It reminds me of something else...

Having just finished watching Biscuit Teacher and Star Candy for the second time I have to say that jumping into this drama was quite a shock for me. Mainly because in many ways this first episode reminded me of the Biscuit Teacher story and it just seemed to me like a replay but with a different actor. This of course until the body switch occurred, of course after that the incredibly good acting of Gong Yoo came in and the story started being fun. What a difference between the serious and boring doctor and the 18 year old student, he can really play his roles well!!

SO CUTE!!!!!!

This has got to be the cutest start to a drama ever!! Or maybe I'm just biased because of Donghae :P But Donghae aside, I really really liked this episode. Even though it is a light cutesy fluffy drama, I like the cute and fluffy (and the pretty). I found the story to be pretty interesting. Ok now I'm going to have to fangirl for a bit here. But Donghae was soo cute!! Even though he isn't my bias in Super Junior, I'm falling in love with him (sorry Eunhyuk). But he is a really good actor. He doesn't overact or underact. I watched Skip Beat with him in it and this character is like a total opposite from that character and he makes me believe it. And the other male lead, I watched him in INR and I loved him, and I'm so glad to be finally watching another drama with him in it. The main female is also really cute and I love her character. So far so great. But Channel A has had a tendency to have dramas with really great beginnings and than have the drama just fall flat in the middle. Hopefully this drama doesn't end up like that. Even if it does I may just endure it for Donghae.

Why Sawaki Chihiro?

I can understand why the name Sawaki Chihiro made an impression in him, what I can't understand is why she used that name? Or even, why she decided to use a name aside from her own in the first place?

Still, I have to say I longed to see Shun in this type of character ever since HanaDan. And that scene where he went to met Chihiro was awsome, I had to replay it actually. :p

Happy endingu!

Sena and Tae Yong went on another date.. Its kinda sad that the 3 gus dont support Park ha x Tae Yong :(

The confession scene was so adorable! The way he stopped and stared at her. I fall for Yoochun a little more every episode

Decent, waiting for more

That kiss was particularly weak. All the chemistry in the world, can come to a null point if the two leads don't kiss properly! All they did was touch lips and look stiff. I hope they bring back more humour in the next episode, because that's it's only saving grace. For dramas like Hana Kimi, seriousness really doesn't work.

A supernatural blend of greatness

They do not reveal everything, and that's a good thing. But the pace is well on track, and we quickly discover the identity of "Arang." She was the daughter of the ex-magistrate, engaged to someone else, but ran away with an errand boy. I love discovering this with Lee Jun Ki!

Arang's fiance has a disturbing undercurrent, particularly when he flicks a knife out. What's his story? Did he kill her? And then there's the mysterious errand boy...when will he turn up? Is he dead also?

Fantastic start to a supernatural series, and already stands head and shoulders above the rest. If it's anything like Iljimae...we're in for a treat! (With better romance this time)

Perfect!

No idea why so many people hate this ending! I think it is perfect, wonderful and the only "realistic" one. It was kind of like a fairytale, right? Beautiful.

I love the idea of them staying hidden, but still helping humans. Of course the typical happy ending would've been them becoming humans, living with Natsume's family and growing old - But that would've been weird.

This one was really perfect. I loved it and I even watched the transformations, though I still hate those. :)

It was way too short, I'll miss this drama. :(

This is why I go by the 5 episode rule.

I was not convinced that I would like this drama until the end of this episode. The first episode was honestly a struggle to get through. The other episodes were silly, sometimes cute, but I was not impressed. I love both leads, and saw all the high ratings, but I remained unconvinced until this episode. This is exactly why I try to watch at least 5 episodes before completely dropping a drama. After the rumor shenanigans, and the fake kiss at the end, i'm hooked! lol.

Finally!

Wow, much talking and many flashbacks in this episode, but it was really interesting. Finally we know about their past. So they're like identical quadruplets? ;)

What I found funny was that the professor didn't know how they would look after they are created, but still had fitting clothes (including stylish shoes and the hat) hanging there.. xD

And there were name plates with there names on them, so those are the "official" ways to write them. Bem, Bela, Belo. Got that.

Now I wonder what will happen.. they can't take that old guy inside of them (ew), so will they stay as they are? Or find another way to become human? Let's see..

Refreshing!!!

For this episode, It was so shocking in a sense that you will have a goosebumps in every scene, why? well it is because it was so refreshing, the scene, the cast, and also the basic story was still in tack, even though it is the third version of hanakimi, the great deal for that is, It is somehow UNIQUE, or Unique, it was so flowing, not to exaggerated, and not to heavy, all I can say is that..

I will watch this 'till it ends

Intense..

Wow, intense episode. I felt so sorry for Natsume, the guy really deserved all of it! I mean the one who was responsible for the explosion (somehow they're all connected through this, hm?).

And of course the old guy isn't human, just look at his skin color! Seriously are they blind? -.-

I don't want him to be a "sibling". I hate him.

A very delicate drama

I am enjoying this drama very much. Firstly because of the stunning setting on the Japanese mountains and secondly because of the great acting and good story. Maybe love is about to bloom and the next episodes should be good.

...

Great episode! I really like Yamada, hope he'll appear again. I felt bad for him, he was just lonely. :(

And Natsume's family is incredibly kind. Wow.

And they finally met the old guy! But who attacked Natsume?? Aw no..

uh oh...

ok, with that ending I hope they don't ruin Tae San and Se Ra's relationship and watch the two guys fight over Yi Soo 'cause out of all the characters so far, Yi Soo's my least fave. I just don't buy her act of conservativeness.

As for Yoon and Me Ah Ri, awww. I really want them to end up together. They just have the most interesting storyline and chemistry. Although out of all the couples in the show, their probably in the toughest situation with all the age and maturity gap, brother, widow, issues...

As for Tae San, I really like his character. I actually think that his over-protectiveness towards Se Ra and Me Ah Ri are quite normal for a guy who deeply loves his girlfriend and baby sister. I mean, come on, I don't think any guy would be too excited to give their baby sister away to a 40 yr. old friend who's a widow and hasn't seemed to move on yet. Also, I don't take Tae San's reaction to Yoon as being mad at him because Yoon stood up to him. I think it was more of a shock that for once in their entire friendship, he saw a glimpse of a chance that his friend might actually be really interested in his sister who's young enough to be their daughter.

I'm Thrilled...

...that this drama came out this year! It's right up my alley; it has the right kind of comedy, that touch of cute romance, and that dose of friendship that good comedic dramas should have.

I'm so excited to see Shimura's father return--we learn in this episode that whatever he did helped end someone's life, and that Shimura's sister is scared to death of him. It makes me intrigued as to what exactly happened, and how Sakuraba and the Director are involved.

I was really impressed with Hiromitsu in this episode. We saw a range of emotions not seen from the Tachibana character as of yet. I liked that his character has a depth that we're only beginning to suss out. That's a strong point of this drama--everyone seems to have something that they're not proud of or a weakness that they need to overcome.
