i did contact someone months ago about two new articles but i never heard anything back :/ i admit though i havent…
Same here, had contacted someone for articles some time ago, but never got an answer :/ so i started a humble blog. Now with this article i'm confused because i wanna put more effort on the blog, but i'd like to try something here as well. And i don't know if i can divide time between both or something.
First episode was pretty good, Ayase Haruka without make-up is really cute and she is just so into this role, her reactions are pretty goofy and she's got the look "what do i do now?" Yu Asao is such a player of a character xD
I'm on the 6th episode and it's astonishing so far, it depicts the various faces of war vividly, from atrocities to comradeship. Intense battle scenes as well. Captivating atmosphere, it has the power to make you marathon it.
So far I'm really enjoying it. They're taking liberties but I feel like the heart of the drama is still there.…
Same here, as i wrote somewhere:
This time Liar Game is not a secret organization’s benevolent atrocity in the form of a game that lurks in the shadows with each chapter taking place in dystopian locations forged in such way so as to intrigue the mind and support the arch cause of the game. Liar Game in the Korean adaptation is a grandiose attempt, a TV show like no other that seems groundbreaking in the way it’s being expressed. Rather than being cut from society, it’s an immense part of it with huge screens everywhere on the streets broadcasting Liar Game and with cameras around the participants it receives a massive reality show aura.
Yes, the grimmer edge Sang Yoon has as Woo Jin is pretty good so far. He's deadly serious about what he thinks, expresses and does. And So Eun is also very good as Da Jung, despite being naive and gentle, she doesn’t seem ridiculously anime-innocent and kindhearted like Kanzaki Nao in the Japanese adaptation, i like her more realistic approach. And i highly enjoyed the way she talked back at Yoon Joo:
-You live your life with a goody two-shoes cosplay. No wonder you live the way you do.
-You have every right to say that to me. You’re young, pretty and capable. Of course, you make a lot more money than i do. But don’t think that it’s because you did your best and i didn’t. The world you live in was just a whole lot kinder to you than my world was to me.
Having watched Liar Game seasons 1 & 2 and the final stage movie i'm really curious of how the k-version will…
Hell yeah, i mean, i liked Erika's role, kindness is always welcome, but it is indeed irritating at that point xD I loved every time Fukunaga lied to her and especially his reactions after being revealed xD
Love it! I thought there was no way I could like it since I love the Japanese version, but then Joowon made his…
I wasn't impressed with Joo Won on the first episode, on the second though he started getting in the right direction! So i'm looking forward on how he evolves on the next episodes.
Having watched Liar Game seasons 1 & 2 and the final stage movie i'm really curious of how the k-version will flow. I don't think Matsuda Shota's acting can be replaced, so this is one of the reasons i'm looking forward to it. I also hope the Nam Da Jung character will not be more annoying that Erika Toda's Kanzaki Nao to the point "STOP BEING SO KIND, EXTERMINATE THEM ALL!"
I'm a huge fan of the original version but after watching 2 episodes, I think it's not so bad. In fact I enjoyed…
The first episode wasn't really helping in a very positive way, but with the second one it got way better! And although it's not as awesome as "chiaki-senpaiiii", "orabaaaang" is miles away better than "sunbaeeeee" xD
