Dr Rintaro will compete with Kokoro Pokitto in the same time slot...
Its a little saddening; 1 good dorama will lose its potential watchers, but I think with Sakai's popularity Dr Rintaro will be fine.
I think everyone should watch this, especially who doesnt have many experience with jdorama. Propodai is fun, very easy to watch, have many eye candies like kdrama, but still have jdorama-ish main characteristics (great chemistry, life value, motivation to try harder, etc).
Certainly not the best romcom jdorama, but will touch 1-2 things in your heart, and have turned thousands people to be jdorama watchers.

almost as neat as good jdorama.
Nice sad drama! I watch this surpisingly much faster (about 2-3 days) than fluffy romcom kdrama :D
maybe because the neat story and acting
