performance was given by Jung Bo-Suk as Byun Il-Jae, the despicable villain.
Music 6.5
Music was above average.
Rewatch value 1
The value should be 0. It is only rewatchable if 20 hours are shaved off the drama, and the final scene rewritten and reshot.
Overall 5
The drama title should have been "Monster Byun Il-Jae", with deference given to Jung Bo-Suk. Byun did all the menacing and plotting, and was the real Monster.
