I almost give up to watch this drama because of the low rate in the review of this drama. Anyway, we have different opinions and feelings on dramas we are watching. For me, I did not sleep for one night just to finish this drama and so far I love it. Maybe others are not satisfied since the age gap of the Han and Mido but I love them.  If I were to choose between  Mr. Han and Jae Hee , I will choose Han even though he is older. Before, I just don't understand Mido because  she cannot decide who to choose between the 2 but I'm glad in the end I know she still looks for Mr. Han.

I like the sweet and mellow story line. It's a lot more about discovering and achieving a mutual love/romance/relationship. The other main characters were also very well written. Personally, I would want a best friend/wingman like Ming. What bothers me is the slow burning/possible love triangle that keeps getting hinted at but never actually occurs. If there's a season 2 I find that a love triangle is what will bother me most in the future.

The re-watch value for this series is set really high, which is rare for me. Since it's such an easy story/romance to fall in love with and to watch it makes it easier to re-watch again. The story allows viewers to be invested in the romance but not drastically or emotionally invested in heartbreaking drama. It's something that I appreciate the most when it comes to rating for re-watch value.

Story: Definitely interesting story idea. I only wished they spent more with the main character comparing his present to the past he remembered. Or if they showed more interaction in school between the two leads instead of just the parts after the accident.

Acting/Cast: I have no problems with the acting and the cast. In fact these two might be the best pair out of the entire HIStory series compilation. I have a feeling it also has to do with the story which they acted out. It definitely felt a lot smoother watching these two actors than the other two pairs.

Music: n/a

Rewatch value: There were enough kiss scenes and a lot of "here's my love!" sort of feelings throughout the series, so for me I gave it a higher re-watch value than usual. I'm usually not one to like re-watching many series.

Story: step-brother trope, simple and easy to fall into. Honestly, I disliked the use of the female best friend who creates waves. It was obvious from the beginning that this was her entire role in the series which was irritating. Very little character development, but a lot of slow budding romance. A bit of both worlds (one is irritating to see and the other is what I really want to see).

Acting/Cast: While I like the cast, I didn't like the acting. I felt like it was slightly sub-par. Perhaps it had something to do with the lines and the story itself instead of the actors. The two male actors felt closed off to me for some scenes and that was probably the biggest aspect that bothered me.

While the entire series "HIStory" is based on trope BL situations, this story itself was one I didn't favor. While the trope was easy to guess right away I would also give props for the notebook aspect. The story lost a lot of points, for me, because there was rarely any scenes of the two men spending quality time falling in love (outside flashbacks). Most of the entire series was about the girlfriend. So while there is an element of BL it wasn't entire a focus, I think, in this series.

While there were some parts in the plot scenes that were entirely undesirable, it was also a very serious drama. In comparison to most BL movies/series that comes out with too many exterior forces (such as ghost stories, deaths, lies, secrets, etc.) this was fairly straight-forward but heavy hearted.

I would almost classify this as more tragedy and love-lorn than romance. It's about a battle in society and inner self and desires, versus trying to make a connecting romance with the other party. The relationship itself was already established without a true role, which was a part of the movie.

There are two different endings to this movie as well. So it'll do well for future viewers to consider whether they want a good ending or a bad ending, or to try and watch both. I was satisfied and nearly teared up watching both endings.

The reason the re-watch value is a 5 for myself, is because I'm not someone who likes heavy stories. I try to avoid anything that isn't mellow or sweet. Since it was a good balance of torn love and mellow I managed to watch it. The filming itself seemed to be really good. For others I would assume the re-watch value is a lot higher. For myself I wouldn't re-watch it as it would be too irritating with such hard drama.

[Nightmare Teacher]
I could really say that this is a really weird but interesting drama. Like, i really hate the repeating sequence but I kept on watching it since I really know the truth behind the protagonist's inclusion to the happenings (well it's Kim So Hyun after all). Not your typical drama coz it will keep you seeking the whole plot yet will annoy you for having a few hints to really it freaking going on.
A 15 minute per episode drama from Naver with cameos of various young artist. Not that thrilling but will keep your curiosity up.
Highlights:
That freaking camera - it played a great part for everything, way to go Seo Sang Woo.
Peer pressure and other school related issues and concerns. - it really sends a strong message if you dug deeper to it's story board. And yes, it's for the youngsters out there being left out, hungry for power, thirsty for wisdom, story makers and self beautification experts. This drama had showcase what will happen if you go overboard of your self induced obsession.
15 minutes!!! - this 15 minute drama flick will keep you amazed and annoy. Like why does it need to be just 15 minutes and freak! How did they put it in just 15 minutes!
Teacher Bong Gu - oh man! You're a totally creep!
Counseling Room - this freaking room did all they shuffling, hustling and signing that gives an annoying feeling since this is all where every issue started.
What would you do now if you were to die tomorrow? - this is a freaking question, it made the whole plot make sense.
So Hyun ah danced, they made her dance and it's soooo cute - wait fot that part and tell me who the freak in the world wouldn't fall in love to her. So cute dance, specially with that come on and get me thingy.
Mirror - i really hate mirrors and this show used it as a portal and woaaah! It's a total creep!
Ye Rim ah - I wish her story was properly elaborated and cleared.
Seo Sang Woo - men! Be honest! What's your true participation in this whole nightmare thing! I'm sooo freaked out and confused!
----------
Overall, you'll ask for more :)

Wow! The ending had me screaming "ohhhh myyy goddd" because it was just funny how it ended the same way this whole story had began in the first place.

In this second season of the drama, the story continues. It is just as cute and funny as the first season, but in this one we get to see even more interactions of the main characters.

I have to say that I absolutely love all the characters. They were very cute and so funny! One thing that annoyed me was the funny, but irrelevant episode where they played the mafia game, trying to guess the killer and all that.

Overall, the story is about two childhood friends who come realize that they mean much more to each other than they had ever imagined. By the end of the season, we can see that the female lead has matured, and the male lead has figured out some things; such as that one's way of living cannot be claimed as better than another person's way of living. Meaning, Liao Danyi's lifestyle choices are not the same as Ye Muxi, and they do not have to be. Therefore, Liao Danyi realizes that his perfect life is not a standard for Ye Muxi is follow.

The ending is a happy ending for sure, but it cannot be considered as the best ending. Not because there was no romance but because it left me wishing there was more beef to the ending. Plus this web drama had explicitly stated that it isn't focused on romance from the very beginning, so do not expect anything romantic to happen in this second season.

I went in without any expectations and was blown away by this drama. The acting is outstanding, especially the performance from Nam Gung Min as Nam Gyu Man. At no point did I feel like the story dragged. Every action and plot-line feels important even if they don't directly concern the main plot-line. This is a story that kept me guessing what would happen next and most importantly had me cheering for our main character. The music is also outstanding and adds to the story.

In summary: well acted, well written, great music. I cried. Recommended.

I really love this drama! At first, I thought that it would disappoint me but I gave it a shot because of Mickey He. And he never failed me. All the characters acted soo well to the point that I hated the villains.. It made me laugh, smile, and made me cry a lot. I was really touched with Mei Li's kind heart, love, and being strong.. I love the strong character of Wang Ye and hats off to him. He fights really well. He look dashing everything he is showing his fighting skills. I I love Ancestor (Queen Dowager). I love how she protected Mei Li and her love for her and Yun Ke. I love this drama! I strongly recommend this to everyone!

Some films are made to entertain and some are made to educate and inform. There is a reason "A Taxi Driver" has become the 15th film in Korean history to surpass the ten million ticket milestone. The story it shares with audiences is one surrounding a dark period of unrest  in South Korean history.

"A Taxi Driver" gives us a glimpse into the true horrors surrounding the 1980 Gwangju Massacre. Fired upon and beaten, some 600 people were killed in an unprecedented attack by the Chun Doo-hwan government. Civilians who rallied to build a democracy for their country were falsely labeled by authorities as "communist sympathizers and rioters," all in an effort to cover up and hide a gruesome truth. This event went on to spark a decade of revolution in South Korea, and eventually led to a transition from military rule to democracy.

The film follows taxi driver Kim Sa-Bok as he transports foreign reporter Hinzpeter into Gwangju. There goal is to unveil the truth to an ignorant world, and their journey is extraordinary.

If you are curious about this film, please watch. It is a story that deserves your attention and recognition. I find it hard to express it's importance in word and can't recommend it enough.

I could write a novel to compare how this adaptation succeded and failed! But because this is a review and not an analysis I'll try to be as brief and fair as possible.

This is what I call the Disney version of KWP! They took the core storyline and characters but repackaged it to satisfy a broader demographic. That's not a bad thing if you like cute romantic comedies with a hint of salaciousness and happy ending! The concept of KWP is unique in itself it's interesting and satisfying. However, if you are a fan of the original manga or original series you might be disappointed at the loss of the story's hard edges.

By softening the characters it actually made the relationship between Sumire and Takeshi "Momo" feel less passionate and dynamic. It also made their growth as individuals feel less dramatic. Without those rough and uncomfortable moments you lose much of the stories impact about intolerance from social/moral/gender expectations. That probably isn't a big deal to most but if you really enjoy those wtf elements (I call it rollercoaster euphoria) from the more mature storyline then you probably won't be fully satisfied with this latest adaptation!

The acting was fine. No one in this drama stood out to me as spectacular but they were adequate. If I had one gripe it would be Iriyama Noriko startled/deer-in-headlights look that I assume is supposed to represent nervous insecurity? I'll be nice though because it seems to work with this adaptations Sumire.  But nitpicky me really wanted that composed and confident public facade in the original. The same with Takeshi "Momo" he was too adorable to the point of being childish vs Man-child. But again it feels appropriate for this version.

Nothing to add on music though the introduction was nice.

Overall rated good, but without the original uncomfortable mature situations it's nothing special. I might watch this again because I love the KWP storyline but I'm not emotionally attached to this version

Story: This drama did NOT do it's job, and left us seriously hanging. There were way too many unanswered questions.
Acting: I thought all the actors did a great job, and the transition and character growthw as great.
Music: I watched on Viki and they subbed the songs. I thought the songs were great and fit each scene beautifully.
Rewatch Value: MEHHHH, If I'm bored and want to see Kenny Lin or Shawn Dou, yea.

The ending as many have wrote about, SUCKS. I did enjoy the build up but the latter part of this drama did not live up to the hype. I was hoping so much for Chu Qiao and Yuwen Yue but nothing came of it, and she ended up figuring out she liked him on the last episode (yikes). I did like the beginning of the series and seeing everyone's relationship and them being playful and funny. I never thought that this series would take such a dark turn. This drama is also one of the MOST violent dramas I've ever seen. The opening scene is literally guys hunting slave girls for fun.

I'd only watch this if you want to check out hotties, since this drama included many of them even the some of the antagonistic characters and side characters.

This is my new favorite thing!!  I'm not kidding.  If you're looking for a web series that allows you to drool over all your favorite amazingly hot celebrities while simultaneously being a self-insert fanfic/condensing of all your favorite Kdrama cliche story lines into ten-minute segments, then this is for you!!  And I really do mean that this is a self-insert fanfic, but not in a bad way.  It's written far better than a lot of fanfic I've come across, and the scenarios aren't completely and utterly ridiculous or far fetched like a lot of fanfic (I mean, they are to a certain extent, but that's unavoidable...what I mean is that they are all still kinda within the realm of believability).
I got such a kick out of this series, and I WILL be rewatching it at some point probably very soon since it is so short and it flies by.  Also, if you're deterred at all by the fact that this is essentially a super long commercial, don't be.  It's not nearly as in your face and annoying as I thought it would be.  It's just kind of a side note and serves as the setting for the story to happen.  The story itself really has nothing to do with the commercial aspect of it, and they don't upfront try and sell you anything, which is nice.
In the end it really depends on what you're looking for when you watch this.  If you go into it expecting fluff and goofy antics and LOTS of dreamy closeups, you will not be disappointed.
P.S. This got so many fangirl squeals out of me, it's ridiculous.
