Petty Romance

I'll first repeat...this is for mature audiences omg. This was the first kdrama I've seen that was that....graphic...sexually. I really like the actors as I've seen both Choi and Lee in several movie though nothing like this. I loved how the added in the sex via art work instead of turning the actors into porn stars. The story was cute and the acting was great. I enjoyed the movie and would recommend to those 18 or older lol.

First of all this is not a typical "why don't they kiss more" kiddy story...omg, it is for adults only. I was shocked as this was the second kdrama movie I watched that was meant for the big kids. On saying that I liked it and I loved the song also. Ji Sung, who was also in Protect the Boss, did a great job though I blushed a time or two. The romance was great and the story was good. The movie was hard to find though and the one I did find some of the translations were just terrible but they got better as the movie progressed. Over all I liked the movie.

Wild Romance

The first few episodes were ok except the lead girl who just drove me crazy then the episodes went way down hill after that till episode 11 and 12 which were likely the best 13-16 were ok also and it had a good ending. My favorite couple were Mr. Robot and Ms Weird. I didn't feel that the main leads even had any type of romantic chemistry for the majority of the series but once they did it was cute. The lead female just looked plan stupid to me for most of the series as well and I hated her eye expressions but she started being slightly cute by the end of the series. The mystery I think was put there to make up for the lack of romance but it was pretty predictable and you basically know who did it by the end of the second episode but you weren't sure till halfway through. The late triangle addition just aggravated me. I really just felt like the mains relationships was either to slow to develop and then it was just there which was kind of annoying as well. It ended well though for the most part but I still like the Manger and writers couple story the best. read more

I hated to rate this a three but decent didn't cute it for me. I am not a teen anymore but I still like some high school dramas but I really had to force myself through this one. Every episode was depressing and I kept thinking it would get better but it kept getting more depressing and then bam. It ended the way it started...depressing. I still can't believe I wasted 10 hours on that. I guess I hate giving up on things and held out the hope of it getting better. It seemed to have that potential. I like vampire stories but I don't like the miserable sad, depressing ones. It took me a week to get through it but it's done and don't want to repeat. read more

A Moment to Remember

I'm a happily ever after girl and I hate tear jerkers and I avoid them like the plague as a rule but once in a while you find one that just appeals to you in some way and not sure how but this was one of those that I decided to chance. Even going in knowing there would be some tears. It really was a great movie, I loved it and the couple were so epic in their rightness for each other. I would have scored higher but I do add and subtract points for each part and endings are a part that gets bonuses for happily ever afters and this one wasn't going to get those points. However,scoring an 8 for me is pretty great in itself so barring the tears....ok, even with the tears, it was really great and super sweet. Cute moments laced the film. Another thing is the lead male's character....are there really guys that freakin awesome? I want one! The couple itself had a great chemistry. Their relationship was so adorable and sweet and cute and just that alone makes your heart skip a beat watching it. For those that don't do tear jerkers, I hear you and I'm totally with you but sometimes it's ok to make that sacrifice.

The un shown end might be inevitable but I liked that they ended the movie in such a way that it so closely boarded on happy that it made it watchable even for us happy ending girls/guys. Yes, there are tears....and some more tears and but also really a lot, a lot, of silly smiles and grins....really, they may even out weigh the tears. read more

Chilling Romance

This was a really cute movie. The mix of comedy, romance and horror was well done. The ghost chick that was haunting everyone totally freaked me out a few times. It was like the grudge and Ringo freaky when she came out. I was totally on the edge of my seat because of her. The romance was also good and the couple were just really cute together and totally matched up well and the ending was great.

Yokai Ningen Bem

Putting aside the fact that like many Japanese action character series Yokai Ningen Bem also had the over the top B grade costumes and somewhat low special effects the show was ok. The effects themselves were not really bad but the costumes were about B grade at best however the series didn't require a lot of either and the jumping and leaping across roof tops and up walls and such was pretty cool and a few of the transformation scenes weren't too bad. However, with every change into monster form I wondered where the heck they found the exact same clothes they just ripped apart to put back on.
As for acting it was ok for the most part. It was pretty typically of that type of show. In my opinion Kame has never been the most fantastic actor but he's not bad and seems to always put his all into it and his emotions are always great in everything I have seen him in but what Kame does best is look good and you could have totally seen him fit right into a bishonen manga or anime he was so like a beautiful god with is soft features and some scenes bordered on OH MY GOD I CAN ALMOST SEE HIS... which is why I watched it to begin with.
As for the story, I thought the idea of humanities struggle to find the good in themselves was all well and good but it got very repetitive and old very fast. For me, the main reason I watched it was for Kame and on thinking about it, if he had not been in it I don't think I would have even picked it up to watch but Kame was in it and the eye candy was more than enough for me to finish the series so I don't feel like a wasted time watching it. So If you like Kame then yeah if not the Bem character was still cool and to me the best Belo and Bela where ok. I loved the Detective and his family as well as the other side family so the characters were still pretty good so maybe still worth watching. read more

To The Beautiful You

Honestly I personally enjoyed this version better than the other versions. Choi Minho was too cute and I thought he looked familiar but I totally didn't realize he was from the group Shinee which I like a lot. I thought there were a lot of really cute/sweet scenes and the attraction between the two/three leads was very evident. Kang Tae Joon (Choi Minho) was so cute when he got flustered and was, I thought, a surprisingly good actor. The other boy lead Cha Eun Gyeo was way cute too and I also enjoyed his role. Though there were parts that did fall a little flat and areas where I thought more detail should have been added, over all I enjoyed all of it and I wasn't ever really bored with it at all. I thought it was a bit more serious then the Japanese or Taiwanese versions with not quite as much silliness though it still had its share. Also, it was harder to tell some of the other side characters apart in the Kversion where in the other versions especially the Japanese version the side characters were much more distinctive in their character and appearance, they just kind of got lost in this one. Also, it does tend to stay focused for the most part on the three main characters where the other versions encompassed the side characters more but that is probably what kept me interested as I don't always like to run off on a tangent with side characters to often. read more

Panda and Hedgehog

There were a some way cute moments in the show, it's just most of them had little to do with the romance aspect of it. I really don't remember much regarding the romance parts but the bromances are another story. The relationships between Hedgehog and Grandpa and Hedgehog and Choi were absolutely the best, so very cute and so funny I just want to go back and re-watch those scenes again. The romance between Hedgehog and Panda left something to be desired for me but it was ok. The ending felt rushed and I thought it could have been better but the story was pretty good though mostly predictable. There were some very likeable characters in it including Choi's tomboy sister. The two males leads were very attractive so very easy on the eyes in that department. It also seemed to start some side stories and not really finish them which bothered me some but it was worth watching. I didn't watch it for the cakes but they were really great too. read more

Protect the Boss

I really liked this show though I put it on hold for a bit before picking it back up and then I had to re watch it wondering why I put it on hold to begin with. There was a lot cute and funny moments and there were laugh out loud moments which I don't get much of so they are precious to me. I thought the lead guy was a total dork at first thinking "really, this is the guy that gets the girl?" but he totally grows on you and is actually very cute and jae joong was super cute his crooked smile is too much. Also, I swear I loved the interaction between the two guys more then the guys and the girl it was too funny and cute when they fought with each other because they were both so kiddish and girly about it but it was just so cute and funny. I wouldn't mind owning this series. It wasn't the typical drama I was used to seeing and it was pretty refreshing for me. There were a lot of likeable characters also, including Ice Cream, who turned out pretty cool and I only really hated the mothers but I liked that the lead girl never backed down with them which always threw the mothers for a loop, it was great. I also loved the grandmother. I've seen her in many shows and she is great. read more
