Daebak! This is one of the dramas that hilariously hooks you from the start! Unfortunately the ratings werent that high since it was airing at the same time as other dramas like W, however I think that this drama was unique and funny in its own way.

STORY
The plot was unique- it's about two men who died from unjust circumstances and gets the chance to come back and relive their lives for a short period of time as somebody else, however they are not allowed to reveal themselves or take revenge for their deaths.

The Good
This drama is downright hilarious in the way that Han Gi Tak came back in a women's body (Han Hong Nan) and he/she is seriously the funniest actress ever! Man, she's one of my favourite actress now since she could portray such a realistic 'masculinity'. Rain also did a fantastic job at his character as he played as the other ahjussi reborn into this super hot guy and he's not afraid to flaunt it.

I seriously loved how the writers incorporated 4 different people and mashed them into 2, as Rain and Oh Yoon Seo (Han Hong Nan/ Han Gi Tak) seriously did a fantastic job at portraying the two ahjussi's personality! Special mention to Li Ha Nui (Yi Yeon) as she can seriously act and show emotions through the simplest gestures!

Although I loved Hae Joon and Da Hye's relationship, I actually looked more forward in learning about Han Gi Tak's background. Yeah Hae Joon is good-looking and all, but he didn't have a huge backstory to his character and Han Gi Tak was so much more interesting as a character! Plus once he went into the body of Han Hong Nan- his interactions with his boys (namely Seung Jae) was the few scenes I actually looked forward to the most.

The Music is a godsend- it was perfect with its instrumentals or funky beat songs which made the drama even better!

The Bad
I have to admit, but the story does get draggy at parts- especially when Hae Joon acts like a complete child towards his wife out of spite. I get slightly bored during the scenes where he and Dah Hye interacted (although it was cute) but it might be my biased of wanting to watch Gi Tak/Hong Nan's scenes more.

There were also unfinished plotholes and I wasn't a fan of parts of the ending. Yes, there were plotlines that tied up in the end which even surprised me at times, but it was just the end that made me want to hit my head against the wall because i was far from satisfied!

Overall? This drama is great! If you want a hilarious fun light drama, this is it! Of course, this may not interest some of you since it does get boring at times, but I do suggest giving this a try!

Now I'm going to be completely honest!

This movie was really good! I'm not gonna write a really long paragraph explaining how this was somewhat a perfect coming to age movie, because honestly I think it's worth giving it a watch, a kinda see it and judge for yourself thing.

The acting was not on point! But, it wasn't horrible or anything like that either! The story line is really cliché and simple! So don't get your hopes up for any kind of hidden message or deep meaning! I gave the movie a 10/10 because I'm a sucker for cliché movies and if you are as well, then I highly recommend!

This is the first review I've ever written. I'm going to keep it short and simple. This was an amazingly cute and fresh short series that did not drag on at all and was binge-worthy. I really loved the acting, and thought that the main characters had great chemistry and the way their relationship developed seemed very realistic once everything was out in the open. I highly recommend watching this drama if you are wanting something light, fun and romantic that takes place in an office setting. It has a bit of a "She Was Pretty" vibe to it.

I’ve keep on reading reviews about this drama mostly saying this is one of the best kdramas ever with rating as high as 10. At first I was hesitant thinking it’s just a typical thriller/action/romance drama that I can postpone to watch. Now I realized, it’s a shame that I didn’t watch it right away. This drama made me feel again the goosebumps I’d never felt for so long.

In all episodes, your mind will be triggered what will happen next. You will become one of those reporters and policemen wanting to solve the crime, to solve the mystery and to catch the suspects. You’ll become compassionate on how hard life has been especially for Healer. And of course, you will fall deeply in love and might feel jealous to our love interest – Seo Jeong Hoo and Chae Yeong Shin. They are my definition of “relationship goals”.

Don’t forget the OST of this drama. OMG! This is the first ever kdrama I watched that has pure English OST – Eternal Love by MLTR. Everytime it plays, either my heart wants shout or my lips automatically smiles. It seems that I found one of my wedding songs. :)

Of course, all dramas has it flaws. This drama is not an exception. There are some scenes that are not convincing but those scenes are minimal. If you’re too much into the drama, you might not notice it.

Overall, I will definitely recommend this drama. I’m not the type who recommends the drama I watch because I’m not confident if other people will like the same. But this drama, it give me so much confidence.

The drama has the most delicate love I've seen so far. The story, the landscape, the music, is perfect for the drama, and the winter season is beautifully captured.

The characters are adult at their 30's and 40's, yet never find their true love. Here, they get closer to each other naturally. The drama adapted from popular Korean drama Winter Sonata, though I don't really remember the similarities this is good, well-paced story, and complicated enough as I can say with daughter-mother relationship problem adding the plot, and at last, the chemistry was there. Watch it, if you interested in intriguing relationship, as I can't say this is an affair because the woman had amnesia, she didn't remember anything. The drama has some bittersweet and painful moments, as it was intended to have that tone.

I really like Kusanagi Tsuyoshi in 1778 Stories of Me and My Wife and he's doing a good job in that, even more here, he really suits the role, as a gentle craftsman and dedicated son and it's not only for him, Imai Miki had performed her best too. Their superb acting was brilliant imo, you see their feelings there, no wonder they've ended up with very good chemistry.

The music being played in each scene was a success way to breaking my heart. As he found love, I keep smiling and crying. I don't know this could be so ideal. Watching this as the end, I can say it's fantastic and leaves me with a deep impression.

I scored 8 for rewatch value because its cinematography, its directing and its music was well done produced, it's worth it. But to me watching through their heartbroken moment twice, I guess I can't do it again.

What attracted me to this movie was Joo Won, but I wasn't aware of the character he'd play......which I didn't like (but in a good way since he acted so well).

I wasn't sure about the whole Chinese dubbing of Joo Won voice...but I mean it is a Chinese movie so DUH , but his performance makes you forget that.
I thought the whole cast did a great job and the story was different. It was a very emotional movie....and I teared up a little. I hear it's base off of a book? if so, I really would like to read the book now so if anyone knows where I can read it please let me know.

I don't want to give any spoilers away, but I do recommend this movie.

Completely, ultimately and definitely I fell in love with this drama. It is one of those dramas that you won't be able to forget in your whole life. No way. One of the finest gems out there. For me it was a big pleasure watching it and loving every second of it. With music in the main focus it was already destined to be loved by me but in the end music was only there as a reminder, I totally fell in love with everything else.
With Hikuma-sensei on top, each of those characters captured my attention. Those guys who were like some little immature gangsters who deserved to be beaten up, ah those 5 guys, their growth through the drama was amazing, how they become mature, serious young people with dreams, will and persistence, how they opened up to each other and sensei, how they were inseparable as a team, their friendship is for sure one of the most beautiful I've seen.
So many funny moments, sad moments, heartbreaking and heartwarming, fluffy and hilarious, important and full of meaning, this drama simply is a full package. It gives you with such simple, ordinary and already seen plot, everything you need and want to see in one drama. Well except romance, here it just wasn't needed and I'm glad that there wasn't any romance going on cause it would only destroy those precious moments between students and teacher.

I'd like to mention this old man, this fantastic actor who I love since I've watched him in 'Professor's Beloved Equation'. He gives such natural vibe every time, it's like he is there with all his heart and mind, incredible. And in this drama he was marvelous, his portrayal of a teacher who came to school full of delinquents to help them form a brass band was really impressive. I totally wanted Hikuma sensei to be my teacher, to be my friend, I wanted so much to talk to him and be the part of a band, one lovely good man who believed in his students till the end, who fought and didn't give up, who taught them so many life lessons, who helped them and always was there, I don't think that in real life is some teacher like he was. And with Terao Akira Hikuma sensei completely came to life.
Other characters were very well written and developed specially our five main guys, in each episode there is a story about one of them, explaining how and why they're this way in the present and with each episode every one of them grows and matures.

With some really breathtaking sceneries and nice usage of colors, with melodies that will take you to some amazing classical event and bring you vivid imagination, with fantastic script, deep lessons and with great characters, Aegoba will become that kind of drama that will hold a special place in your heart. I know now already how much I'm gonna miss all of them and their world, that wide world Himua sensei showed to us.

I really like horror movies; I don't know why, but I do.
But what I don't like, is a horror film with little to no real plot.

While this movie did seem interesting at first, it became very boring very quickly. The problem of this movie, was that there were too many plot holes and no real explainable plot. It was all sort of muddled and confusing.

People died without explanation as to why they were the target, the film relied on jump scares for the main element of horror and there's no real explanation as to why possession became possible in the first place.

I don't mind if a movie leaves a few loose ends for the person watching to determine and make up their own idea (like at the very last rooftop scene) but when in every corner there's an unanswered question, you start to become more frustrated with the situation than the characters of the movie.

Unless there is some symbolism I don't understand because the differing cultures of Korea and America, this film was very random and just not a very worthwhile watch in my opinion.

I don't know exactly why I binged on this, but I did. Well yeah, there's a reason, who am I kidding: Park Seo Joon.

I had seen him in Kill me, heal me and fallen in love with him, and I was ready for a deeper crush. Needless to say that I ended up head over heels in love with him even more.
He steals the show for me: he's cute, he's intense, he's fresh... He can make you blush with a gaze or a smile, or break your heart when he cries.
I read somewhere that there was something about him that reminded of a younger Gong Yoo, and I agree. They're both so natural in front of the camera, so endearing and adorable that you wish their characters were real and you could meet them... or date them.

Even my age range is closer to Uhm Jung Hwa's character, so I understand her completely.
She was the other reason why I watched this. I like her as an actress: she's sexy, she has charisma and she's an icon in the Korean entertainment industry. I prefer her in more badass roles, but OK.

Yang Hee Kyung was fantastic as Uhm Jung Hwa's mom, and I loved Yoon Hyun Min's character, his sassiness, his flowery suits and polka dot shirts. And the cartoonesque sound effects when he poses were funny.

As for the rest, well it's a noona romance and I like noona romances, but the story was above all saved by both main performances. It's not just about the attraction and the age gap, but all the personal things they have to get over with before their romance flourishes. That part was pretty good.

I could have done with a little too much cheesiness, in my opinion, but fortunately that was only in a few episodes.

Summing up, I didn't end up being a huge fan of this, but it was nice watching it.

I am probably rating this drama a little higher than it deserves but I'll give it an 8 for nostalgia sake. This drama was so old-fashioned that I loved it. I love all older dramas like You're Beautiful and Boys Over Flowers so that's one reason I enjoyed this in spite of how frustrating it got at times.

The story was predictable right off the bat and I went into watching it not knowing anything about it. The cast was one reason to check out the drama and in the end that was the best thing about it as well. It's got romance, angst, cute moments and some sad moments. I think the reason why it was fun in the beginning was that the romantic development of the characters who end up together started pretty late. I mean you could tell she would end up with him but they develop feelings quite late which should've been good, but made the romance half-hearted for me.

This is another classic case where all guys are head over heels for the main girl and you will have no idea why. I think the whole idea is to not have an idea and instead kick back on the couch and watch it without thinking too much. The heroine is a typical knock-off from the 90's/early 2000's dramas and serves as a romantic interest without offering much. The characters are all pretty one-dimensional and feel like they're there for you to appreciate them for how they look and how they're supposed to be. Almost every character in the story will make you wanna tear their hair out at some or the other point.

I like cheesy romance, so this was my type of drama. It was like watching an old drama with modern camera and that was surprisingly refreshing from the current type of dramas that air. I would have loved to say that the romance is the best part about the drama but that's what makes the drama weak. The development was too slow and they get together too fast. Their longing for each other and 'love' never really felt authentic to me. It in fact made me roll my eyes. I loved the the main girl with the third guy best. They had a great dynamic and it was great to see Jungshin's improvement in acting.

Ok, a very shallow point- but what made me annoyed of Naeun in this was her cheeks and not her character so much. She honestly screwed up her face and I ended up feeling sorry for her. She is bad at acting and her cheeks don't help much either. It's horrible when something as trivial as that distracts you from someone's acting. I hope she can improve in her future projects.

The strongest points of the drama are the visuals of the actors, the soundtrack and the chilled atmosphere the drama had in general. Things get messy and confusing at times but once you get past that, you have a likable cast with sugary moments and an outdated (yet oddly charming) romance. I mean, the romance is weak but it's not the worst. It didn't work for me because I was hyped for no reason and when it turned out to be.... ordinary, I found myself let down. It might work for some though.

Definitely worth a watch if you want something nice and light.

I just finished To Be a Better Man. In my country it was released in increments of 6 episodes every weekend so I was able to binge this drama in small amounts at a time. This drama revolves around the meaning of love present and love past. It is a engaging and enigmatic drama that is both visually stimulating as well as emotionally stimulating. You will laugh, cry and have all the feels you can handle in 42 episodes. All of the actors are amazing. The OST is absolutely stunning. I am still in awe over this drama and this review is very lacking as compared to my other reviews but before you stop reading, just know that if you enjoy melo or if this is your first Chinese drama, do not be afraid of the length. Go for it. Just try it out. You will be in for a great surprise. Rewatch value is low for me because as usual, I dont rewatch dramas. Not even my very favorite ones. TBABM will tear your heart out and then sew it back up. Must watch. By the way, my kids even would hum the soundtrack ... its super catchy!
