Tearing up already..

I had a feeling this would happen. Allready from the start when I began watching this, I knew the ending would make me cry. This is the 2nd last episode and I can already feel my tears overflowing.

This episode was amazing, Allthough I feel really mad for Gao Chao with the regards of Du He's brother.

Somehow, I want Shen Qi to take his medicines and live on well and healthy.. However, I don't want to risk him loosing Du either. This is an awful situation.

Hoping for an happy ending.. Why does next episode have to be the last one?

Loved all the DuXShen romance in this episode. It seems like Du finally aknowledged her feelings for him a bit. Top Rated..

A Dangerous Choice..

As Du He becomes the winner of the competition, things gets harder for her brother to handle because of all the pressure having to earn 3 million dollars for her study overseas. Despite of her own words, He knows her well enough to know she really want to go. Her classmate Gao Chao is also chosen for an overseas trip. He proposes to her and asks her to follow him overseas. Resulting in dangerous reactions from her brother.

Do her brother care about her, As more than just a brother?

I Loved this episode, I am really happy for Gao Chao seeing that he actually got the woman of his dreams, However I can't help but feel somehow apolegetic to Xiao Du also. Upon being such a great older brother all this time. Loosing his sister must be so hard for him.. I am really not liking Jie Jie though.. Pure hatred, I knew already from the first episode she came into the drama that she was beyond fake..

shot in the head

So we start this off with Cho In doing surgery on Young Ji because she doesn't want to go to the hospital. It is pretty unrealistic. Infection would be sure to set in in my opinion, but it's just a drama...so, I guess I shouldn't pick it apart.

Back at the hospital where the letter from President Lee has everyone up in arms, Seon Woo has scheduled his father's surgery.

Young Ji gets a call from the boss thug and I get the impression that she is an escapee from North Korea and the passports she is trying to get is for her family to go to South Korea. She is threatened and tells them where Cho In is going, but she leaves to help Cho In and is unrealistcaly running around after surgery. BTW...why are people in Korean Dramas always ripping out their IVs. I have been in the hospital and the last thing I would do is rip out an IV. She finds Cho In and they go to Young Ji's house to get his passport and go their seperate ways.

The thugs then find Cho In and kidnap him. Seon Woo's decision to do surgery on his father promts Director Oh to have Cho In killed. The thugs drive out into the desert (I really didn't know China had a desert like that) to kill him. Why am I always watching movies where So Ji Sub gets shot in the head??? If he turns into a bada$$ like he did in the other drama, then it is well worth it. To give Seon Woo's mother some credit she is totally upset that Dirctor Oh had Cho In killed.

We end with Seon Woo's surgery on President Lee that seems to have worked for the most part and Cho In has been found.

A Heartbreaking Past!

Du He's past is one that is filled with troubles and pain. Without much help on their way, She aswell as her older brother eventually moves in together with her older brother's promise of always taking care of him mei mei.. Things weren't going too well for them though and her brother were about to start doing drugs, This is when a unimagineable accident happened. This accident, Starting Du's journey towards the future and someone possibly special to her.

I Loved this episode, Allthough it was kinda slow as it went by. It started with a bang from the last episode, Then it kinda lost you.. In the middle of the show it used its normal effects on you again. Being hooked on a drama will be too easy put for this one. I still am unable to dislike Du despite of her being the Death Girl.

Buajajaja...

Sometimes this drama is better than a comedy...lol

And it seems motor vehicles don't have brakes in dramas since they need to bump into people to stop. Mr. Shin's gesture when he saw that Mrs. Shin was going to be hit was priceless...

And honestly, the police in S. Korea sucks. Why are Joo Seung and Ah Ran still frolicking around free with all the evidence against them? If people did things the right way in dramas both of them would have been already in jail and wouldn't have time to hatch up any more stupid vengeance plans and cackle while they do it.

Lies, lies and more lies

The thing that I liked about this episode was how the writing allowed Se Na to be the impetus of her own destruction. In many dramas the antagonists are often exposed from the outside. In this story she would have gotten what she wanted from her "birth mother" if only she hadn't lied. Se Na is the cause of her own fate. I like the karma of that.

Prince charming to the rescue

This episode was one of the best of the show so far. We have jealous Boong Do in which he has an epic fight with the Dong Min. Splashing water at him and making silly faces is what makes Boong Do so charming. The last scene was of course the best. Hee Jin and Boong Do have a great chemistry together, the kiss was both sweet and needy. Loved it!

Young Ji realizes that Cho In isn't a scam artist.

Well, this is going really slow. I'm 20 minutes in and the only new information I have is that Young Ji is working hard to get passports for her entire family.

Soe Yeon has a reporter friend, Lee Young Min who interviews the patient that Seon Woo operated on. Apparently when he removed the tumor in her brain, he took away her sense of taste. The patient is a chef so this isn't good. She also gives him information that shows that the patient was checked out in a hospital in America and that it looks suspicious that he was on the same flight as the patient. The news has been huge on his in flight life saving procedures that got her to the hospital for an operation. This information would make it look like they planned it for the attention. Seon Woo seems not to have a clue. He confronts his mother and no surprise she planned it. He isn't happy.

Meanwhile Cho In is watching the procedure in China that Seon Woo wants to use on their father. For some reason we have to watch Young Ji use the bathroom. Why??? blah!!!

Aaahhh...so Cho In isn't even blood related to Seon Woo. His parents were killed and the President took him in as a son.

Seon Woo goes to talk to Seo Yeon and I think she was in love with him but he left to go to America and really hurt her and that is why she moved on to Cho In. I'm not sure at this point if she is truely ove Seon Woo.

Cho In and Young Ji reach their destination in the mountains and she is astonished to see that he is surrounded by children and giving aid to the people there. I will give this episode a 10 just because So Ji Sub is so cute with the children!!!

Back in Korea a message from President Lee asking everyone to please not give up on the Emergancy Medical Center is sent to all the board members.

Young Ji who has had stomach issues has some pain while they are in the mountains and Cho In and he finds that her condition is way worse than constiption. For some unexplained reason...Young Ji doesn't want to go to the hospital and that is how we end this episode.

Intense and Mysterious

The main male violinist guy is really intense and moody. Hes hot though so im hoping one of the female characters softens him up. I really like the actor that plays the other violinist guy. His character is so nice. The character of Alice seems innocent but she has a bit of mystery to her so im interested in learning more about her character. Im not impressed by the other female lead. The character is a bit annoying but not to the point of being unlikable. So far the story is quite interesting and different. The pacing is a little slower than id care for though.

too suddenly..

Yes, it all ended too suddely - I mean we got the main answers about the main characters.. and the last scene was cute.

But there were so many extra questions which were unanswered - like how will Seung Yeon survive the big scandal.. I mean we just have to guess that In Yeon will clear it up and quit being singer and Woo Hyun will survive with his offer and Seung Yeon will be also fine - and they end up being happily together ??

What about the President and the Team Leader?? Will Team Leader leave the country ??

Even though all this was unclear - there was something I liked about this ending.. somehow.. still it sure wasn't that ending that has everything!!

just hurting each other..

Seung Yeon - I couldn't believe she would do that and Woo Hyun just went with it. There both just acting like teenagers. I'm glad Woo Hyun brought himself back to his senses at the end...

Somehow this ending seems to be boring - there are issues held up but it's not just interesting enough..

corny?

I thought it was fitting that she admitted to liking "corny", because I find this drama very corny. apparently I like "corny" too.

Though I'm curious about the Joseon era storyline, I don't find it very exciting. This episode focusses a lot on the past, and I now realize I'm just watching this to see the main characters flirt. I'd prefer even more corny stuff.

Why am I laughing when it is supposed to be a serious drama?

I'm not expecting much since the cast are composed of part of halyus who can not act decently (ofcourse w/ the exception of LBS and the other girl who was in Dong Yi). So I'm just watching this out of curiosity on how will they adapt this drama and very much intrigued by the sexiness of Mr. Towel Boy and the beautiful Jeje. So far.. I'm not very hooked yet. But I'm cringing w/ Jeje's scene. His sageuk voice is unimaginable and there are a lot of short-comings on his acting!

It's still episode 1 though so I'm giving it a few more episodes before I finally drop it and I think I might stick with this coz of the laugh Jeje is giving me!
