Reveal Spoiler »Princess Nogoog gets injured but there is no doctor in Goryeo that can save her from dying. So King Gongmin orders General Choi Young to go through "heaven's door" and find God's doctor.
Ok, so it's confirmed that in the dramaworld every kind of story is possible. I'm glad that nobody has asked me what I am watching, because it would be hard to explain, "You see there is this king's bodyguard, who is awesome and can do this dragon ball thing, but he doesn't really like his job, and sleeps all the time and this is in the past somewhen, and the ninjas attack the read moreking, and the queen gets injured, they don't really like her, but they need to save her, and the magic is not enough, so that guy comes to present through a portal made by a doctor and gets a plastic surgeon for the queen..." Yeah.... Can somebody explain why I enjoyed it? because I really did! I like the fantasy, it reminds me of fantasy books I read, and I like Lee Min Ho character in this, well who wouldn't? I'm not so sure about the female lead, she doesn't fit there yet for me, but we will see how the story goes.
This episode was interesting enough, but the special effects really stunk. I also hated the flash back (forward?) around the 53 minute mark -I thought that was the end of the episode. The female lead so far is not impressing me and her acting is somewhat flat. All the other characters are fine though. I was a bit confused at the beginning of the drama I must admit, but I was writing read morea paper while watching it so I'm going to primarily blame that for my confusion.
well that was interesting. It was a good episode but what I the only one confused about why they had to randomly start going back in time to her visit to the fortune teller and the random 7 years in time to when he became captain...
first episode great but i got lost cause after choi young and eun soo was at the vortex it just stop rewind back like 7 days ago when eun soo went to see a psychic to see when and where she will meet her future man who has money. but yeah great start let see what come next.....
The beginning was very confusing because they were in a land called Gyeoyon or something like that and there was another land called Yuan and i was like wtf,... Plus till the middle of the episode they didnt tell us who the heck all the charachters were.BUT its interesting and promising and second episode gets better!!KEEP WATCHING!!
First episode was really good and I can't wait to see the whole series ! Among the actors playing in the drama there are familiar faces including the supporting roles and after the first episode you want to watch more ! With the time travelling theme going on this year in Korean drama this one will have a special place among them.
At first, Faith seemed to me as a not that interesting drama, but after the Princess Nogoog's injury, I was suddenly captivated. I particularly like the general's attitude and he managed to act the surprise of the 2012 year with 100% success. I like how the doctor is a whiner and always after money. I think it will be very fun to see how she acts once she is in the past. read moreThis series has so much potential! I will definitely stick with it!
I like how the lead female isn't average. I like her straight forward want for money. Lee Min Ho's character hasn't been given a chance to shine yet but all the potential and build up is there. The intertwining of several different genres is also better than I expected, I'm looking forward to good things.
Till now, I've never watched any historical dramas, and I thought this would be a good start since it kinda mixes both historical ad modern settings. At first I thought it has got too much action and fighting for me, but still those fantastical parts like jumping in the time or special electric related power got me watch the rest. I also like the character Eun Soo, she is really funny and read moreKim Hee sun's acting is pretty good. I guess I don't even need to say Lee Min Ho is so cool throughout the whole episode ^^
THIS DRAMA CAUGHT MY ATTENTION AT THE FIRST MOMENT AND LEFT LIKE A FISH OUT OF WATER WANTING MORE!!! i loved this ep, i dont really watch many historical dramas but this is a great one!! loved seeing lee min ho in a different role!!! cant wait till the next eps!!! even though i hate seeing the surgery occur!! LOL excellent first ep!!
What I like about this is that we know the story of the time jump from the beginning. Even though at first I thought this was going to be another Dr. Jin; I realized quickly that this is more interesting. I love the use of fantasy, mysticism and special effects. Plus, Lee Min Ho is easy on the eyes. I think this will be entertaining.
This was mostly a setup episode but I still enjoyed it. I really loved the use of animation as a storytelling device in the beginning and end of the episode. I also liked the use of magic and fantasy elements which sets it apart from other time-travel dramas. I didn't dislike any of the characters or actors and I enjoyed the fight scenes. Only time will tell if the characters have chemistry read moreand the plot stays interesting.
Just started and now i can't wait until the next episode! Lee Min Ho was soo cool! This is a bit different role from him but difference doesn't actually mean that it's bad. In his case it's good and unique! :D I love his power and i start to like the female lead as well.
Like the other reviewer said nothing really happened yet...but my eyes couldn't take it too much blood and espeacially when they did that cutting neck, shove in tissue part gahh. But except for that everything is good and of course Lee Min Ho is so amazing and good looking in this too. Can't wait for next ep!
