Both are juicy revenge dramas. Both have love squares and one of the guys in both squares is a douche bag... watch it and you'll know what I mean.

Room Alone deals with life issues similar to Hormones, but Room Alone involves college students instead of high school students.

S.O.S Please Help Me is the Korean remake of Strawberry on the Shortcake.

Forced marriages, husband and wife eventually fall in love. This one has one difference that both have good trust in one another as in drama does not lie much in dragging with misunderstandings

Same feel, same mix of business and romance, though the balance was much better in The Queen of SOP.
Both involve strong capable female lead, a caring male lead and a love triangle (unfortunately...)
Warning : Best Time's ending was extremely off-putting to me (and to a lot of other people as well I guess).

The Moon that Embraces the Sun is also a historical drama just like Night's Watchman. They both have fantasy as their main genre.
They also involve Shamans. The main lead actress are both shamans.
The main actor in both dramas is a royal. In TMTETS he is a king, while he is a prince in the Night's Watchman.

Now that I think about it Il Woo act in both but in the MTETS, he is the older prince, in NW he is the younger prince.
I just kept being reminded of TMTETS while watching this drama =D

To start of with they are both South Korean movies and are movies that are mixed with horror and romance.

its a romance, conspiracy just like all the other great ones.. love historical dramas with several extra romance couples in it. they just add to the story and make you have hope for the main actors! ^_^

Girl leaves to another country to get married but upon arrival finds that the fiancee just died. Fiance's family help her settle in the new country. Typical ice cold angry hurt inside male lead is the company boss who falls for the naive girl. Has a lot of episodes and side stories.

200 Pounds Beauty is a film about a girl who changes her entire image with plastic surgery, just as the main does in Birth of a Beauty. Both are about the struggles of love and life that these women face.
