Super, super funny! Every scene with the dog was hysterical. This is definitely a comedy but in usual KDrama fashion, the inject the serious from time to time. After watching Yun Jung Hoon in Vampire Prosecutor, I was pleasantly surprised to see him in a comedic role. His cold, cool character was so strait-laced and neurotic, it was just fun to watch. Uhm Ji Won, I had seen and loved in The Woman Who Cannot Get Married and enjoyed in this role too. The ending was okay. This is definitely worth watching.

Nice Different BL

This BL was really different and unique. I personally really liked the uniqueness of the plot. I shed a lot of tears watching this as the message in this was really hard hitting. I think that both Tian and Phupha’s relationship was really good for the both of them and really needed. Many think that Phupha actually fell in live with Torfurn but i do not agree, in the end Tian found who he really was.

Tian! The story behind Tian i found a little confusing but as the episodes went on it was very well explained. I liked how basically the whole story was Tian finding who he really is, with the help of Phupha. Having being brought up in a high class area he wasn’t used to all the things the village had compared to what he had. But i think that’s what made Tian fit in more, they just wanted him to be like them. In the beginning Tian was shy about being in a new village but in the end due to finding himself he, was confident and he fit in perfectly.

Phupha! Wow. Phupha’s character was really amazing. He taught Tian a lot of things and spend days with him which was nice and brought them together. He clearly cared for both Torfurn, even at the end. But Tian really stood out for him because of his difference.

Midnight Gore + A little Bit of Everything Supernatural

As I watched through the Vally of the Shadow of Hotel Del Luna, I took a look at the screen and realised there is a lot of gore.. The next episode took me in to the X-files and then I am not really sure where the twists and turns took me but somehow I wounded up in a gory cult, dogma, mixed with time travel, parallel universes, mixed with everything all at once,..

So basically this is a drama that manages to fit in a lot, and by a lot I mean a lot making me feel all confused inside as well as sick to my stomach.... As I am not really good with blood, crunchy moths and what not... There is a los a lot of beautiful people, beautiful skys, beautiful buildings... Some covered in blood, black shadows and mostly medicare CGI... But some pretty impressive acting and for those who enjoy colorful stars and skys there is a lot of beauty in the black mist.

There are some interesting and thought provoking lines here and there, some lovely friendships, some not so lovely friendships as well as a lot of disturbing takes on family and love...

Do I recommend this?
I do not know, it is not a drama for everyone so prepare yourself to be disgusted, you may also want to prepare yourself for some confusion, lack of logic (I am pretty sure that is part of the point) and other stuff... And you will be rewarded with some more confusion, a combination you have probably not seen before and you may even get to see some fluff (very little, but it is there).

You will also be rewarded with a whole lot of stars, both i the sky as well as GMM one so for the GMM fans out there, you will most probably see at least one of your favourite actor/esses as this drama is packed with cameo appearances .

An unforgettable experience.

If there's one BL (ok, bromance because the country is home of phobic) I would always recommend, it's this one. It's everything and more.

First, the characters are perfectly cast. Xiao Zhan and Wang Yibo embodied their characters so well. They became their characters. The same goes to the supporting cast.

Second, as with most danmeis, the story is extremely complex and creative. It's very interesting and you're always at the edge of your seat.

Third, the chemistry is palpable. There is absolutely zero explicit scenes but it's still romantic. Their gazes, hand touches, and their obvious attraction can't be subdued by all the censorship in the world.

Next, the music. The songs are unforgettable. WUJI is legendary. The mere first 3 notes of the opening song bring me to tears. Hell, the mere sight of that lotus brings me to tears.

Overall, it's a masterpiece. The only criticism I have is the CGI. Some scenes were rough.

Please watch this, everyone. Bear with the names, bear with the confusion. Trust me. By ep 5, you would want to binge all 50 episodes.

Cute but a little disappointing...?

I really liked the first season - it was a great mix of parody but also fluff. We also got from point A to point B, basically, there was a progress in terms of the MC.
This time, the focus is more on characters (the parody, not so much) and we are mostly following the supporting characters... That is where I had an issue. I felt like the story of the supporting characters could've been released as a spin off episode. I feel like nothing really happenned with the MC and his development.
I would prefer it if the focus of this season was more on Mob, and his brother Ayato (who gets screen time but still I would love to see more... Ayato/Toujou have such a great chemistry!).
Why am I rating this season still relatively high? The acting and the gorgeous guys made this still very watcheable.

Must Watch

I was looking for a gender-bender drama and found this. I was already a Fan of Bai Lu after watching the Legends.

In this drama, I got more than I was looking for, loved the acting of all cast, started liking "Xu Kai" and "Wu Jia Yi".
Amazing gender-bender drama with great acting. Love the action and romance scenes.

The storyline was great.
Like the OST as well. One of my Fav Chinese dramas and I have watched it more than 5 times.
The struggle that the Fl goes through and becomes more strong over a period of time.
Got to see a new side of Xu Kai as an actor, he can be so funny and serious at the same time, like the various expressions he makes.
At the same time started liking Wu Jia Yi as an actress, if you like her in this drama then you must see her drama "Dance of the Empire". you will a different side of her and her pairing with Xu Kai was good as well.

Takes time to love

This was a drama that really had to grow on me, because I started out hating every single character except for the main male lead, who was the most straightforward and righteous one of them all. As the drama went on, the characters really grew in subtle yet obvious ways, and it was really nice to see. This goes especially for the two teens still in high school, who grew to be really lovable and relatable for me.

The biggest plot point that I hated was the goddamn AMNESIA, which really annoyed me because he was the only character that I cared about and we essentially had to start from scratch for no good reason. It also led to a bout of noble idiocy, which didn't end up terribly but is still one of my least favorite tropes.

I'm also a sucker for the little tidbits of fantasy that are in this screenwriter's dramas (dreams in WYWS, hiccups in Pinocchio, mind-reading in IHYV) and this was no different, but I kind of wish he was more involved in the different cases, like going on investigations. It's understandable he wasn't because he was still in school, but I felt like there was a lot you could do with the mind-reading and it was all confined to him passively reacting to things around him.

Another thing that annoyed me about the mind-reading was just how it was filmed, with frame holds on random faces and voiceover. It made the production value of the drama seem very cheap and took me out of every single thing where that happened. I understand that it's hard to depict something so internal, but still.

Finally: No SLS here. I never liked the second lead.

I didn't know anything about the plot and didn't have any expectations so this movie pleasantly surprised me. It was fun, sweet, and heartwarming. It's not a heavy movie. I loved how the movie wasn't afraid to make of it's self and was serious and emotional when it had to be. The movie set aspect added humor and was a nice touch. Also liked the little jokes that were added in between as well. Would recommend to anyone with an open-mind and who wants an easy-going movie.

Take a trip to a very weird place... no need to bring shrooms; they're baked into this

From the poster, you might think this is an anime version of Willy Wonka or Oz... you wouldn't be entirely far off. It's definitely on the absurdist humor end and you really need to either be in the mood for it or be like me and have it saved for over a year (I'm 95% sure Old Anime Lady's high rating is what made me add it) and come back not knowing what it is but seeing you have enough time to fit it in and just riding the wave... well, I was definitely clueless about just what I was watching in some respects-this isn't my typical movieverse, it isn't the sort of thing I would be recommended by even my most hard-core Japanese movie fans (maybe because this is not a 'safe recommendation' in terms of everyone enjoying it)...

It's intentionally over the top, campy, corny, and all the while really funny in a way not unlike Kurosawa taking on Shakespeare... or Princess Bride, maybe... or the one thing I can think of that gave me weekly doses of a different-yet-similar feeling, just with way more actual story and depth even in a single hour than this, Pegasus Market, a show that is also really hard to explain but for PM's side it's because there's SO MUCH to explain I can't begin to fumble through it.

Tonde Saitama shouldn't be taken seriously, but DO let yourself get thoroughly sucked into its weird wild world which is truly like a Choose Your Own Adventure story brought to life. It doesn't always make a ton of sense, much-or most-of it is really silly, but my word, it hit the spot... was the spot my funny bone, my hypothalamus, the adrenal glands sitting atop my kidneys, or a single neuron that got to dance for 100 minutes and change? I can't say. I didn't dare analyze what it was doing to my head. I just enjoyed the mild giddy trip. If you want something really our of this world-I mean, this is some alternate version of Japan, I THINK, that these actors got roped into living in... I think. Again, not my typical movieverse and I don't quite get all the periods of time in Japan in any scholarly sense, but I'm pretty sure it's a fictional history. I think we'd know if Japanese history was NEARLY this interesting in the tiny details of it all. :P I had a happy ride. I might watch it again sometime to see if it holds up.

Oh, definitely worth rewatching (and I DID): THE CREDITS... omg the song for the credits is just too too perfect-but only as icing applied after you have licked plenty of the batter off the spatula while your cake is baking and cooling... this is definite dessert territory, not savory, just light, fluffy, and sweet. I guess I needed that very thing.

[Okay, one mild critique-I know it's kind of normal, but this is one case where a girl playing a guy really didn't work that well for me. The story made it a bit weird-to a point where only the clothing half-indiciated this was supposed to be a guy in this story taking place initially in the rich capitol of Panem in the Hunger Games-where are the whiskered animal-people among these people dressed up like they're an ensemble of heavily decorated cupcakes and birthday cakes? :P Small complaint, though-just slightly confusing since it's so clearly a female and they didn't even try to make the actress anything less dainty than the Princess who felt pain sleeping on 30 down mattresses atop a pea.]

i love seo in guk to death so im super biased in loving all of his projects but everything about this drama was great

the psychological and crime aspects and interesting and complicated and so emotional. i went in knowing some big spoilers in regards to min but there was still so much left for me to figure out as i watch and plot twists that were exciting but also made sense. and i like how they gave you hints about who was who but there was always just enough doubt there to make you question whether it was true or not. it was thrilling and so fun to watch

the romance fit in well with the other aspects of the story. it wasn’t very heavy on the romance but it progressed naturally and fit in with everything else going on so that it didnt take away from the bigger plots. even though it wasn’t super romance heavy the little smiles and hand touches and interactions kept you hooked between all the bigger romance-developing scenes

hyeon and min’s relationship was so interesting to watch. park bo gum did an incredible job, his actions and facial expressions were scary yes pitiful at the same time and i feel like he did an amazing job encompassing the complicated aspects of min’s character. every scene between them was emotional and sometimes cute. and they both did a really good job showing the dilemma between who they are and the love they had for each other. so well acted and well written

the police squad aspect was so cute. im such a sucker for team dynamics like that. they all were so cute and decently well developed in terms of supporting characters and i loved the levity they brought to such an otherwise dark show

honestly as you can tell by my rambling. i loved it. perhaps it’s because im a psychology major or my love of shows like criminal minds that i found the topic and the plot to be so interesting but i just can’t get over how much i loved it wow

[Soft action and fan service]

This is a cool movie for people who aren't looking for deep true action. I thought that maybe it would be a heavy story with a lot of blood and tense situations, but this wasn't so like that. We had some fight scenes that were cool, but nothing that makes you shrink yourself on the couch. The plot was softened by the comedy and the low age rating, and I think that the rate of 14 is reasonable here. I'm not a fan of action movies, so for me, this one hit on the spot with the violent stuff. For the ones who enjoy the kind of story involving thieves' friendship, this will be a good choice. The relationship between the team could be a little more developed, but maybe this would drag the movie, and the duration is a high light to me in this production. I like short movies, especially when it's about action movies. After watching "The Tomorrow War" I'm kinda traumatized.

The performance of the actors was also pretty good, and It was fun to see Seo In Guk and Lee Soo Hyuk acting as hard enemies, to the fans this surely will be amazing. I felt like it was a movie to exalt both of them, so because of that we can't see a lot of the other characters, that is why I think it's a big fan service (no complaint, I'll accept that gladly). Maybe a version 19+ of this would be a great success to the ones who are not addicted to k-dramas.

This is a pretty good movie (★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ★) to watch with friends eating popcorn, just to spend some time.

Need to watch

First, I would like to say that this is the most wholesome Japanese BL I have ever watched.

The plot was so good, and I love the stories and how they bonded. I don’t feel like this was rushed at all, like how some are where they jump into a relationship. I feel like they had time to grow.

For example, how they made lunches together and how they healed each other from their past traumas relating to their own family.

Plus the kid was very cute and a shipper without knowing and I will definitely be watching this again.

Overall, I feel like every one of these actors had very good chemistry where they were able to bond, and I would give anyone interested in starting out watching bl this to watch.

I don't get it

This is the first time I watch a Pinoy series and end up feeling this disappointed.

I usually don't mind scenes that are meant to depict sexiness, but since they make me bored very quickly I'd rather have more plot developments and character introspection. Well, this series has so many "sexy" scenes that at some point I was wondering whether it was meant to be a story or just an elaborate Jaime-themed thirst trap. Rather than being able to enjoy "the view" (or whatever those scenes are supposed to be), they made me so uncomfortable that I had to either skip forward or look away.

The idea for the plot is there, but the characters' intentions are all so ambiguous in every episode that they make everything confused.
Starting from Jaime: he seems to have a vague interest in Heart at the very beginning, but he finds Winston's profile right after and seems to have a much bigger interest in him from the get-go. I was 100% convinced that he had "volunteered" as a match for Heart just so that he could get closer to Winston, but then he seems genuinely surprised as he realized that he's "falling for Winston". They were concerned with showing Jaime's horniness and flirty behavior so much that they forgot to give us a better perspective on his mind, which ruins the entire series since he's obviously the Main main character.
Winston was shown slightly better than Jaime, but not so much. We were shown that he has a bad relationship from his father, that he genuinely loves his friend Heart and wants her to be better, and it's pretty clear that he is completely lost when it comes to liking a man, or having a man flirt with him. What's still unclear to me is his relationship with social media and his fans, because I don't understand how filming every moment of Jaime and Heart together could possibly be helpful to anyone except... well, himself. This topic was hinted at in the series, but never really explored.
Finally, Heart. We're never really shown anything about her, probably because she isn't the main focus of the series, but the entire time she looks like she's merely going along with whatever Winston suggests just because he's her friend and he means well. There are a couple moments when Heart and Jaime seem to be getting closer to each other, but other than that it literally feels like she's third-wheeling. The dynamic was supposed to involve her a lot, but it just feels wrong instead.
The parts where the characters talk to each other felt kind of unnatural. It was always either flirty lines, or lines that seemed to come straight from a list of inspirational quotes about love and life. I feel like I was supposed to be impressed by it, but instead it felt like a maneuver to make the show "deep" that failed miserably.

Finally, I believe that the main reason why so many people are asking for a second season is that the story doesn't have a proper conclusion. The question marks about the characters are all left unresolved, the main characters aren't a couple (not Jaime and Winston, but not even Jaime and Heart!) and the finale just feels incredibly unsatisfying because of that. It feels like there should be at least double the amount of episodes to give everything the proper room to be properly explored, but there isn't any - and since the time of the existing six episodes was used very recklessly, I'm not sure having six more episodes would really solve anything.

I'm not giving a lower vote because, despite everything, I was able to finish the series - the actors did a good job with what they had to work with and the music is pretty good too. Unfortunately, this doesn't make it a series I'd recommend.

"BROKEN" It's title explain all emotions.

It's story simple not complicated but beautifully done. All the actors did there part pretty well but the main lead (Father of girl) he did his part on different level. He conveyed his emotions to the audience very well.

The story start from the last scene of movie then forward There is a father and his daughter. He works in textile industry and his daughter studies.
One day her father stays out for night but on that night his daughter was kidnapped , rapped and murdered. After this investigation starts her father was in trauma. He come to police station daily and sit there whole day. One day he was sitting outside police station and he got a message from unknown no. that there's evidence of his daughter's murder and rape.
In this way, his journey of revenge starts and he killed the murderers of his daughter but one remained.
We know that we should get legal help and it's right way.
What i get from this movie is that:
"No one can understand a person who is
going through that pain"

"When someone loss everything what
he/she is willing to do"

barely passable

What to say about this series?
I guess, it started stronger and ended weeker.
The plot was uninspired, the acting below average (only Kimmon had the aura of a professional actor), the kissing nearly not existent and without energy or conveing any feelings, the chemestry lackluster and no real fluffy scenes. Production quality was also sub-par. I guess the best part was the intro :)

If you didn't see it, you did not miss a thing, as soon you watched it, you will forget it.
Overall I would rate this show as boring.
