[Episode Guide] Deleted pictures stay as an error

So I noticed that the deleted pictures in the episode guide will stay as a blue MDL's heart image and if I click on them, it would open a new page with this message:

404 - The requested page was not found
You can see this page because the URL you are accessing cannot be found.
