This is a 54 episode weekend family drama that centers on the main couple, Ahn Jae Wook's Lee Sang Tae, a widower with two children, and So Yoo Jin's Ahn Mi Jung, a divorced mother of three children (two of whom are the same age and friends/classmates with Sang Tae's two kids). They both work at the same company and the central story is them falling in love and marrying and blending their families and all the trials and tribulations that go with that. Being a family drama, there's a lot of pairing up going on here. Sang Tae has two siblings, as well as a sister-in-law, all of whom pair up (not with each other!) as well. My favorite couple is, hands down, Sung Hoon's Kim Sang Min with Shin Hye Sun's Lee Yeon Tae.

I can honestly say that I absolutely binged this show. I watched all 54 episodes in 15 days. It's heart warming, heart wrenching, sometimes ridiculous and over the top, and at least one hair pulling fight scene. As usual, there's a lot of careful not-communicating going on so that people can continue to misunderstand each other as long as possible, but that's really kind of par for the course in kdramas. (It's possible I may have chosen that turn of phrase specifically because Sung Hoon's character is a Model turned Golf Pro.)

This drama is of the "divorce redemption" genre. Jang Na Ra (who is as doll-like and ageless as ever in this) plays Ma Jin Joo, mother of a son and wife of Son Ho Jun's Choi Ban Do, both of whom are nearing 40. Their marriage has fallen into a contentious state and the show opens up with a handful of events leading to their acrimonious divorce. After they both throw away their wedding rings, they wake up the next morning to find their 38-year-old minds in the bodies of their 20-year-old selves. They each set about trying to reshape their fates with the ones who got away. The second lead syndrome is strong in this show, as both Band Do's first love (ballerina Min Seo Young (played by Go Bo Gyeol)) and Jin Joo's sunbae (Jung Nam Gil (played by Jang Ki Yong)) do wonderful jobs presenting possible alternatives that absolutely fit and make sense and would be wonderful. The ever wonderful Kim Mi Kyung plays Jin Joo's mother, Go Eun Sook, and along with the rest of the supporting characters add nice flavor to the stew. The drama is only 12 episodes long and it's a rambling walk up until the last three episodes, where it suddenly sprints. Bring tissues. There are many feels.

I started watching this missing some good non romantic Korean Show and I definitely got what I wanted.

For those who expect a good thriller full of plot twists I totally recommend this show.

Hwang Shi-mok is a prosecutor with an unusual past. After undergoing a rare surgery he lacks apathy that besides painful side effects makes his 5 senses more evolved than most people.

When he sees himself having to solve a murder case that might involve his superiors he puts his career on the line to  dig on to powerful man.

The plot itself looks super interesting right? In this whole season we will meet different characters that we will hate and love all over again.

If your looking for romance you will only find sympathy and human knowledge. How does the mind of powerful people work? What do we get from being apathetic and controled? Can we really trust people who surround us?

*Story
I can only give it a 7 cause in the middle it gets a bit boring. When you have a suspenseful kind of plot for a 16 episode show you have to be careful not go all aboard and in the middle give 2 pointless episodes just to say that the show is long. Besides that I can say I like the beginning a lot and only kept going cause I got attached to some characters. The ending is average but considering there might be a 2nd season I kinda am excited for it.

*Acting/Cast
I give it a 9 for sure, the actors are so good and the characters they portrait are unique  and addicting.

*Music
There isn't much of a music component here so it gets a 6 for the awesome intro.

*Rewatch value
If I would re-watch the show? Obviously. I would even repeat in a few years when I forget who is who, lucky enough my memory sucks.

Been waiting for so long for this drama to get subbed from the official Youtube channel and finally finished it recently when I discovered that Neko Meow Meow has been subbing it. Anyways, on the story,

It was nothing too serious of a plot which was nice given that the story can easily get heavy with its setup if the writer so wants to. Thank God the writer didn't did that. The whole story basically centered on one, what do they call that? Plot Item?  And well, the lead girl being persistent with it which to this day, I still don't know whether it's good or bad. And then for some reason, while watching this series, I felt something lacking in it and I can't seem to get my head wrapped around it.

Though since it's a quick drama, there were some cases where they just place stuffs to accelerate the plot and not let things drag on which is kinda nice, not really complaining about that. Maybe just a tiny bit. Somehow accelerate is not quite the term but you'll get it if you watch it,  something like the writer wants 'this' to happen so the writer somehow made a sub-plot to make it a reality.  Something like the flow is not so natural. There are times when I go, 'Wait, what? When did this happen?'

But for me, the huge plus for me in this series was the budding romance between Secret and Summer. They were just so cute, especially that scene and that scene ( can't mention spoilers) Anyways, just saying they were the main reason I wanted to see this series till the end despite the lack of something that I felt because I want to see their happy ending which was not so much an ending that I hope but still, it is a decent one. It is a pretty light and fun romance to watch. They did the best they could with that 4 episode window.

For any BL fans this is a MUST watch!

I went on a marathon after such a long long time only for this particular tv series and honestly I have NO regrets at all.  I really can't decide if it's my no.1 BL drama or if SOTUS is better or not.

STORY:
I have never seen a story with besties turning into couple, so this was very new and fresh for me. The start of the story was VERY intense and you could not take your eyes of it. It just pulls you in and makes you curious what will happen next. It's not only a BL drama and at first I thought ''It's okay, i skip the other couples and just watch the BL'' but i was shocked that i actually enjoyed the stories of other couples. It was very sweet, innocent, pure but at the same time intense, passionate and sexy. I was worried that there will be some ''manwhoring'' but damn, how I was wrong! As I said the BL part is very promiment and a main point of these series. The characters are very friendly and easy to love with FEW exceptions of ''bad bitches'' which every drama has, right?
ACTING:
Oh, my, my, my
If I could I would give an award for this! The acting was super real! In MOST of BL dramas u can feel the shy/awkward feeling but with this? None! I even started to think ''wait, are they a real couple?'' Honestly, everything felt too real and that made me love the series so much. Other BL dramas have to have good plot for me to watch because if you are fan like me, you KNOW how those kiss scenes look and overall ''dating''.
REWATCH VALUE:
Very simple answer : HIGH
I finished it yesterday and i'm rewatching it already

NO SPOILERS!!!!

Story: The story is very forced and enological and very unrealistic i must say. 1 point for the effort and 0.5 points for the story itself.

Acting/Cast: The cast is superb but not having Raymond and Linda has subtracted a lot of points, the acting is not that great, Louise Lee as worsened  LOTS and it seems like she is a bit slow (this maybe caused by her hearing problem), Ha Yu is fine but very annoying, the younger cast isn't that great. For Example, Eliza Sam still has a very strong accent while saying her lines. 4.8 for the last and 0.2 for the acting.

Music: THE THREE SONGS ARE AWESOME!!!!!!!

Rewatch Value: Sorry there isn't any rewatch value

This movie was definitely strange. You will need to suspend disbelief while watching this. I guess I started viewing it as magic realism at some point.

A lot of what happens in the movie is bad and makes you feel angry at certain characters but thanks to the ending the lesbian couple still comes out kind of likable. The sex scenes are very wild and explicit but not downright distasteful. Aesthetically, the movie is very pleasing. If you're worried that it's too sad: it's okay. As someone who is emotionally very frail, this movie didn't scar me for life :)

If you are looking for something to watch with your friends when drunk and bored go ahead, otherwise you can skip out on this. The video and audio quality is pretty terrible, editing also, plot is understandable but kind of ridiculous (I'm sorry but some scenes just weren't believable). The ending was also kind of disappointing for me.

I definitely wouldn't watch it again. The only reason we watched it in the first place was because me and my friend got bored and wanted to watch something short.

Lan ling Wang...

This drama started out strong and fortunately, finished on a strong note too. The plot was tight, well-written and followed closely real Chinese history.

Ep 1-20 was the highlight for me. These episodes kept me on my toes and I sacrificed my sleep to watch 'just one more' episode each night. And yes, these episodes were what pulled me into the series.

However, from ep 20 onwards, things started to take a sudden turn at the appearance of an antagonist but what made me annoyed or even infuriated was that the main characters' personalities were not like before (strong and smart) and I started to feel that they became dense, Lan ling Wang especially.

Nevertheless, that too, was soon over and things became more politically complex from that point on.

I have to admit, the beginning of the series was a lot better than the middle (which caused it to lose its steam) and the end but I sat through all these 46 episodes for Feng shao feng and Ariel lin which was, in my opinion, worth it. Since it was a Taiwan-Chinese production, Ariel lin was a bit awkward with her Chinese accent and could sound somewhat strange but the acting for both the main characters was the key point for me to finish this series.

The love triangle between the 2 male leads and Xue wu was great. Both deserve her and love her dearly but I can't help but feel sad for the second male lead, Yuwen yong, because time after again, it was him who saved her without caring about his status or even his life. Second male lead syndrome is strong in here.

Frankly l watched this movie because l just finished watching drama a girl and three sweetheart and heard that this movie has the same pair. I read the summary but not in detail about which hero is playing which character and l had an impression that Yamazaki Kento is playing Hiromitsu Kosuke which is similar type of role in a girl and three sweetheart (the hero who is not the first choice of heroine but at last heroine ends up with him). So immediately after first scene l had doubts if heroine is going to end up with him or the other hero. Well after seeing how impressive Sakaguchi Kentaro was in his role l got more confused.
It turned out that l would have been satisfied with either of the hero getting the girl. Trust me this is a big achievement for such type of storyline because most of the time you have huge  second male lead syndrome but still want male lead to get the girl and other times you end up frustrated with the end because that lead does not deserved the girl.
Well enough with the male lead  talk which l can go on and on about because Yamazaki Kento is my all time favourite Japanese actor and Sakaguchi Kentaro became my favourite after watching this movie. But the movie is more about our heroine who is funny, joyful and believes that she will have an wonderful love story with the her long time friend. I liked her character where she assumed no one would be perfect for hero than her and he chose someone who does not seem that great at start but someone who heroine found difficult to compete with even with heroine's 10 years of friendship.
So l totally got the failure as heroine concept because the character which heroine is playing is most of the time shown as wicked second female lead who does not like her long time friend and potential boyfriend being stolen by the female lead. And that is why it was very refreshing to see the story from heroine's point of view

In all the story has many known scenarios but it is the execution which catches our heart. Speaking of execution, l found it very similar to the Japanese anime and all funny scenes  silmilar to anime were entertaining.
If you are a fan of shoujo movies then l would definitely recommend this movie
Even if you are not a fan of such jounour it is worth one time watch.

Through all my time watching dramas, I've found many dramas to be enjoyable, but I found myself searching for a deep emotional drama.  I think I've finally found the one.

The story is set on a beautiful college campus and revolves around many characters, but is mainly focused on the main couple, Xiang Ze Yi and Ye Zi. I love how their love story gradually unfolds and how writers connected the love stories of the other casts through the main character's story. The transition from the past and present was done very cleverly and blended well with the story. If you're looking for a lighthearted romantic comedy this might not be the drama for you. Don't get me wrong, there are many cute moments, but also a fair share of sad moments as well. Even if the story is somewhat predictable and even if  I feel like I know what would happen next, I could not stop myself from becoming emotionally invested in the characters' situation and love story. I found myself crying with the characters when they cried and laughing with them when they laugh. While I have said the word 'love' many times, this is not the only main focus of the drama, it also touches upon subjects of friendship, work, family, and adolescence and adulthood. Do we really change as we grow up? This drama shows the transition from adolescence to adulthood and how the characters react to those changes.

The acting of the cast in this drama is great. Although there are many new names in this drama, don't let their lack of acting experience fool you.  Boey Cecelia and Fran Kris were really good in their roles. Fan Kris was such a charismatic actor throughout this drama. Of course the fact that he is very cute plays some part in my fondness of him as an actor,  but I feel like he portrayed his character well despite being a new actor. I also really love his eyes. His acting with his eyes is amazing. His eyes really sparkle when he's happy and it's so mesmerizing.  While I focused a lot on Fan Kris, all the cast in this drama conveyed their role and emotions well. They can go from being so happy in one scene to being utterly lost and anguished.

My favorite thing about this drama is the soundtracks. I feel like the music director really invested a lot of time in finding the perfect soundtrack for the scenes. The music is breathtakingly beautiful and matched with the scenes perfectly. It helped bring out all of the emotions in the scenes. After watching the drama, I found myself downloading the entire OST album.

As for the rewatch value, I think this drama has potential in being rewatched. The cinematography of this drama is very beautiful and sometimes when you're so invested in the story, you fail to notice the beauty of the scenery and filming.  I find that rewatching the drama would help us appreciate these aspects more. Also when I watched the present scenes of the character, I found myself wanting to rewatch their college life scenes again. After finishing this drama, I think I might go rewatch the drama again because it is so beautifully executed. I want to rewatch how the characters' love stories unfold again and how the friendship between the characters form. I really love the friendship in this drama.

Overall, this is one of my favorite dramas. The love story, the transition, the music, the cinematography, the cast and the emotions and life lessons portrayed in this drama is really beautiful. The show is realistic and reminds you the the most important things in life isn't material possessions, but love, friendship and family. (Possible spoiler ahead) The lines in the story that one of the character said really stuck with me: "Some girls say that they rather cry in a BMW than smile on a bike. But in the end, it's not the vehicle that's important, but the driver."  This drama teaches you to treasure the important things in life and teaches you important lessons. Ze Yi and Ye Zi will forever be my OTP because they are so perfect together .  I don't think I would forget the story  that they've shared with us anytime soon.

STORY: A TRADEGY about the broken lives of a few gay men. The story was very slow-paced but it had quite a few tiny plot twists that were uncovered via various flashbacks which explained how the guys became who they are. It's shown from the hustler's perspective on the streets, complete with a pimp, brothel, drugs, and alcohol.

ACTING/CAST: Well, there were a lot of cute actors and they did a good job. They did not shy away from the myriad of make out scenes and all that kissing.

MUSIC: Standard.

REWATCH VALUE: Nuh uh. So slow. Did I mention it's a tragedy? OK, I realize this came out 10 years ago and was probably pretty progressive for its time.

OVERALL: 100% Guaranteed to cure insomnia and the desire to live! Act now while supplies last!

I don't have much experience watching dramas with the older generation of actors (Anne, Tik, Andrew, etc.) but I truly enjoyed this drama. Sure, there were small things I didn't like about it, but on the whole, I came away from it smiling and glad I watched it.
STORY: Quite well-done. Yes, the nang rai (Pisamai) is a little typical, aka super possessive and crazy. But they make an effort to show you that she really is hurt by Prajak's associations wih Wanida, which honestly is understandable. Prajak made me both want to pull my hair out and grin like an idiot at the same time. I appreciated that his character wasn't perfect, because we're human and no one is perfect. Lakorns often portray either the male or female leads as perfect little angels that can do no wrong, but that just isn't true in reality. None of us are like that. Prajak's hubris was that he couldn't stand up for himself. It drove me crazy, but his character was also kind, understanding, and loyal, which counteracted his weaknesses. Wanida's growth as a character really added to the drama. She starts out as a spunky, naive young woman who gets into trouble constantly; later, she matures a woman who still has that spunk, but has a little better idea of when and how to channel that spunk.
I liked that while this was an arranged marriage drama, the leads didn't follow all the stereotypes, such as sleeping together, having to kiss at social events, etc. I also liked that Prajak didn't fall into the lakorn stereotype of the nang rai accusing the nang ek and the male lead blindly believing the nang rai. Prajak reminded Wanida that he "knows what kind of person she is," so when people talked bad about her, he would listen to her side of the story as well. The mother's "deathbed repentance" scene was a bit much, but whatever. And I had a hard time buying into the storyline with clearing Wanida's grandma's name because it just felt superfluous.
The story lags at the vety beginning and at the very end, but the pacing is good everywhere else.
Montree honestly made my life. He was hilarious and hot at the same time.
ACTING/CAST: I can't imagine anyone better than the people in the drama. Tik has got the loving look down-pat, he's on the same level as Colin Firth in that respect. Aff was simply gorgeous, and she did well in playing the naive, childish character without overacting and without becoming annoying. Wanida's father was hilarious. Prajak's brother was cute. The servants had AWESOME chemistry together, though Aunt Thom drove me crazy because of how badly she overacted.
MUSIC: Beautiful soundtrack. This is the only drama I've seen that didn't suffer from using the same music too often; the songs switched up once in a while, so you would expect the main theme, only to hear another very pretty and very fitting song. The only fault I found wih the soundtrack were the "soap opera" tracks used in a million other dramas for the dramatic moments. They felt out-of-place and a little obnoxious.
REWATCH VALUE: I would definitely watch this again, though probably just for Tik and Aff ;)
All in all, a very enjoyable drama that I highly recommend. Though it has its faults, the drama as a whole is so beautiful, any viewer will be willing to overlook its faults.

It is a silly romantic comedy , the plot was not strong & not original ..

The movie started well with the first part at the school as I found the teachers so funny with their characters adding a comicality to the school scenes , but I felt the whole movie was rush as they moved from school period to college period very fast then picks up the 3 years later after separation .

The Korean stylist character was not needed , the reason behind the leads separation was stupid & that Sia girl have no sense of shame .

The actors were okay , the movie was fun at first but lack of originality & it is not the kind of movie that I'll rewatch .

Initial 17 episodes were nice. They were entertaining as it is light and easy to watch. Nice comedy with a new twist. However from episode 18 onwards, things turn sothward. Could be the director or producer suddenly gone crazy or have a bad day and make a 180 degrees change of mind. The story suddenly jump to some weird story and then suddenly jumped to modern time. What a load of bullsh#t!!!  What these idiots have done was bastardized a reasonably light comedy into crap. Towards the end there was NO ENDING!!!
