I did love this show for what it is, and I felt that this was an great show. Story: Now I'm going to start the story off by saying this is not for everyone, It has (what felt like to me) a lot of the same thing. It not a bad story, but I can't really go into detail due to spoilers. The story I give a 7.
Acting/Cast: I start off with Han Groo due to knowing some of her acting experience. One of her other roles that I know her for is the main female lead in One Warm Word. I think she played the same type of character in this one as in One Warm Word. She did great, and her acting is good. Yeon Woo Jin played his role really well, I have not seen him in any other dramas but I praise him in this one. The other cast did great especially Gi tae morther. The acting/Cast I give an 8.
Music: Out of the music It was all really great. Though I feel their was some songs that I heard that I did not really care about. For that reason I give the music a 9.
Overall/Rewatch: For a rewatch value I give it a 5, I feel me re watching this would probably not happen. For an overall value thought an 8, It a great light comedy, but it not for people I say who just want the romance to be their, it is for people who like a small building romance though.

Set aside the thoughts of how a thousand year old immortal person being romantically involved with a 20-30 year old rapper/singer, Goblin seem to have similar vibes on this one. I honestly enjoyed this web drama and finished it! By the way, dramas are hard for me to finish in the first place as they tend to drag, or major plot changes, or not enough plot changes, etc. etc. And I finished this one?
As soon as this was uploaded on YG Entertainment's Youtube Channel with English Subs, I started watching episode after episode. This web drama is longer than Seven First Kisses. It runs 15-23 minutes per episode for 10 episodes.
Story:
The poster is very deceiving and it seems too dark for the drama itself. Otherwise, it has an intriguing story line with fantasy elements and back and forth historical time periods and present time periods. The plot was smoothly drawn out and it had a couple of plot holes where I thought this could of been explained if the web drama was extended. However, it is easy-to-follow and draws viewer's attention until the very end. But, hey, lots of people's favourites were Jason. You will find out why. It touches immorality and have more of a romantic/slice of life story between a love counselor and struggling musicians.
Acting/Cast:
In web dramas, I normally am unsure if the actors will be as good as an actor in a full-length drama series. Surprisingly, I was wrong. The actors did an amazing job in this drama and no cringing scenes where you want to skip, in my opinion. Also, you have a mix of the YG's WINNER boyband idols and actors and actresses. I was waiting to see how this will play out. WINNER's actors did outstanding job in their roles with high amounts of believably.
Music:
This is a given as I heard lots of YG's songs throughout including Hit Me by MOBB. I loved the ending song called 'You'. It suited the web drama very well.
Re-watch Value:
This is more of a personal opinion. I tend not to re-watch dramas no matter how good they tend to be. As to why I gave it a low score, I won't be re-watching this web drama despite it being short and sweet.
Overall:
It is a watchable web drama. I find this web drama on a more higher quality scale compared to others. I highly recommend it!

Entourage isn't your average kdrama, it has none of the usual tropes, love triangles, crazy 2nd leads, misunderstandings, absurd coinsidences, scheming, melodrama ect. It actually feels a lot like a western tv show -which shouldn't come as a surprise since it is a remake of an american tv show, and i am happy they didn't try to korean-ize it too much. For all these reasons entourage is a breath of fresh air in the dramaland for me, but it is not a drama for everyone for the exact same reasons.
Story
Welcome to the entertainment industry. The main lead of the drama is an up and coming fictional actor who just had his first movie breakthrough, got mixed reviews but also got immensely popular and we watch him as he tries to find his next project, balancing his personal life and work life in the best (or worst) way he can. At the same time we see his 3 best friends as well as his agency's CEO. All of his friends have something to do with the entertainment industry; the drama's exploring different sides of it through them.
The show focuses on the hardships of the industry, putting it in the spotlight in a rather realistic and even negative -if i may say- way. It targets issues about the entertainment industry like: how difficult it is to find a potential hit movie/drama project, how actors are placed in the public eye and have little to no privacy, the way the agencies try to control them work-wise and personal life-wise, how difficult it is to actually get casted and breakthrough in this industry, the severe importance of appearance ect. Simultaneously, the relationships between actors, actor-manager, actor-agency, actor-significant other ect. Moreover, it puts the actors and agencies on the spot as well, showing both negative and positive aspects of their life and the way they act, as well as very realistic repercussions of their actions (this was probably the most interesting thing this drama had to offer for me).
All that being said, i think it is very obvious that this drama is not the average rom-com one would expect. There is no romance here. There is a love-line plot, but there is no actual romance, this plot line serves a purpose to explain how difficult it is to maintain a relationship being a celebrity and nothing else. The comedy is present, but i would safely dub it as elitist. It's not your usual slapstip kdrama comedy, it is heavily based on sexual comments, and a lot of the jokes involve other idols or actors and i am not sure if they can get across to an average kdrama watcher. What's more, there is no melodrama at all, or overdramatic situations evolving emotional conversations, stares ect.
Lastly, i would like to stress how i totally understand why someone would find this boring. If you're looking for a sweet romance story with comedy, you won't like this. If you're into heavy melodramatic situations this isn't your cup of it either. The drama is a light comedy about the entertainment industry, everything revolves around that. Concluding, the drama is told completely from a male perspective, so there will be a lot of pants dropping, creepy sex jokes, men desperate to have sex, clubs, silly, immature situations ect. If the drama lacked something was a proper female touch, but then again, this is why this drama was fresh and different.
Acting
The acting left a lot to be desired, but it wasn't a problem.
Seo Kang Joon was great, but not really memorable; Lee Dong Hwi, the same. Lee Kwang Soo was adorable and hilarious and performed impeccably as expected, however none of those 3 characters were well-enough written to leave a strong impression.
On the contrary, the most memorable actors were Jo Jin Woong, who portrayed a caring ceo -almost a father figure- with anger management and attitude issues immaculately and also my personal favourite Park Jung Min who might not have been the best acting wise, but the role was a perfect fit and was completely relateable and absolutely delightful!
I would like to emphasise how i wouldn't -not in any way- stick with this drama because of the good cast or because of the countless guests.
As for the supporting cast, amber had the most promiment role of the females, and i loved her. The role was a perfect fit. Ahn So hee needs to work on her acting more and i would like to see Kim Hye In more in the future. However, none of the supporting actresses had the time to build up as characters or show something of substance.
The guests were there for a split second, said a line, waved and that was it. Don't expect much.
Rewatch/Recommend
This drama is an elitist drama, but it's not bad; it's just different. If you are into classic kdramas, ignore this one, you aren't missing out. If you want to watch something different, and have an interest in the korean acting industry, then do try it. I also believe this drama is adressed to male viewers because of the nature of the comments and issues it depicts. I wouldn't rewatch this though.

Beat Takeshi has done many yakuza films but this one was the best and so original, although, he always plays a dark character and is very serious but always laughs a little in every film he is in, that's what make his films good.

Mr. Nietzsche in the Convenience Store

It's a comedy; It has the "sitcom" format, but let me warn you, the kind of humour it displays has nothing to do with american sitcoms (that's why there's people that didn't find it funny at all).
Of course, being a sitcom, it has no story at all, but the situations the employees of a late night shift in a convenient store; and they are hilarious. The contrast between Urai Kenji's facial expressions, and the expressionless Shotaro is fantastic.
The acting is pretty good (I'm really sorry Sato Jiro wasn't there more time, because he was superb every time he appears), and I have really no idea how Mamiya Shotaro kept a straight face with all the ridiculous yet hilarious situations.
If you enjoy bizarre (and sometimes "stupid") humor, and WTF situations, this dorama is for you.

His acting is SO good (and so funny and over the top), that you can't help but fall in love with his character.
That being said, here's my review:
This drama has it all. The first part is so funny, with many happy, romantic and comical moments when the two protagonist met and the love triangles are set (yes, it's pretty standard material and full of cliches). But then something happens, and all of a sudden you're crying your eyes out.
I'm not saying it's wrong, I'm just warning those of you who (just like me) where looking only for something light and funny to watch.
I felt that the writers had to do a 20 episode story, but with material for only 15 or 16 episodes, so there's a point in the story where you want to kill the characters and their stupid (stupid) decisions...
But, everything is compensated by the acting (and the ending is also a nice reward).
Jang Hyuk as a (weird) CEO is fantastic. I love how the character develops throughout the series.
But he's not the only one, Jang Na Ra is a (very) weak heroine, and the cliche of a poor girl that slowly grows episode by episode.
(I'm sorry for the vagueness but I don't want to spoil anything)
And the support actors are all superb; from Jang Na Ra's protective mother, to Jang Hyuk's hilarious assistant; everybody does a great job.
In short: lots of feelings, good OST and a cliche story that goes on for a little more than I'd liked; but more than great acting makes me tell you that you should give Lee Gun & Kim Mi Yeong a chance ;)

The story was good and the actors were good but then how the movie goes is just too quiet. Too quiet in the sense that in the middle of watching the movie I became bored. The twist is a good idea but the execution is poor. It's not like how i would usually expected to wherein it would leave you with tears, goosebumps or just the feeling of contentment of knowing the exact reason of the events in the movie.
If i will be asked if would want to watch again, i would say "no" not only because i really don't like watching the same movie twice or more but also because i can't find the reason to watch it again.
It was not a waste of time but not a great use of time either...

I’m usually not one for high school romances. The story starts with a bumbling, cowering heroine.
The actors are great though. They really portray the feel and emotion of the characters beautifully.
It is also one hell of a cute romance.
It has all the tropes but it kind of worked.
The characters sometimes were very sensible and logical.
The beginning was cringey, the ending was a flop but the middle....the middle was GORGEOUS.

Also the poster is misleading. This drama is vibrant and so beautifully shot. The colors, backdrop and scenery and down to female lead's hanbok is vibrant. With just a touch of fantasy on the immortality issue but overall its quite slice of life of a musician, Joon Woo who is a little reclusive but opens up to the mysterious but smart mouthed lady, Mi Jo living downstairs.
Also the drama has awesome secondary leads in Yeon Ji and Jason. No bitchiness or suffocating love. They are so good that you wished their arc is a happy and fulfilling one too. The characters and story backdrop is sufficiently thick that it could easily be a longer drama and infact i kind of wished it was longer so that there would be more character development and progress of relationship which i felt i needed more after the credits rolled on the final episode.
The music was nice which was a given since its a YG production.i love the R&B track sang by the male lead titled You.
The acting was good and no noticeable cringeness. I find Kang Seung Yoon and Jang Ki Yong shine as their character of Joon Woo and Jason. The only minor blip was Mi jo's makeup and the vivid pores which was distracting and a little unexpected. Plus cant they give us an otp kiss?. Enjoyed the entirety while it lasted.

Lesson of the drama: USE A PEN WHEN SIGNING A CONTRACT. IF YOUR FINGER IS CUT, THEN SUDDENLY YOUR NAME APPEAR IN THE PAPER, RUN AND SAVE YOUR LIFE

I always want to watch this drama since like forever but i am busy with life, i don't have time.. Even though Lee Joon Gi is in it, and i also thought it's an ancient drama, probably the directing, budget, editing, special effect etc are not good enough to entertain me.. Then i watched healer, city hunter and cruel city, when i know dr. son in cruel city also played TBDAW, i was like, ok this is the time for me to watch both my favorite actors, Lee Joon Gi and Kyung Ho.. When can i have the chance to watch them both?? hahaha And IT BLEW MY MIND!!! Forget about the fashion, style, haircut, editing, low budget, directing etc when the writer and actors are damn good, everything else is nothing and no problem at all!
Now i know where healer, cityhunter, K2 and cruel city take inspiration from, probably from this show since it's an old show.. and maybe also from internal affair movies hahaha... After i watched this, everything else included city hunter becomes so pale in comparison..
The twist in TBDAW is so good and it's not messy. It's logical and rational too, the cause and the problems all real, i haven't watched all lee joon gi's drama and movies but i guess, this is his best drama so far that i have watched. He is also very handsome in this drama, he was still young :D the action is good, i mean all the fighting moves from him are real and natural. Even my husband said that Joon Gi action style is much much better than Ji Chang Wook action scene in healer, he said that ji Chang Wook is too stiff for action scene, of course Lee Joon Gi is better in action coz he is a taekwondo black belt himself, so his moves are just natural and flexible.. He also never has a double to do stunts for him, I know that i am so biased towards him, but he really makes the lead character real.. Imagine how difficult it is to do action scene.. he is an energizer bunny
I need to mention the acting again, it's so god damn good!!!! Joon Gi and Kyung Ho and even the villain, gosh! I hope more kdramas like this, really follow logical plot like this, it's well written. I cannot hate the villain in this drama coz it's only the matter of perspective. His 50 shades of grey is really interesting, i hope this serial have more episodes to talk about the villain character..
Music is quite old since it's an old show anyway.. So it's kinda outdated and weird hahaha but again, it did not distract me while watching it coz i was too focused on the story..
The ending is also good and satisfying for me, there is no tragedy.
Overall, i marathon this for 2 day since today is holiday for me.. I totally have forgotten the time while watching this, suddenly i have watched so many episodes hahaha
Definitely a must watch!

Besides that, the story in PWY is completely different from Scarlet Heart Ryeo. This drama is all about revenge and love, love that conquers all, a tragic but beautiful love story.
Regarding the acting, both leads have amazing chemistry (It's good to know that they're dating) .
I'm now a fan of Tifanny Tang, I will look forward to see her in more dramas. She's amazing. The others actors did a good job too.
If you're looking for a historical drama that has action, suspense, drama and romance, PWY is the one for you. If you're unsure if you should watch or not because you're reading comments, please don't. Don't let you're decision depend on someone else, if you want to watch, watch it don't be afraid. It's good to take risks sometimes.
