It’s a WOOOOOWWWW to me! I think this is one of the best thriller, mystery, and brain-storming dramas. It is so engaging that I binge-watch it. You will get hooked in every episode. Every game becomes difficult and scary because you don’t know who are the players left for the next game. And in every game, they started to trust each other too because they really have to. They have the perfect team and sync when it comes to games. Their friendship is one of the best in both real life and games. There are no political schemes or drama here but you will be pissed at Yan Ming Liang!!! Love every players!!!

Overall, it is a must watched drama if you like ALICE IN BORDRELAND (Japanese Drama) or SQUID GAME (Korean Drama). The CGIs is amazing!!! There is not much romance here because they focus more on the games, friendship and a little in family but still the story is great!!! It has a happy ending too but short ending.. They should make the ending a bit longer. Chun Yu is definitely a girl crush, She rocks the boyish outfit!!! I need season 2 ppppleeeaaaassseeee!!!!!

Title : Queen Of Tears – 2024 (Complete 16 Episodes)
Personal Rating : 10/10

The mind may forget but the heart will always remembers.❤️
Baek Hyun Woo is the greenest of all green.💚

Baek Hyun Woo (played by Kim Soo Hyun) is a handsome son of a farmer and smart lawyer who grew up in a village with 30 cows, a 2 million won savings every month with fully paid 2 years leased studio apartment. Who is cute when he is drunk and looks sexy when he flex his forearm muscles. He doesn't care if your family has a debt or more than that because he will be always be by your side.

Hong Hae In (played by Kim Ji Won) is a pretty, fiesty smart, and arrogant Ceo of Queens Department. She is the third generation chaebol and a daughter of Queens group family who married a normal guy (as per their social status) yet he is her first love.

The series depicts the dizzying crisis and miraculous rekindling of love between Hong Hae-in and Baek Hyun-woo, and their three years of marriage.

A handsome office worker falls for a helpless intern. Without asking a single thing about her, he immediately vows to support her. They started a relationship and formalized their relationship to the wedding level. Baek Hyun Woo was surprised that Hong Hae In was not just an intern, but a chaebol daughter of Queens group family. (One of the richest family is SK).

Three years of marriage, it turns out that Baek Hyun Woo and Hong Hae In's relationship is starting to get complicated. They always argue and sleep in separate rooms. Baek Hyun Woo also feels there is no room for his opinion both at the office and at home - with the Hong Hae In family.

Feeling frustrated, Baek Hyun Woo wants to divorce Hong Hae In. Baek Hyun Woo has prepared everything until one day he hears shocking news from Hong Hae In.

Hmm.. what can I say.. no wonder Kim Soo Hyun is the top paid actor in Korea and QOT is currently the no.1 drama in Tvn history which surpassed the CLOY and Goblin.. it was a roller coaster of emotions.. its a mixed of romance, comedy, slice of life (rich life) drama.. Baek Hyun Woo' character should be the standard if you want a husband. (Joke!) But kidding aside, Beak Hyun Woo shows that love conquers all.. and Hong Hae In shows that the mind may forget all things but the heart will always remembers..

Overall, it is currently my number 1 Kdrama.. Kim Soo Hyun is so freaking great and a very talented actor!!! And I couldn't see anyone can play the role of Hong Hae In other than Kim Ji Won!!! Its a wow!!! I mean they embodied their character so well that you will not feel thats its all acting.. I am not exaggerating here but I cried a lot..I was emotionally invested in this drama.. I waited months for it to be ended so I can binge watch it.. Its a must drama if your into romantic comedy like me but prepared a lot of tissue. hmmmm.. and for the ending, honestly for me its a realistic ending.. they both grow old and as promised when only one of them is left behind the other one can meet him/her, then it wont be scary at all. BaekHong Couple for life..

Identity fraud, questionable morality, and troublesome technology

"7 Escape" was an organized mess. It had all the "charm" of a sinking ship. There were plenty of moments that threatened to send me scrambling for the nearest escape route, and plenty of others that managed to serve up food for thought on the human condition

One moment of revelation was the ill-fated character "K," who was swapped at birth and brought up in a wealthy household. After discovering his origins, he was discarded by his once-doting family. K's words, "noone can be family unless you're related by blood" (episode 12, 32:34) and "since I was young, I was the one to entertain and serve Father, why am I the fake son?" (episode 12, 39:25), invite us to question society's obsession with "biological lineage." Far too often, adoptive families or children are seen as "less worthy." The pursuit of a biological "mini-me" takes precedence, as if blood were the determinant of familial bonds. This skewed perception belittles the love, commitment, and joy found in adoptive families

Another moment was the dichotomy between "the real and the fake" (episode 12, 39:00). The drama reminds us that no matter how convincingly something mimics reality, there will always be a distinction. Even if it looks like a duck, swims like a duck, and quacks like a duck, it might not be a duck

Finally, the dangers of technology wielded by those ignorant of its potential. "7 Escape" considers our unhealthy relationship with technology and the ramifications of unchecked technological advancements. It draws attention to humanity's "vulnerability" to the influence of fake news (episode 12, 15:16), a significant issue in the modern, tech-driven society

In conclusion, "7 Escape" was a blend of misguided, cringe-worthy storytelling and surprising insight. It had both irredeemable and redeeming qualities

Its one of my favorites.

A thousand years old is a pretty good show in my opinion. I liked how the actors had chemistry. I also liked how this show was not very sexual and they didn't have a lot of NC scenes and it wasn't spicy. it was sweet and funny and near the ending was kind of sad. I cried a lot but it's a really good show and I think a lot of people should watch it.

Beautiful love story during Gwangju uprising

The acting is great and Do Hyun never disappoints.

Is is a love story set during Gwangju uprising. The main couple had to go through some many obstacles to get their happy ending which last probably one minute but it is such a beautiful story. The last episode is very emotional and you will cry. I was hoping for a happy ending but I guess the ending made it more realistic about what really happened in Gwangju.

It is very well written and also it states all the facts about cruelty of the military and that thousands of innocent people lost their lives.

I really love this drama. You need to watch it!

One of the best BLs to exist.

This was almost perfect. Because honestly nowadays we come across more lust focused or slightly overdone and cringe thai BLs and it makes me sad. But this was such a delight to watch. This was the most naturally done enemies to lovers and how their relationship grow over time. Their chemistry is everything and those damn eye looks were well done. Its makes you smile and cry for these two rivals turned to lovers and we can see it from day one because thats how they are towards each other!

The actors are so naturally comfortable with each other that sometimes you forget this is not real. Nanon is such an expert with expressions, its brilliant. Definitely watch this one for enemies to lovers, friendships, banter and beautiful chemistry. I wish something this profound is created again.

best bl series ever

Unusual Start

I was intrigued by the first scene of this new kdrama, which introduced the main characters in a unique way. The contrast between the rich and poor reminded me of the movie Parasite. It was clear that the male lead (ML) came from a dysfunctional family and had a lot of issues to deal with. However, my interest soon faded as the female lead (FL) appeared on the screen. She was shown to be a savior for the ML and his family from his mother's point of view. She seemed likable and innocent at first, but as the episode progressed, she revealed her true colors as a sneaky scammer. She had her eyes set on the ML’s family from the start, and everything she did was a calculated move to get closer to them. She got a job at a place where the ML’s mother often visited, she rescued the ML from a "suicide attempt", and she pretended to be a kind and caring person. She was clearly taking advantage of a vulnerable family, especially the ML who has a child and suffered from depression after losing his wife. She gathered information about them and tailored her behavior and speech to gain their trust. She made me dislike her so much that I didn’t want to watch the show anymore. I prefer main characters who are likable and relatable, not manipulative and selfish.

I also hated how the show used the classic trope of rich people being dumb and gullible. The ML’s mother believed the FL without doing any background check, even when the ML’s sister suggested it. The ML’s sister was not much smarter, as she wasted her money on various men and had no sense of responsibility. The FL’s few words were enough to win over the ML’s daughter and even the ML himself, which was unbelievable and unrealistic.

And let’s not forget about how they portrayed the ML’s sister, who was your typical fat person who ate in every scene and was supposed to be funny. The amount of fatphobia in this show was gross, especially in 2024. And the way they showed bulimia as a joke was insensitive and offensive. There was no creativity or empathy in this show, only stereotypes and clichés.

Story.

A show like this is so addicting that you don't realize how many hours have passed. I enjoy watching this and can't wait for the next episode all the time. It is a perfect historical drama with lots of emotions, I sometimes cried because of the pain. The whole cast is great and the ML & FL have amazing chemistry with each other. Especially the ML is fantastic with his performances throughout the drama. I will recommend this drama to anyone.

Will the Korean Addam's Family be scammed or embrace the scammer?

Ep 1: Love it. When I first read the description, my mind immediately thought, so we are getting some version of Korean Addam's family. It just has that kind of vibe. Initially, the FL didn't leave much of an impression but as the minutes passed by and we reach the end we see the real her and that makes this drama interesting. Even more so than the weird powers all the family members have. The entire Bok Family seriously vulnerable right now and may just fall for the scamster. It was funny seeing ML's mother try to paint all the red flag FL waved into green ones. I'm excited to see how this one goes.

Kim Woo Bin is the only reason I stick to the end

This is not really a romance, but a melodrama of a long-drawn-out revenge filled with greed and betrayal. I found this revenge plot was not thrilling, but I watched it to the end for Joon Yeong.

If someone can get crowned for portraying a terminally ill person, Kim Woo Bin deserves it! I think his character can easily feel over-the-top due to the melodramatic story, but he played the charming jerk persona of Joon Yeong just perfectly, from confident smirk to ugly tears to polarizing breakdown due to his growing illness, how heartbreaking and believable.

Though his story was so sad, I did not cry the whole time watching this. How come? I felt annoyed with No Eul and her motivation, she's a hassle and keep making reckless decisions. This is not to fault Suzy, she has great chemistry with Woo Bin, it's her character I couldn't sympathise with despite her struggles.

Finally, it was a really good ending, it felt justified and concluded. Something that I've been missing a lot lately.

Good storyline, good direction and cinematography and excellent acting

Story that focus on family and rising from scratch and being strong for family in bad times.
No annoying love triangles or troublemaking characters.
Cast suited for their roles. Hu YiTian's height make him the best commander of the secret service because he towers over everyone.
No mushy interactions of the couples. Female characters are strong and did not talk or behave coquettishly.
