WOW! When I saw this movie was added to DC today…it literally made my day!
The movie I’ve been waiting like forever is now here!
This movie was something too awesome. I didn’t expect a half American half Japanese movie to be this good! The ending song was awesome. This movie has Horikita Maki, my favorite actress, Matsuyama Kenichi, one of the best actors in the world, AND Tegoshi Yuya, one of my favorite JE members.
This movie made me cry and laugh through the whole movie. This was one of the best movies I’ve seen so far. I really recommend this to everyone..

My jaw dropped and eyeballs almost popped out of my head when I logged on to DC today. The long waited Liar Game Final Stage movie has come out. And what’s better it’s SUBBED.
Deceiving, believing, greediness and back stabbing. Plus top of it good plot, an awesome cast and more awesome music. This movie has it all.
Even though I hate Kanzaki Nao I have to admit that Toda Erika CAN act. Her acting in this movie was way better than in the drama.
All in all: this is a movie that is definitely worth watching. If you didn’t like the drama then I guess you may like the movie because this movie was way much better than the drama. The only good point of the DRAMA was the music and Akiyama Shinichi (minus his hair).
Have fun watching this movie! It really makes your brain work. I watched it while I’m suffering from light fever :D.

Dooenjang/The Recipe is a perfect example of a simple story made extraordinary. Lee Yo Won, as usual, portrays her character with grace and calmness and Lee Dong Wook was the perfect 'masked goblin.' But the best performance goes to Ryu Seong Ryong, who played the inquisitive, go-getter reporter who went to great lengths just to piece every bit of truth behind the story that makes up The Recipe.
Story - If you're just as inquisitive and scientific, this story will guarantee you a 10
Cast and Music - awesome
Rewatch Value - Although a tragedy, still highly rewatchable masterpiece

Funny , crazy , and very touched... all of you must watch this movie... tells about how when a mob fell in love..
he can't fight at all, but he can do anything a useful to people around him
Really twisted with humor, sadness and a hint of a great ending (but I expect to a more perfect ending) Recommended!
Jung Yoo Mi so beautifull at this movie,,,
This was the 2nd time I watch it.. LOL

The setting is not to dark (no horror!) there also are some quite funny moments. The developing relationship between the two main protagonists is influenced by their unexperience in relation to living together with other persons.
The fighting scenes are well performed and exciting.
The music is in some scenes strange, if you see the film you will learn what I mean. But it's not bad.
Finally I have to say that Shibasaki Kou is awesome as Dororo and Tsumabuki Satoshi does a good job aswell. He shows the human side of a revenge thirsty killer and let the viewer feel the pain of his life very well.

it's hard to convey why i didnt really like this b/c i dont want to post spoilers. i guess i'll just have to say that the plot went places that really just killed it for me. were it not for the bad plot developments then i think i would have like it a lot more, it was well acted and all the other elements came together nicely, it was funny and understated.

After watching this movie I was very disappointed. The story line was very weak and felt rushed. By the end of the movie it felt like I had missed most of the story. This would have been great as a drama because the story would have had more time to develop.
If you haven't seen the jdrama version or read the manga you might enjoy this. The story is really unique and interesting and this version was cute and funny. Even though I won't rewatch this movie I defiantly think it at least worth giving it a try.

However, Sunflower, perhaps, is one of the few enticingly dark stories that gets marked in your head. Kim Rae Won portrays Tae Sik, a high school drop-out who paid jail-time (was it ten years?) for 'cleaning up' the neighborhood of high school punks and thugs. We see how he's trying to catch up with the changes around him and how he's sincerely wanting to change through an old dirty notebook where he keeps a list of 'To dos'.
But oh, some people just wouldn't have it. He's been maimed, bullied, pushed to the limit. So much that it makes you want to cringe when he just keeps quiet and walks away. And when he does snap, it was like a volcano erupting.
Story is a 10 - closer to reality.
Acting/Cast 10 - Awesome characters.
Rewatch value - well, if you want a tragedy...

Bleak Night can be uncomfortable at times because it addresses issues like bullying, friendship (in a high school setting), the power (both good and bad) of words, and all the angst and insecurities that come along with being a teenager.
The story is told through a series of flashbacks, which takes some getting used to. The camera work is interesting, as a lot of the shots seem to be hand-held and the color palette of the film is quite gray and drab.
I was completely mesmerized by Lee Je Hoon in this film. Every time he came on screen, my eyes were glued to him. He was definitely the highlight of this film in terms of acting, even if his character isn't necessarily the most likable. Overall, the acting of the cast in this drama is on the better end of the spectrum. All the characters are well portrayed.
My only two gripes with the film: One, there is no explanation of the main character's relationship with his parents and there is a lack of a clear cut ending that satisfied me.
Still, a highly recommended film that shows the darker side of teenage friendships and one of the best South Korean films of the year 2010.
