I needed a short breather after finishing a drama, and also wanted to watch something a bit more realistic / serious than the run of the mill silliness (which I am a huge fan of). This actually managed to achieve the perfect balance between the two.

I'd only seen So Ji Sub in Master's Sun before, and though certainly a beautiful man and a wonderful actor, he didn't really strike a chord with me in that drama. Here, though, he hit the feels in the center. Wonderful, subtle acting - it's a true art to playing a quiet, subdued character I think and really *act*, not just not-talk. He accomplishes this wonderfully here. The main female character was lovely as well, for me she especially shined in the last quarter of the movie. Their relationship was beautifully portrayed - with nuance, the obligatory sweetness, but also a realism I'm not used to seeing in K-dramas normally. They both behaved like adults, though true to their characters.

Although the plot was predictable, it didn't detract from my enjoyment one bit. Will definitely re-watch it in the (possibly near) future.

Pinocchio is my #1 favorite drama for multiple reasons.
1. The acting is amazing. Jong-suk and Shin-hye did a great job! I cried and laughed along with them.
2. The soundtrack is absolutely beautiful, it has one of my all time favorite soundtracks. Bless Roy Kim's voice.
3. The chemistry between Jong-suk and Shin-hye is great. The best chemistry I've seen with any of her leading men. They were so adorable and I love it.
4. The storyline is unique and interesting. I never got bored at all with this drama although some people thought it was boring, I don't know how.
5. I love when a drama can make me emotional within the first episode and that's what this drama did. I went on the feels train throughout this whole drama. But I don't regret any of it.
6. It was super funny and cute.
7. I adored the whole cast, even the ones that I hated in the beginning. I didn't hate them so much at the end.
Overall it's an amazing drama that I highly recommend everyone should at least give a chance.

When I started watching this drama, I did not have any expectations at all. I liked the subject of weightlifting – it is the reason I started watching this in the first place –, other than that anything else seemed familiar. It is a story of friendship, growing up, personal development, and the first love/crush, and it is done quite well!

It is a calm, funny slice of life drama, nothing really extraordinary happens. There are very few cliffhangers, but they were nasty ones so I had to watch the next episode immediately. The first half consists of subliminal messages and hints, while in the second half things start to get real.

What distinguishes this show from other dramas is that, despite some exaggerations and the utter silliness, the realism is strong with “Weightlifting Fairy Kim Bok Joo”. I think a lot of you guys could relate to some situations and Bok Joo’s behavior, at least I could. Furthermore, the plots are surprisingly well-balanced, and even though most of them have been used several times already, they still are nicely presented and built up. Another thing that I considered positive is the fact that the makers did not focus totally on the romance part towards the end, but still had other stories to tell. Don’t expect explosive feelings and hot kiss scenes, because this main couple’s relationship is purity, innocence, and awkwardness combined. It is perfectly fine the way it is in my opinion.

The acting was good. The main couple has really good chemistry together. Jung Joon Hyeong is a kind and caring character, yet he is not as one dimensional as a lot of the good guys out there. Often this type of character tends to become shallow and uninteresting, but Jung Joon Hyeong does not, because he is well thought through and charming. For me, Song Shi Ho underwent the greatest character development in this series and I was very happy for her. I did not like Jae Yi, and I was not interested in his story that much, he was too much of a device. Kim Bok Joo is hilarious. I really, really liked the actress’s facial expressions and movements. Bok Joo’s friends and Joon Hyeong’s pal were enjoyable and generated lots of comical situations.

I do not have any complaints about the music, it suited the situations well, and I enjoyed the funny sound effects und the meme-like reactions.

If I were someone who is not bothered by rewatching stuff, I would not rewatch this. I do not regret watching this series and 8.0 is a solid rating, but I did not feel like it was somethings precious and special to me.

Let's talk about the things that bothered me. It might be a highly subjective matter, I will say it out loud nonetheless: I felt like the entire drama is loaded with filters. The colors are artificially bright, their faces extremely beautified, especially the face of the female lead. It was irritating. That brings up another point that irked me. But first off: I think Lee Sung Kyung is gorgeous and a good actress.

However, as far as I understood Bok Joo is a girl that actually doesn’t use makeup... Honestly, you can almost touch it through the screen. And I’m sorry to say this, but she is too pretty for this role. You simply cannot recruit an objectively pretty woman for your show, put makeup on her and depict her as “not that pretty” in the series just because she lifts weights and wears baggy pants. The makers should have dropped the makeup completely leastwise. I wished I got answers to some questions that were brought up, but in the end, I was not bugged that much.

All in all “Weightlifting Fairy Kim Bok Joo” is an enjoyable drama, but I cannot say I went totally crazy about it.

I really hope short dramas like these become more popular, because the lenght of these kind of dramas is just right especially for someone like me who doesn't have a lot of time. Unfortunately for now Koreans working in film making industry seem to not be the best at fitting a story into a short period of time probably because of their love for dramas that have a long running time. You might not even notice, but even 16 hours of the same story is really long!

Star of the Universe is definitely not a masterpiece. The pacing when looking at the progresion of our two main characters' realationship is pretty bad, not to mention how weird the setting is in general. A die hard fan dating her idol is weird and very unnatural. I found myself thinking things like "You're not really in love with him" and "You just love the freedom you experience with her" which is not a good think if you're trying to write an engaging romance story, because I must want for them to be together! Funny enough they actually adressed this issue or a more accurate way of saying it would be that they touced the surface of the problem but I'm glad even for that. The other thing is that the story starts very slowly but then they rush the important things. It's like at the start the director thought that he was making a full lenght drama, taking the time to set up the story, but then realised that he somehow needs to make the romance believable even though so much time was wasted. Nonetheless I really liked the way it ended, because the story had some smart turns and the truth that time heals all wounds stands. Every drama where the characters got together out of nowhere feels ok by the end because you have seen them being all lovey dovey enough to believe it. It's really cheap but hey it works.

What I appreciated a lot in this drama was the smart and really good looking cinematography and fitting music when it was really needed. This show here made me realise one important thing that I can't believe I missed. Adding a cheesy song on top of a romantic scene makes it really cliche thus failing to bring out meaningful emotions. I was so used to it that I even forgot how a good piano track makes a romantic scene shine but Star of the Universe reminded me of it and I'll be forever grateful.

I loved Ji Woo, she is a good actress, but to be honest my liking for her is mostly because of her appearance. She has this subtle unique beauty to her that definitely stands out from the crowd. Kim Jun Myeon as you can probably guess is not the best at acting, he felt stiff and unnatural but not the worst.

Overall Star of the Universe is a really good quick watch for people like me who have no time but desperately crave their romance drama, other than that it's pretty skippable, because it doesn't really offer anything new and does a poor job at presenting the story.

Nirvana in Fire is, to date, the only drama series out of every single drama series I have seen, whether in C-drama, J-drama or K-drama world, that has surpassed all expectation on every front, for me.

STORY (No spoilers)
Aside from an initial round of confusion when watching your first run of the first 3-4 episodes, there is nothing further I can think of that really mars the perfection that exists for this drama - storywise.

And may I just say that even the initial confusion of the first 3-4 episodes which is mainly due to the large number of characters being introduced, and the fact that you are thrown literally right into the show without any prior setup of what's going on, no longer exists upon re-watching.
In fact, you will actually realise and appreciate just how intricate and how detailed the writer has been because lots of foreshadowing and information actually exists within the first 3-4 episodes which would have flown by your head upon a first watch, but which makes complete sense upon re-watching.
It really gives you a sense of respect for the writer who has clearly and thoroughly thought through how her story would flow, and has been diligent in embedding subtle but key information throughout the episodes so that as the series progresses towards the mid-way mark, those individual and seemingly disparate threads then come together to form a brilliant picture which then takes your breath away.

The story appears simple - a man who survived a tragedy returns to the capital 12 years later under a new identity to re-dress the horrific wrongs committed.
The execution of the story, however, is FAR from simple.
Like a grandmaster, this man kick-starts things into motion which will change and transform everything, and the way he does it is simply masterful and marvellous to watch.

The pacing of this show is neither fast nor agonisingly slow. The show takes its time to dwell on certain threads longer than others, which may come across slow and a little boring for some viewers, but patience is a virtue with this series and if you patiently keep on watching, it will become evident that the time spent on those disparate and seemingly unconnected threads will bear much fruit when things come together. You will find yourself marvelling at the level of care and craft that has gone into the storytelling, I promise you.
The best analogy I can give is that of a master sculptor working with a block of wood or ice. At first, all you see is a block. Then, he starts hewing and hacking at certain parts of the block and slowly, a rather vague shape is being formed. As you keep watching the sculptor at work, seeing how he starts to focus on first this section, then that section, the vague shape becomes more discernible and you're able to get a glimpse of the art he is producing. Keep watching and observing and you will see that what was once a block is starting to be transformed into a beautiful piece of artwork and at the end of it, as he puts on the finishing touches, the little carvings here and there, you then marvel to yourself at how amazing it is that he is able to visualise and produce such an outstanding piece of work from just a block of wood or ice.

Since there isn't a section that talks about the cinematography or the sets or the camera-work, I will mention it here.
The cinematography, the scale of the sets and the camera-work is just beautiful. I was informed by friends conversant with the chinese netizen community that some of the directors for the show were art/photography directors, which explains why almost each shot being framed can be screenshotted into a piece of art in itself with its colours and its composition. This makes the show an incredibly beautiful one to watch with every frame and shot a feast for the eyes.
The costumes and the sets were apparently incredibly faithful to the time period in which the show is set, down to the bronze teapots and hand warmers. Court etiquette and forms of greeting and respect were appropriate and in-line with the time period too and apparently the actors had been rigorously trained by experts so that their carriage, their conversation and their movements all conformed accurately and naturally.
A great deal of care and diligence had been put into producing the series and it shows.

ACTING/ CHARACTERS
The show being so large and sprawling with its cast of characters, there is insufficient time to dwell on the merits of each one of them. Suffice to say that each supporting character played their parts to perfection, nary a redundant character or scene in this series. Every conversation bears some significance or the other.

Another marvel is that, in most drama series, supporting characters, even those that pitch up for maybe just an episode or two, tend to been given short-shrift in terms of their characters or personalities. Not so here. There is hardly a one-dimensional or caricature personality here. All come across real and believably alive in this series whether they be a passing character, or an antagonist, or a protagonist.
This show is alive and full of layered, nuanced and complex characters whose motivations, goals and actions are believably real and understandable, if not sympathetic. You understand where they are coming from and why they behave the way they do as more about them gets unveiled. This is a brilliance of not only the writing, but also the acting of actors playing those characters, in being able to bring them so wonderfully alive and to come across amazingly real.

Spotlight on the main lead.
HU GE, playing the main protagonist of the series is simply outstanding in his subtle, layered and nuanced portrayal of his character, Lin Shu/ Mei Changsu/ Su Zhe - why does he have so many names? Please do watch to find out, and no, it is not confusing in the slightest. Powerhouse performance from Hu Ge who has to play a sickly, restrained and controlled man who, for good reasons, have to hide his true self and keep many secrets and cards close to his chest. His quiet and subtle responses to events and news which directly affect him but which he cannot allow to give him away is mesmerising to watch, and utterly heart-breaking to see. Simply stellar stuff which I've not been able to see the equal of since.

MUSIC
There is not a lot of soundtrack for this series. 3 songs with vocals, and all employed sparingly but impactfully throughout the series. Most of the series is carried by brilliant moments of silence and traditional chinese instrumentals which heighten the tension where it needs to be heightened, and gives poignancy to the scenes which require poignancy. Another masterpiece in music direction as nothing detracts from the scenes but only enhances. Beautiful.

RE-WATCH VALUE
Can i just say that this show is an absolute MUST for re-watching. Not only because it is just THAT GOOD, but also because of the level of intricate detail and storytelling that goes in it. A first watch will never really allow you to fully unpack and appreciate the masterpiece that you have just seen. Scenes, conversations, camera close-ups on objects that seem inconsequential, all of these which did not make too much sense upon a first watch will make complete sense upon a re-watch, causing you to marvel even more at this show.
Seriously, if you have time to watch episode after episode of some sub-par K, C or J-drama, why not spend that time re-watching Nirvana in Fire instead?

Storywise, I think this is beautiful and teaches two of the most applicable lessons that everyone ought to practice in keeping a relationship--every bit of honesty and good communication.

Seriously, if they talked out their problems honestly to each other, Shao Yi Chen won't need to go ten years back in his life. Ugh, but that would mean no hot kisses. NOOO! Hahahahaha!

At first, one could see loopholes dropped after every scene, "why's" just add up, and there were no signs for answers at all.

Then, one gets puzzled as to how exactly did Jin Teng end up breaking Yi Chen's heart? But one can have so many speculations that anything would just add more loopholes to that towering pile of loopholes.

Finally, in the most cringe-worthy dialogue delivered by that not-so-wretched-witch pops the single most justifiable reason to this Chinese-style dilemma.

So, loopholes are slowly patched up, "why's" are replaced with "that's why's". Then, one gets treated with the hottest, most enticing eye candy in BL history (so far); tricking the viewer's mind into thinking that this is the best installment among the three because of this particular scene when in fact the real reason is overshadowed, hidden in the open and unnoticed--every bit of honesty and good communication. Tadaaaaa!

Hahaha, sorry, I know that's confusing but it was just so hard for me to make a review on this story without spoiling anything. "Only in ambiguity did one think one can truly express the beauty of this piece of art." LOL!

Oh, and in case you're wondering why I gave 7.5 to the story when I'm gushing about its beauty, it's because the entity of the story itself is very simple (plus, I watched that BL movie "Rebirth" before this so the premise came off a bit mundane). The dialogues and the ACTORS did it for me (with emphasis to the word actors because that witch made me cringe, ugh!)

Kudos to the main actors, their chemistry was really good... no, better... okay, best. If I weren't so biased, I'd say theirs is better than Timmy and Johnny's. But, I have a loyal heart. So, they tied with Singto and Krist at second place. Oh, the acting... both were good, but if I were to choose the better one, I'd say it's Sen Bernard.

The story predominantly follows Shao Yi Cheng's POV, that said, it is easier to catch up with his emotional growth, and Ren You Cheng delivered the progress fairly. On the other hand, Jiang Jin Teng's character had two entirely different characteristics and it's hard to connect how one admirably quiet and mysterious hottie showed on the flashbacks be the same person as the obsessed hottie that can't seem to live without You Cheng. Sen Bernard did not only deliver the dialogue as written on the script, he also revealed that descriptive paragraph that holds the writer's view on destiny and true love. They were very subtle, and those almost unnoticed micro expressions just means so much.

This review is to praise Chiao Man Ting's character, Meng Meng.

Before her, Love Sick's Pang was my favorite fujoshi in a drama. I must give thanks to HiStory for introducing Meng Meng to the world. I won't actually do what she did, but I can just feel her when she was shipping those boys, and the satisfaction in witnessing that ship sailing. Sorry, but for me, the story was simple and made colorful by that rotten girl, her extreme imagination, and meddling attitude.

Nahhh... everything written above is unreliable. I'm just a BL fangirl, excited by another BL fangirl on screen. Hahaha!

If I were to be critical, I'd say that the premise has been re-used sooooo many times before, thus slightly deflating my bubble of excitement towards the drama. I love all three stories, but I have to say this garners least love, and yes, even though "least" and "love" don't make sense together, I'd put them next to each other just because I love this part of the trilogy as well, not as much as I love the other two, but I love it all the same, and "like" won't be enough to describe my fondness towards every story in this series.

Sorry, but there are just people like me who naturally complicates even the simplest of things.

I had no idea what this story was about. I watched it to scratch an itching boredom.

In the predictability meter, one would initially rate this very high. I, myself, grinned at how I thought I knew how the story would go. It was constantly light: nothing was totally aggravating nor was there something totally upsetting. One would get pissed at some point, but it'll just be like seeing a poop on your peaceful walk at the park--you see it, not step on it, and just continue walking. Then, you go back to that predictability meter and you'll find it static at 1%. Like, seriously, stop predicting the end and just enjoy the story.

The actors were good. I'm doing this review after watching all three stories, so I have done the "compare and contrast" among the actors. This gave the lightest feel among the three, but that doesn't mean the actors showed an inferior quality of acting. They delivered subtle acting without making me cringe and I think that's a good thing.

I have already watched this thrice and it still gives off that satisfying sigh followed by a lingering smile as the last episode's credit rolls. I don't think that happy aftermath would fade off even when I watch it a few more times. Wait, am I spoiling anything for you? Haha, the question is this... are you sure about your definition of a happy ending?

This was my first taiwanese drama after 2 years.. It's not the reviews that convinced me but the genre. As always, I'm a revenge-melo drama lover so when this show was still in it's early few episode, I've decided why not I give this drama a try. Who knows I might be like it. Now that I do. I did'nt just like the show. I LOVE IT. COMPLETELY. DEEPLY.

I will just give you all the reasons WHY YOU SHOULD WATCH BEHIND YOUR SMILE :

1) The intrigue plot of revenge. It's nothing original about it. You got a main male lead who was hellbent on taking revenge on people who had done wrong to his family and eventually lead to the death of his father. It was the only mission of his life provided that he successfully carried out his revenge. He since then become the Ice Prince, cold and heartless. Then our main heroin, the Warm-Hearted Princess came along into his life accidentally. She who since then melt his frozen heart and teach him how to smile again. The story sound so typical was'nt it? This no mistake was the foundation of the show but what made me fall in love with the show was how the story being directed and developed. There was nothing typical of it. It was addictive and compelling. Watch it if you want to know!

2) Good acting and great chemistry between leads. At first while watching Marcus Chang potraying Zhao Yi Ting, The Ice and Jerk Prince, I'm not so convincing. I noticed the awkwardness and it feel slightly fake. But as the show goes on, as I became more warm up to his character, I think that his acting became much better. He became better with his facial expressions even the subtle one. When he's in pained expression, I can feel it as my own. I can feel his heart breaking even when he wore a cold facade. I tell you that,if an actor manage to make the viewer feel that, He. Is. Really. A. Very. Good. Actor. And Liu Eugenie as Lei Xin Yue. Her character was annoying at first. Definitely became annoying and weak were her characters in the early of the show as the one who has been sheltered entire of her life and she did very good at that. Later on, she became the strong heroin that I want. She also shows that being strong is not when you let go of the person that you love but being able to forgive and hold on the person that you love even if he hurt you beyond reason because you can see the ways he love and take care of you more than the ways he hurts you. It sound dumb I know I know. But she really shows only those who have big heart can forgive people. :P

3) Very smart and wise male lead. This show have it. Zhao Yi Ting was never one step behind while dealing with his enemy. He is sensible and insightful. To have a revenge based drama, a smart and clever lead was a must. It is absolutely no fun in watching revenge show with dumb and slow-witted characters.

4) Good looking main leads. If you only watch the show with good looking leads. This show might be for you. At same point while watching the show in it's early episode, I even thought the 2nd male lead was much more good looking than the 1st male lead :P

5) No love triangle. If you hate a romance show with love triangle/ rectangle / polygon this might be the show for you. There was only one-sided crush present in the show and even that was'nt too burdening because our heroin's love to our main male lead was unwavering to the end.

6) Very hot steamy kiss scene :P (I'll leave it to your imagination of how hot it is.. :D )

7) The OSTs was so great. All the soundtrack was so damn fantastic that I must download all of them and keep it in my phone. I usually got bored while hearing the same song over and over again but it was'nt the same case with all the song in BYS. It now has been dozens of times already I listen to the Shi Shi - He is'nt Worth It, I keep wanting to listen to it more. I also love the Don't panic song the same. It is cute and catchy.

Alright, I think 7 reasons are enough for now. Lastly, I recommend this to everyone who want to watch revenge-melo-romance drama at this moment. Give it a try, you might love it the way I did ^^

I am generally not a huge fan of school dramas, because they can be too corny for my taste, but this one was so well done that I was surprised at how addicted I got so quickly.

Forgive me, it's been a while since I finished it, but it left such a strong impression that I think I can review it fairly.

First, I loooooved the two leads. Lee Sung Kyung as Kim Bok Joo is perfect! She's charming, easy to relate to, and root for, and seemed so authentic. She's matched with Nam Joo Hyuk who is nothing like I expected him to be. Instead of being the normal arrogant athlete, he is just extremely playful, and was super easy to sympathize with. It was awesome to watch their story together unfold as they become good friends, then much more.

There are lots of great supporting characters too. At the top of that list is Kim Bok Joo's crew of BFFs. They were hilarious, and fun, even at their silliest. I also love a crew that is so not cool that they are extremely cool... SWAG! Joon Hyeong's bestie was pretty funny too, and I liked that the bffs had a cute storyline of their own.

Of course the supporting character MVP in my book is the king of second leads Lee Jae Yoon! He is so good at being crush worthy, and making a viewer really reconsider what's so great about the male lead anyway. He never disappoints, and he's no different here. He also always manages to play an interesting character, and never just rests on being eye candy... delicious eye candy! *swoon*

I can go on and on about the supporting cast being great... her dad, her uncle, his parents, the coaches, the woman with the futile crush... but the only character which just didn't work for me was Kyung Soo Jin as the ex with issues. Not only did she seem out of place playing a student (looking much older than the others), her character was also uselessly emo, and clingy, which made her uninteresting. It seemed like she was only there to cause conflict and then she faded into the background. I honestly don't think her character was even necessary.

I spent a lot of time talking about characters and not the plot because there isn't much to the overall plot. This is one of those dramas where you like the characters so you are satisfied just watching what goes on in their lives without needing a strong plot. That also makes the rewatch value high for me, because I was watching for the performances, not really to see what would happen next. Joon Hyeong does have a pretty emotional story, but there is still no major plot that drives each episode, just the awesomeness of the world of Kim Bok Joo and friends.

Music... Hmm... I can't remember the soundtrack at all.

I really recommend this one for viewers who like strong (literally) and interesting female leads. It's a great coming of age story, with a romance that is solid, and kinda innocent, but not too juvenile to take seriously. If you're not a huge fan of school dramas, like me, this may be the one that changes your mind. I will file this under super cute dramas that exceeded my expectations. I'm glad I gave it a chance! Swwwwaaaaag!!!

The last trilogy from History (BL) series. (My Hero, Stay AwayFrom Me and Obsessed)

8 out of 10.

The plot is not realistic. All happened beacuse of simple misunderstanding that only happened on romance drama in the 80s. The characters are too many with lots of side stories for a 4 episodes drama. If this was a 10 episodes drama, it will be much better.

The story about a man died in a car accident after been told by his boyfriend (his senior from that he will married a girl. Luckily he been given a second chance and gone back 10 years when he was 19 and had not met his boyfriend. THis time he will do what it takes to not fall for his boyfriend. But can he resist the temptation?

Though the story is mediocre but the biggest plus on this series are the skinship and the kissing scenes. There are so many many many of that and more. In fact I am pretty sure this only 4 episodes drama had the most kissing scenes from any other Asia drama that ever produced. BL or non BL. Hot. hot. hot.

The chemistry of the two main actors were off the roof.

So don't watch this drama with your parents or friends that are not comfortable with lots of skinship and kissing scenes. hehehehe

The 2 songs from this series were very good and set the mood for the drama perfectly.

Rewatch value is 9. Cause its only had 4 episodes with only less than 20 mins per episodes.

WOW! just wow!

I really didn't expect liking this one as much as i ended up doing. I was really hesitant with beginning to watch this drama for 2 reasons.

1. When i read the plot it sounded like a melodrama and i'm not that into melodramas.

2. This is a police, detective, crime drama and i haven't been super impressed by those sort of dramas in k-drama land yet.

But this drama proved me wrong. It turned out to be way more comedic than what i thought while going into it and i was really into all the cases they solved and it felt almost like i was a part of their team and trying to figure out what was happening in the cases along with them. This drama made me laugh out loud, it was really funny and when i wasn't laughing i was usually frustrated. All the bad people in this drama almost made me rip my hair out, out of frustration.

Story: To make it short, i think this is the comedic and more, i guess you could say, lighthearted version of Remember-War of the son. I got the same vibe from the storyline, but Remember were not as easy to watch as this one because Remember was more melodramatic and exaggerated to a point of almost becoming to much (but i loved it though) and it didn't have those witty lines and funny characters like You're all surrounded does. They both have sort of the same thing going.
The main character decides to become a detective (or a lawyer) because the people that were solving a case involving their parent in the past didn't do their job right and they want to solve the case themselves. And the fact that the main focus wasn't the romance between the main characters but actually more on the storyline. I really liked it, although i'm a sucker for romance it was still awesome and it did have romance in it, it's just that i didn't feel like that's what they were focusing on, which turned out be be okay in the end. A lot of dramas tend to almost forget the storyline and the comedy in a rom-com once the romance start playing out. But that didn't happen here.

Acting/cast: I absolutely loved the characters in this drama. They were all really well written and acted out. I'm also really happy that i watched this drama, because the only drama with Go Ah-ra i had seen before this one, was Hwarang and i didn't like her character or that drama just in general, so it was nice to see a drama i liked with her in it and get another perspective of her as an actress.
Lee Seung gi is one of my many favourite actors, i absolutely loved My girlfriend is a Gumiho and i will be watching more of his dramas in the future. All in all, great cast, great acting.

Music: 10/10 because they used My chemical romance-Welcome to the black parade in the ending of the first 5-8 episodes, and i love MCR. They also had some great OST's though.

Rewatch value: i probably won't rewatch it because i never rewatch dramas, but for people that do, the rewatch value is 10/10.

It is just overall a fantastic drama.
